Very nice front dest lady Laura and i tried to be understanding despite being called back 30 minutes after my appointment time and waiting another 45 minutes alone in the back room completely ignored. After the 45 minutes I had to retake my x-rays because apparently between different Absolute Dental properties they lose patient information. Literally the front desk lady being so nice is the only upside to this place. Crazy long wait times and the doctors are dry and fast just like you're a number

I was required to fill out an inordinate number of forms prior to my appointment and then 2 during the appointment. After many x-rays, I sat for over 15 minutes waiting for the cleaning to begin only to be asked if I could come back at 2:00 p.m. to have the cleaning done. Reluctantly I said yes, but then they came in and said they could do it now. The attendants were very professional, courteous, and efficient in the actual cleaning of my teeth. Aside from the mountain of forms to fill out and the unexplained wait, I would recommend this business.

I was Greeted with kindness. This was my first visit at this dental office. Very clean, and equipment handles and buttons , knobs were covered to avoid germs and bacteria. I love that. There was no long wait. The dentist gave me a thorough examination as she addressed my requested need. She explained what the procedure would take and she also suggested other options.I love it when you can get same day service. I didn't have to make another appointment in order to get my procedure done. Im looking forward to my follow up appointment.

ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went back after nearly two years to my original dentist office on Simmonds. Didn't know the staff anymore, didn't know the dentist.
They did everything from the get-go to make me feel comfortable, at ease and relaxed. Every single person! Last but not least I met my new dentist - oh my goodness! She was AWESOME! Here’s the deal: even though this is a dental clinic, I suppose you could consider Absolute Dental as a “franchise”, since there’s a chain of them throughout town. The reason for even mentioning this, is because I’ve been a patient at three of four different locations. They’re pretty much run in an identical way, which is fine. This particular location on Simmons is different, however. From my experiences, the staff at Simmons always seem to have an agreeable bedside manner. I am taken aback by it slightly, because personable treatment is becoming increasingly rare nowadays. At the Simmons location, the staff never seem to be rushed or tense in any way. Most of the workers introduce themselves by using their first names, and address me by my first name as well. I like that. The dentist, hygienist and the assistants took pleasure in answering my questions about dental care. On top of all their good behaviors and charming ways, these dental professionals are competent, and they happen to perform their duties well. I’m satisfied. I would recommend this location. I will be returning,

Worst experience ever! Came in for regular cleaning, they x-rayed and said it had to be deep cleaning. Asked if the regular cleaning could be done and then schedule me for deep cleaning? I was told no, and it would be some kind of violation. Then I said okay. Let’s schedule the deep cleaning. I was then asked for a deposit! The whole experience felt like a high pressure sales job and my care was not the focus. Absolute Dental did my deep cleaning in the past. I was never asked for a deposit. Thank you to everyone and Absolute Dental from Tila at the front desk helping me to get the financing coverage to Dr. Lee Yang Who took care of the crown and a couple fillings and then also to Bailey and Perla, the hygienist and her assistant for the deep clean on Gum’s. Very grateful for all the soft touch since no one really likes going to the dentist, but it was very nice and I am thankful for all the help. They are a scam. They purposely overcharge you, than won't refund your money.

When you go to their office for treatment, they wait until you get into the chair for service, then the office manager comes to you and demand payment before they treat you because a according her, the insurance company doesn't always pay the full amount on claims.

They asked for to pay $397, before my deep cleaning, which I paid.

On July 15, I was notified that by my insurance company they paid the claim by electronic funds transfer. My portion of the balance was only $167.

They owed me a balance of $230.

I have been trying to get my refund from them every since July 15 2024.

Every time I call, there is always some excuse as to why they haven't processed my refund. I get transferred from person to person and they NEVER are available, then I get forwarded to a person's voicemail...not getting to speak to a actual person.

Today, I actually spoke to a person by the name of Sergio today at one of the call centers.

He said he would send an email to district manager to try to assist me with getting my refund, but I'm not holding my breath.

