I should have given a 5 star but because going to the dentist makes me nervous it seems silly to give it a 5!! LOL...but truthfully....as nervous as I was they made me feel comfortable,it had a nice view from the patients chair that you as calming, the place seemed very clean and the staff was polite and seemed very knowledgeable of their particular duties and areas of work. I haven't had anybwork done yet but I did get my X-rays and evaluation and they took the time to share what they found and discuss different options with me, and I that was nice,so much first impression was good! And a reminder of why everybody should be kind to their teeth and each other! I'll let you know how the root canal goes( blah) untill then...great job guys!

I waited to year to get a second opinion before reviewing this location. It confirmed that this place is as awful as I thought.

In August 2025 of last year, they told me I had 6 cavities and needed to get them filled. The woman who did my xrays (not sure of her name, but a younger, bigger, black woman) messed them up and made me do them again, and was repeatedly laughing and messing up my name. Extremely unprofessional.

They then told me it would be $500 to get the cavities filled. I waited because the yelp reviews of here made me skeptical. They also refused to do a same day cleaning claiming it's "not standard" when legitimately every other dentist I've been to offers a same day cleaning.

Nearly a year later, I went elsewhere. No cavities. The dentist said I had some staining, but no cavities on xrays, which were fast only done once as should be. They then did a same day cleaning.

I don't usually post reviews, but this place felt so scammy and gross. Please consider going somewhere else. There's way better places.

Do NOT go here. If your insurance covers it, go elsewhere, please! You might be paying for dental work you don't actually need and the staff here is rude and has long wait times. Seriously. Avoid this place.

Eugene did such a great job on my cleaning, he was so gentle that at times I felt like I could fall asleep but still very thorough. 10/10 recommend I’m glad I came to this location it’s on Warm Springs if you’re interested ☺️. I was also pleasantly surprised that they were able to do my cleaning same day, I figured I would have to make a separate appointment. If you’re one of those people who hate going to the dentist I’d recommend coming here - they made my experience so pleasant that I’m definitely gonna keep up with my appointments. ❤️

My first visit was great. Everyone was so nice and professional. The office is beautiful and relaxing. I had a little anxiety but that drifted away. I was relaxed and felt like I was being well taken care of. I could tell that Dr Xu knew exactly what he was doing. I was well informed and I look forward to return visits.

Loved all the high tech equipment. Staff friendly & professional. Dentist went over my exam and explained what was going on with my teeth. Set up a treatment plan and now I am getting great results.
