I am writing this to warn any patient with a serious medical condition to STAY AWAY from this facility.
I am a patient suffering from severe anemia with a Hemoglobin (Hgb) level of 8.1 and a Ferritin level of 5. These are critical, life-threatening values that cause me constant fatigue and chest tightness. I had a confirmed appointment at 3:15 PM today, which was scheduled weeks in advance.
Upon arrival, the experience was a nightmare:
1. Gross Incompetence at the Front Desk: The older female staff member at the front desk refused to check me in, claiming they had no "referral record." This is logically impossible—if there was no referral, how was my appointment scheduled in the first place?
2. Medical Gaslighting: After I insisted, they magically "found" my records but then refused to let me see the specialist I was scheduled with.
3. Unsafe Medical Substitution: Without my consent, they tried to switch my appointment from a Hematologist (Specialist) to a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and pushed the date to next week. For a patient with an Hgb of 8.1, every day counts. Delaying specialized care for a critical blood disorder is not just unprofessional; it is dangerous and medically unethical.
This clinic shows a complete lack of medical ethics and zero respect for patient safety. They treat critical patients like numbers on a spreadsheet rather than human beings in need of urgent care. If you value your health and your life, find a clinic that actually understands the urgency of specialized medical treatment.
Shame on this management for their cold-blooded inefficiency.

I came to this oncology center with a lot of uncertainty after having to change providers through my insurance. I had been with my previous doctor for years, so I didn’t know what to expect.

From my very first visit, Dr. Rita made a huge difference. She truly takes her time, listens, and never assumes. When she noticed something during my exam, she didn’t ignore it—she ordered the necessary tests to be completely sure and patiently answered all my questions. That level of care immediately gave me peace of mind.

At my second visit, she continued to be just as thorough and reassuring. When you’re facing something like cancer, feeling safe and trusting your doctor is everything. Dr. Rita provides that trust.

I 100% recommend this center, especially Dr. Rita, as well as her entire team. Everyone—from reception to medical staff—has been kind, professional, and supportive.

This office is a joke of an office! I saw Inna Stresz their nurse, she seemed nice, the consultation took 10-15 minutes. My previous Oncologist who I can no longer see due to insurance changes had sent all my medical records to them a month before my consultation. Why did I think they would review them before hand?! They did not! Had she learned a little about my case our conversation could have gone smoother and to the point. This is very common practice in lazy clinics, I've noticed. Bed side manners were okay, I explained to her I've had low iron and anemia for 14 years and I've been getting iron infusions every year since then. I'm not able to tolerate oral iron at all and with me having gastrointestinal issues as this is not ideal for me. I explained to her that I was an administrator for UCLA for 15 years so I knew the ins and out of an office and that I needed the referral for my infusions to be sent as STAT or URGENT. I came into the office feeling very symptomatic with dizziness, headaches, fatigue, weakness, bruising, restless leg and no energy. It's been very hard for me on a day to day basis, all I want to do is sleep. Having an autoimmune immune disease has not helped the situation either, it's worsen everything. So I explained the urgency and she said she would submit my referral as urgent. I saw Inna on October 1, 2025 on a Tuesday.

The following day I called my insurance carrier as I strongly believe you have to be your own advocate here in Las Vegas, because there's been too many times that these medical offices forget to do the bare minimum for patient's. They just seem not to care in this state!

Anyways, got a hold of my insurance they called the office three way, they connected us to the authorization department that is located in California! Mind you I was on the phone with the representative for 30 mins until they answered, just to inform us we were calling the wrong department and they transferred us to the chemotherapy auth. Department for further notice, we waited for 20 mins and the line dropped. My representative decided to call them again and got a hold of a lady spoke to at the actual office and they told my representative, That the referral would be faxed that day , which was October 2nd Wednesday. On Thursday I called my insurance to see if they received the referral but they did not, so they proceeded to call the office for an update, we were informed that the referral was placed as routine by the nurse and it would take 7-10 business days to process. To my shock, I exclaimed to them why the nurse led me to believe she was going to send the referral as urgent, when she clearly did not do it. The lady up front said she could leave her a message and that she would get back to me the following day on Friday.

Friday came and no call, it was already 2pm when I called and no one answered not the front desk, not the authorization department nor the chemotherapy department. I just started to cry because each passing day I get worse. I felt so hopeless to say the least. The weekend passes and I make my way to the office on Monday and to my dismay I find out their office is closed on Monday's and Friday's. It is Wednesday and no one has called me back, not the supervisor, nor the manager, nor the nurse or authorizations department. Nobody!

If you're sick and dying, this is not the office for you. They just don't care, they're so quick to get your insurance and send out a claim for the consultation so they can get paid, but your care does not matter in this office. Go somewhere else, there's much better offices than this unprofessional, neglectful, lying office. Please, please stay clear from this place.

As a new patient doing a transfer of care from another Oncologist the PA to a long time to learn my entire diagnosis. She ordered labs and requested medical records. She was also able to get a great turnaround time for a follow up appointment. Their lobby is small but peaceful the beautiful aquarium was a wonderful distraction.

Super happy I found this place! Super intelligent physicians who care. He spent the time with me I needed and didn’t miss a beat! He had all my files reviewed before I came in! Wayyyyy better care than comprehensive cancer center. And only a 15 minute wait. CCC it was a minimum hour wait then rushed thru my appointment

Dr Mukherjee struck me as both significantly knowledgeable and empathetic. She pointed out options to me that I had previously considered, however conveyed them in a manner that motivated me to consider them again in a different light that would be for my long term best interests. She impresses me as a physician who truly cares for for patient’s well being.

Be careful getting an appointment here, when I checked in they didn't collect a copayment and later I received a bill that they were out of network. They do not answer their phone, it either just rings you get placed on hold then call drops. When I called other offices they have to send an email for someone to contact me their corporate office is in cali, Now I'm stuck in limbo trying to speak to someone that will fix this issue of paying over 500 for a dr appointment.

I received chemotherapy treatment from your office in July, 2023. I was approved by Medicaid for chemotherapy treatment as of July 1, 2023. I did not have my physical card at the time I started, however was eligible to start treatment as of July 1, 2023. I provided your front office with my Medicaid account number/card number. I was told by your front office that I could start the treatment right away but since I did not have my
physical card yet I needed to pay cash or credit card and would be reimbursed by your office as soon as the billing department be able to confirm the coverage. I paid $1301.60 for the first two weeks of treatment from July 10-18. I provided the front office with the physical card from Medicaid. I showed eligibility/coverage at the time the services were rendered. I asked for the refund by calling the billing office every 2 to 3 weeks, but never received the refund. It has been over 8 months now. The billing department only replies that because Medicaid still owes us money therefore until we receive the payment we won’t be able to release the refund back. When I called Medicaid
directly they told me that they cannot hold patients refunds as its illegal, and no matter how much I try to
communicate with the office, it was all the same answer… “Until we get paid, we will not release the refund back.”
This goes against Medicaid policy. I could have had my eligibility checked even without the physical card but
was told otherwise. If you are contracted with Medicaid you cannot charge the patient direct.

I would highly recommend him to anyone who has need of a hematologist. Loved my previous dr. but he was no longer on my insurance, so was referred by the ins.