I went in February to get my x rays. I need 5 teeth pulled. They scheduled me then April. Then I get a call they have to reschedule me. The gentleman I spoke with said he would call to reschedule and I never got a call back. So my teeth stop hurting if it ain't broke why fix it. Just recently my teeth are bothering me again. So I call they see in the system April I was supposed to get my teeth pulled. I explained no one called me back. They scheduled me for the Sept 11. I get a call last week saying the surgeon won't be in on that day. Also they can't pull any teeth, because I had a minor exam. Whatever that means. I tell them I don't take pills being I have no gallbladder and been popping Tylenol to function which is now effecting my health. They have been so unorganized. They lady said she would call me back in 30 min to see if the surgeon would make an exception. I never received a call back for the second time. I will be absolutely going elsewhere. If they can't get a simple schedule correct I definitely do not want these people in my mouth. Also I've met a few different people all have the same type of complaints and that is actually suing this company.

I have called all over town for my daughter who desperately needed a oral surgeon. So many dental offices were difficult with their scheduling or lack or response time. This location was on top of it all. The rep who did call me back was prompt and empathetic to our needs. They worked with us to get my daughter in asap. Was told my procedure was covered ENTIRELY by my insurance. So much so that the manager even said i have really good insurance! Then after a month, i started receiving these bills for the procedure that was done!! Only to find out, apparently, the provider who did the service was out of network! Now whose fault was that?!! I can't say enough good things about this place. As someone who is scared of the dentist they always make me feel comfortable and in good hands. They worked with me on scheduling, billing, and making sure all my problems were fixed/being fixed. They didnt try to push unnecessary procedures on me like places in the past. My oral surgeon was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and did it under general anesthesia. Took less than 30 mins for the procedure. No complications from it. Reasonable on prices with insurance. Only OTC medications for pain, but luckily that was enough for me. Would recommend 100%

I walked into this location at 8:00am(The Opening Time) on December 23, 2024. The front desk lady showed up 15 mins late. She called no one to check in. The three other individuals in the office with me had to go up to the front desk to finish checking in.

It took the front desk two hours to finally tell me they could not verify my dental insurance. After that I proceeded to contact my dental insurance who I had on loud speaker in front of the front desk lady, my dental insurance stated 3 different times that I was fully insured. The lady then ask my insurance “if we see the patient today we won’t have to bill him because he has coverage right?” As if my insurance provider didn’t just state that I’m covered. After 10 mins of her not accepting the fact I have dental coverage she goes to the back and speaks with the dental doctor whose name is Dr Mir. She comes back and says Dr Mir doesn’t want to see any patients with my insurance who are under 21……

That is something I’ve never heard of especially if this location was in my provider look up. I hate to sound far fetched but it seems like this company/location looks to milk cash paying patients first before patients with dental coverage. Proceed with caution.

Don’t trust absolute dental office. They will send you another charge and say that the insurance didn’t cover it. I called my insurance and they stated that it is not true. They will try to rip you off!!!!
The lady that spoke with me on the phone got mad when I asked to speak with a supervisor and hung up the phone. They want to charge me for x rays when it’s part of my insurance coverage per Cigna.
I also had to call them multiple times to get them on the phone after they kept texting me to pay the balance.

I went in today for a routine check up and cleaning. I have been to multiple dentistry specialists in the past 22 years. All my past dentists and hygienist have been good...but never as great as today. Today I had the best experience with staff and the hygienist Israel was exceptional. He answered every question I had and was a wealth of knowledge and had great recommendations to improve my oral health. I felt at ease knowing that I was being taken care. He was diligent in his work and careful too. For a minute it felt like I was just at a spa with a friend. There was nothing to cringe in fear about. For about a year I went to radiant smiles very disgusted very disappointed I think they're in for it just for the money. So this year in 2025 I changed dentist. Absolute dental not too far from my house. The dentist is Brittany Cortez. Like I said she knows her stuff she examines you the way you should be examined your mouth that is. Overall my experience with the general dentist was wonderful. My son had a great experience as well being it was his first time and received a goodie bag after for the great job he did! My issue is with the orthodontist side. I recently moved here from out of state and wanted to continue my braces treatment here. The front desk individuals kept lying and saying they were sending authorization to my insurance and it was coming back that i was not covered. When I spoke to my insurance company they stated they never received anything and that I am in fact covered. This back and forth process was over the course of like 3 months and it was so frustrating and unprofessional. I’m so glad I switched to go somewhere else.

