I have came to this dentist twice and it was absolutely the best experience I have ever received for dental work. I cannot express this enough. Sandra the manager has excellent customer service and sees every one of her patients as a family. I've had a very horrible experience at another Absolute Dental on Nellis and Charleston. Sandra and her lovely team have taken care of me and explained all my options to me with a kind heart. I 100% recommend this facility to anyone with dental needs. They truly care about you.

This office is absolutely wonderful!
Dr. Kapel has taken amazing care of both of my son's teeth, and taken extra care of my youngest son's teeth in an emergency situation. The front desk is also amazing! Bree the office manager, and Fatima are extremely friendly and help to provide exceptional customer care and service and make sure you feel comfortable and confident. Every person who works in this office exceeded, beyond my expectations of kindness and excellent care of my children. Thank you to Absolute Dental

I went in yesterday after making an emergency appointment for a toothache. It took us a minute to find the place but we did. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. When I got called back the dental assistant was great. He was very personable and friendly. The music they played was just right. The actual dentist was friendly and understood my fear of needles. After going over my x-rays with me and helping me make a decision, Sandra (I think that's her name) came back and went over all the financials in detail. She worked with me and my schedule for my referral. I will definitely be coming here.

Everyone here is amazing. Dr. Kapel was patient with my fears and assured me I would be okay. She’s fantastic! I walked out of there in relief.
Daniel the Dental Assistant was a breath of fresh air. He comforted me through the whole process, answered all my questions and got me to relax. The receptionist were friendly and welcoming. I Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs. This was the best dental visit I’ve ever had.