The 1st visit was good. The 2nd visit was terrible! The hygienist girl had an attitude and was brushing my teeth so fast my teeth started heating up. Horrible experience not so much with my dentist although she could improve as well but my main issue was with the front office. They schedule me to get a crown for a second time and they said that if they didn’t have the crown they will call me so I didn’t missed my day at work. Guess what they never called me and when I showed up to get my crown they said that they didn’t have the crown and that I needed to reschedule. I have been taking my children to Aces Dental for many years and the location on Simmons is my absolute favorite. The wait is very short the front desk staff is very friendly and the dental assistant Franklin was very good with my daughter she was very nervous to get the numbing medicine and he assured her she would be okay. He was also very informative and went over all hygiene care for my daughter. I was very happy with the dentist Mrs. Montero. She was very gentle and worked fast . We were in and out within 1 hour for 4 fillings and a cleaning! I will continue to recommend this location to all of my friends and family!

This office is truly amazing, I've been to many in the past but aces definitely sticks out from the rest. You can genuinely see the love and passion from each and everyone of the staff members. One of the assistants Aimee in particular helped me the whole way, she made me feel comfortable and at ease with being in a dental environment. Dr. Aquino and Cathy was wonderful. The assistant was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I do not like going to the dentist but Dr.Aquino was very gentle and explained my treatment thoroughly. They gave me options and explained the importance of my treatment. They listen to my concerns and made sure that treatment that was given to me was the best option. The office is clean, they even have a tv to watch and was asked if you wanted to changes the show or movie so you can enjoy watching while waiting for treatment coordinator. I was called in on time and was able to do the same day treatment since I was on pain. I will surely refer my family and friends here.

I am a patient of Ace's and recently took my geriatric father who has Alzheimer's here. As my previous experiences, they were wonderful. Follow Up visit:
After speaking with the Supervisor Daisy, who offered a very intensive and heart felt apology for the way I was treated at my previous appointment, that the unprofessional behavior that was displayed by the front office staff was completely unacceptable and urged me to return for service. I returned today where the front desk staff was as welcoming as a hang nail and could tell that they have been instructed to be on their best behavior (she did her best), but I will say that the nursing staff and doctors are ROCK STARS and really made the experience a pleasant one; thank you! I am just sad that it took such a horrific review to prompt the staff to be mindful on how their communication and actions are a clear representation of the company and if the front desk staff are rude and disrespectful then people would never know how awesome the doctor and nursing staff are. I appreciate the Dr, nursing staff, and Supervisor Daisy for understanding how to treat a patient; thank you for the service.

I arrived at my scheduled an appointment to have my broken tooth pulled, as I was in excruciating pain in which I have never experienced that kind of pain in my life and IT WAS AWFUL.
The staff was very unprofessional. The two staff answered me very rudely as there was an issue with my insurance and the required payment where I informed the staff that the previous worker understood the situation and when setting up the appointment she simply told me to leave a deposit and that they will provide the service and I can address the insurance issue later due to my extreme situation. However with the severe level of unprofessionalism, the one staff just questioned if I was just looking for pain medicine and that she has never heard of that before and she cannot research who I spoke with as the entire staff within the various locations are all logged in under 1-person. :\ By this point I was absolutely livid with the utterly appalling customer service in what is considered a place of business; especially with the amount of pain I was in. So I took a few moments to calm down and call back the original number to possibly find either a supervisor of manager that may assist; which I realize that the 2- staff members are making derogatory comments about me and the situation. This is when I requested to speak with the supervisor Daisy where she refused to speak with me and that they cannot help me and to visit the emergency room for service. I AM APPALLED and not by the policy but the fact that I was treated/spoken to so rudely and with a great deal of attitude from a so called professional dental office that is supposed to provide care to its clients, this type of behavior is unacceptable. Where the 'staff' seems more interested in IM’ing other coworkers and discussing her nails and plans for the weekend and whether or not her co worker was bad or not where they actually found it inconvenient/distracting when a customer interrupts their conversation to ask a question regarding crucial medical services. I have never been so badly treated by customer service representatives/ receptionist/ dental staff in my life.
IT IS NOT WORTH VISITING ACE DENTAL, YOU ARE BETTER OFF PULLING YOUR TOOTH OUT WITH PLIERS!

0 stars for sure! The Asian doctor was cold and very heartless when discussing my diagnosis. I do not trust her, she only wanted to fix the problem by pulling teeth, adding root canal and crowns as if my teeth just are beyond help. With an estimate of over 12k, I walked out devastated. I will find more holistic approach to keeping my teeth clean and healthy, this was an awful experience. They only want your money there is no human relationship here. You are just another $$$ sign for them. Beware, they don’t care about your feelings or actually caring for your teeth.

I have had nothing but problems with this place. They had me go into the office 3 times just to reschedule me when I got there . The first time it was because I needed a letter from my doctor that I was never told about. I was ok with that they rescheduled me for the following day. In went back with the letter to be told they wouldn't see me without the prior auth and it would take two weeks. I was rescheduled a second time. The day before my appointment I call to verify that it was approved and received to be told yes it was. To the office I go again to be told they never received it. I told them to call me when it was received back to set the 4th appointment. I never received the call. I had to call them to finally get the actual appointment for it to get fixed. The appointment came and went smoothly no issues. This was until the beginning of this month it received a bill even tho I was told I didn't owe anything. I have tried to call the office 5 different times all throughout the weeks to discuss this. Every time I get hung up on and they never answer... how am I supposed to pay or discuss a bill if they give you no chance to talk to someone.. This has been the worst experience I have had with a dentist office and refuse to go back

Aces dental is by far the best dental place my husband and I have ever gone. We will continue to go here for as long as we can. My husband needed to have a good majority of his teeth removed and dentures placed. Dr. Aquino and Meah have been the biggest help and support we could have ever asked for during this process. I called to schedule a root canal. I was told I could schedule for the root canal, not a problem, but that I'd need to let them do an exam of their own before they start. I said that's fine as long as they would be able to do the root canal as I'm in a great deal of pain and the amoxicillin and Tylenol from the emergency dentist isn't helping. I showed up on time for my appointment and after an hour and 45 min asked the front desk if it'd be much longer.. with no apology for the wait I was then taken back, given an exam and more xrayw. The dentist comes in and says, "you need a root canal or if you can't afford it, we can pull the tooth"
1: I scheduled an appt for a root canal
2. You can provide treatment options without implying someone cannot afford it

Then, I’m told “here’s an RX for amoxicillin and Tylenol, we can schedule the root canal tomorrow”

I go to the apt the next day, scheduled at 9. Didn’t even get started until 10, was there for 5 hours, left in pain, swollen, bruised with no pain needs. I call to see if doc can call in pain meds (at 2!) no call back so I call again…. They try to CHARGE ME TO SEE A DOC ON VIDEO.

Bad bad BAD. Now I’ve suffered damages both financial and what feels punitive. Calling a lawyer..C

My child is a high functioning autistic young man. We are having him do everything on his own including go to the dentist. The staff had no idea. They were amazing with him. Great staff from the front to the ex ray guys and the dentist. My first visit was comfortable.

My latest review isn't as glowing as the first. I had braces for 18 months. Insurance covered 1k of that it was my second time. I was out of pocket $250. The teeth seemed to be straight after the 3 months, okay. I had one cleaning, and the hygienist was cool. He told me I needed to brush differently, and floss better did that. Btw's some lady sat with me and said the treatment was 800 plus yikes paid that. I was told I could get the braces off early. Cool, cut to December 27,2023. I kept my appointment on December 26th my birthday. I spent all day stressed. Brother dies at 4am. on December 27th. I'd just had to make the decision to disconnect my brother, who had been in crisis for more than 6 months. Cut to the dentist chair they take pics, tell me I did badly on cleaning the braces aren't coming off, and the doctor just laid into me. I'm thinking I'd better not break down, been up for 24hrs , and we'll will they clean my teeth at the very least. The women dentist was way out of line. Hey, my brother was in crisis, and dealing with that, my self care took a turn. It happens. Flash forward Forward February 2024 braces coming off in 2 weeks. I walk up to the counter and am informed that I owe like 900 bucks. What? Never told that in advance, like I'm not made of money. I split the payments. Done braces off. Now, how about the cleaning. I'm way past due at that time. Show up for a 830am appointment. I sat there for 2 hours and got sick feeling after seeing that doctor. Rescheduled and went home. I came back for an 8am appointment before work was waiting over an hour canceled that. I'm now coming up on 9 months from the December 27th cleaning that didn't happen. I can't bring myself to return to the treatment from that doctor she's not cool at all. The orthodontist, to be fair, was really cool. I need my teeth cleaned, and the thought here is to find another dentist or travel back to my old dentist in another state. The experience that day in December will live with me forever. This long and has taken me a long time to get it out or even talk about. This is my experience.

Upon arrival I was greeted by staff. I requested a cleaning as a returning patient.
I was erroneously scheduled for an exam. I was post advised that I needed to have a new exam since their was a lapse in my dental care. I consented to the exam. Unfortunately as a Medicaid recipient I am only covered for a single annual cleaning and check up. I received an estimate of almost $5000 in work. I was refused a regular cleaning under the counsel that a $1000 deep cleaning was required and my medicaid regular cleaning was useless. I'm sorry!

I came in for a cleaning March 19 and check up. They said I needed 2 cavity’s filled, and the hygienist was not in that day so I would have to come back. They gave me a RX for Valium (I’m a mess at the dentist) I took the pill can came in for next app. So I made an appointment for April 1st. They did the cleaning and said well we can’t fill the cavities you actually need 2 root canals and 2 crowns. So I took the Valium for no reason. They give me pricing and we set the appointment for 5/18 because the Endodontists is only there a limited amount of time. I go in take the Valium. The Endodontists tells me you only need 1 root canal. Then I go to get my crowns and the dentist says well you actually do need the other root canal. So she grinds my 2 teeth down prepping for the crowns but says we can get the 2nd root canal done today so you have to come back. I was in the off ice 5 hours that day . So I make another appointment for 6/1. They call me and say there was a cancellation and I can come In early. So I do…When I get here they tell me there was miscalculation and I owe $1200 more than I was originally quoted. So for 3 months I’ve been coming in and today you just realize pricing is wrong. And hour and a half later they get me on the back. This has been a horrible experience. From start to present. I will have 2 more times to get this completed. I am furious! It almost feels like a bait and switch! After this is completed I will not be coming back and would not recommend this office to anyone!

So laughable to see some of these responses from the "Owner" This place doesn't care about their patients. They care about how much they can make off their patients. This is what happened to a dear friend of mine. They mess up a root canal, BREAKING off a piece of metal INSIDE the canal, put her through 4 temps, scheduled her for a permanent after 2 MONTHS..but just kidding! We didn't order it yet. 6 months later they refuse to fix the mistake they made and asks her to find another dentist.
DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY.. I have had my own experiences with trying to double charge me on more than one occasion. Based on my experience personally and seeing the reviews of other patients and especially hearing what my poor friend had to go through and is STILL dealing with, I will NEVER step foot in any of their offices again.

I went for xrays, and a deep cleaning. Aimee conducted my xrays and assisted during the cleaning. She called me to the back with a big smile and a great greeting. She put me right at ease. Although it is simple, she still explained how the x-ray works. She even asked me if I had any questions. She was so polite and friendly. Then she assisted during my cleaning. BLUF: Triple check any paperwork they give you before allowing any procedures and prior to leaving the office. Make sure you have a treatment plan before you leave if your procedure requires additional follow up visits. If you can, limit visits to basic care (e.g. cleanings and x-rays).

Background: Patient is a regular customer at Absolute Dental and has been for years. Visit experience is mixed and typically characterized by scheduling mixups (meaning they randomly cancel existing appointments or forget they scheduled them in the first place), long wait times, dodgy price quotes and billing, and lack of clarity regarding procedures; these issues are exacerbated if more than one location is involved as customers may be sent to different offices depending on service needs. I personally do not patronize this group because of patient's experiences.

Today, I was the designated driver for a patient in case they required more than local anesthesia. Arrived early for 0830 appointment. Office appeared understaffed. Patient did not receive any paperwork until 15 minutes past appointment time. Receptionist had paperwork showing two extractions were to be performed when only one was expected. Patient reiterated only one was scheduled and was rebuffed. Doctor and patient hadn't decided on level of anesthesia to be used prior to appointment and were supposed to determine this the day of the procedure. Receptionist immediately jumped to IV (which costs more). Patient sat in treatment space for ~45 minutes before work was performed. The escort to the car was wonderful. Patient was given prescriptions in a bag with additonal gauze and some post-procedure instructions around 1000.

At the pharmacy, the technician said we had a pair of duplicate prescriptions when there should've been prescriptions for three unique items. Called the office and told them what happened. Received call from office at 1109 (~30 minutes after call to the office about the prescriptions). Receptionist immediately asked for money and said they hadn't discussed treatment or follow-up plan with patient. Receptionist said all necessary paperwork was included when asked if the office called the pharmacy but said they'd call when I asked for confirmation they called earlier.

If I could give zero stars I would and now that I’ve been to a different Dentist it just magnified how poor the customer service is in this location not to be rude but people that choose to live a unhealthy life and feel miserable about it is a choice you should not be in the business where you need to make people feel better when you don’t feel good about yourself I’m done RUDE. Lost a filling on a Saturday morning, called and got an appointment for 12:30 the same day, great, till i got there and was told i had no appointment!waited 2 1/2 hours to be fitted in..then was told the only option i gad was a root canal, which i didn’t want, but they didnt have time or any openings for it anyway. Im leaving here in 2 weeks. They found me an appointment for Monday at another location, which was closer to my home, great, until i looked at the paperwork after i got home, only to realize that it is on the other side of town. I have sold my house and dont have time for all of this.. i guess i should have walked away in the first place.. just not impressed

I have been going to Aces Braces and dental for years to all 3 locations. This location on Simmons is the best office location. Franklin was absolutely amazing he reassured me as I was really scared and had anxiety about being poked with the needle to be numbed. The dentist Mrs. Montero was very gentle and made me feel very comfortable with every step of the procedure.

My siblings and I have been patients here for a while and it was amazing, up until my sister got her braces. She went to the simmons location and the dental assistant Brittney broke her bracket. Which is an extra 75$ to fix. The assistant denied it and never noted it happened. Manager said she would further investigate which all came down to everyone denying it and still having us pay out of pocket. Just be very aware and careful of what goes on pay attention. The assistant was very rude and hostile as for everyone else they catch attitudes as well they make you feel like they are not trying to deal with you at all

Broke my bottom retainer and molded a new one and will soon have a new one. It was great to see the Dr and have her check my teeth. I thought she was done and bit the Dr trying to see if the retainer was still useable. She did not get angry but my mother did. Thanks to my mom I no longer have real teeth and was given bright white new ones for everyone to see. Thank you Dr.

Receptionist Janessa greeted me and my son with a great morning and gave us information on my sons morning visit. Accommodated our dental schedule for his next visit to fit my work schedule. Doctor Montero was great and gentle with my son through his procedure and made sure he was ok. Dr. Rao and her staff have exceeded all of my expectations. I brought my daughter in for an initial consultation 2.5 years ago, unlike some Orthodontists that are so quick to take your money and not really care about the treatment and the final outcome Dr. Rao explained the whole process to us and advised us that it was too early to start the treatment. A year later my daughter was ready and once again Dr. Rao went over the whole treatment plan with us and what we should expect. The whole process was so smooth! Barely any discomfort (nothing that a little Tylenol can't help) My daughter got her braces off today and the results are fenomenal. This is the best investment anyone can make for their kids and themselves, it is life changing! Dr.Rao is a perfectionist and a true master of her craft! The whole staff is also very attentive and caring and they always make you feel so welcome. I can't wait to start my treatment soon and be on yet another journey with this amazing team!

They asked for a social security number for my two year old. I called to say I was uncomfortable with providing that information, they lied about why they needed it twice. I sat on hold for over a half hour before they hung up on me. Currently sitting on the phone again, and if I get charged a cancelation fee I'm gonna be real displeased. You wasted my time, which is very important to me. I have to take time off of work and they call me as I'm pulling up to say I missed my appointment, when I'm actually 15 minute early. Noemi in the front office is very professional. She is the ONLY compassionate office staff member.

I was sent to the Simmons location as an emergency referral from my State Insurance (Liberty Dental). I didn’t wait long as no one was in the waiting room with me.

They called me back, took my X-rays all before 4pm. They found that I have 5 teeth that need pulled. 2 of them causing extreme pain. They brought the financial plan out adding up to over $3000. I told them I didn’t have the money and wanted to use the state insurance to have the teeth pulled.

I was asked by Naomi to leave my medical chair to go talk to her in a private room. She shut the door behind us. There was a woman on the phone named Daisy that Naomi said was the manager and I needed to talk to her.

Daisy then informed me that I would have to go to their North rainbow location because the doctor did not feel comfortable pulling my teeth. The doctor was an Asian female. She claimed her name was Dr. Montero but after speaking with the insurance I found it it is Dr. Nou. How much sense does that make for Daisy to tell me that her own doctor does not feel comfortable pulling a tooth that has no abscess no infection around it.

Once they realized I only had state insurance and couldn’t afford to pay the out of pocket expenses they decided they didn’t want to see me and wanted me out of their office

It seems They take the quick easy money for office visit and xrays from my insurance then try to sale you thousands in service.

I am now at home still in excruciating pain, and my insurance is having to find another dentist.

Daisy from Aces Dental should be ashamed of the service she gave. I asked for corporate and I was told she was corporate.

My tooth split in half to the gum the night before and I was in an extreme amount of pain. I called my dental insurance, and the agent set me up with an appointment the same day at ACES dental on Simmons Street. This was the best non stress experience that I ever had at any medical/dental office. Dr. Luu, Brittney, and Lorenzo made my first experience for getting a tooth pulled as easy and subtle as could be. Now, my kids and I will be going to ACES dental regularly to maintain our dental health.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DENTIST EVER. I have been to this location 4 times and have waited an hour and a half just to be brought to the back. 4/19/21 I was there for an appointment at 11 AM. I got there at 10:40 AM, luckily I got there at that time because no one told me I would have to fill out paperwork again. I didn’t leave the dentist until 12 noon and I have not had anything worked on. The dentist told me that I could not get more than one filling done because they had to go to lunch at 12 mind you they are the ones who scheduled me for 11 AM. Here I am waiting in the chair while everyone in the office is in another room laughing and talking about what they are going to do for lunch. Someone finally comes over and tells me the price for my filling only to discover they upped the price to $400 for one tooth. I was just in the same dentist office on 2/15/21 and the fillings were $150 a piece. This office is HORRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!
