If you would like to schedule a week in advance to meet with someone who will collect information that is readily available on the internet, is not qualified to write a prescription, will not examine you and charge you over $200 for a 20-minute visit, and then be left to a confused nationwide network of schedulers, never talk to the same person twice, and they cannot call you back at an appointed time. this is the place.

During our visit, the travel nurse said she would send a prescription for malaria to our Pharmacy. That never happened. After I followed up, I was required to schedule a telehealth call another week later. when that call came, they called me an hour early and said I missed the appointment. When I called back the number they called from, I got the call center. they said I would have to reschedule. The funny thing is these people were the same ones who warned me how important it is to start the medication before I leave.

This company purports to be a doctor who will take care of you. It is merely telehealth repackaged so they can charge fees like a doctor. After our experience, it was clear they didn't care about our health or our experience with their company. The last time I was treated this poorly, was when I traveled on allegiant airlines in 2015.

They scheduled me for a location that was closed, in a lot that took me forever to even find the building since it wasn’t even labeled. No one was there, this is the second time this has happened. Didn’t even get the appointment.

A bit too much on sales pitch to purchase products and shots. Great facility and ability to get needed vaccines and information but need to tone down the push to purchase products not needed. A bit pricey for the consultation

Absolutely do not recommend. Not only is this the incorrect location (despite the building entrance being labeled as passport health - which is sent multiple times in reminder emails, upon calling the passport health call center I found that 1). There is no plan to remedy this misinformation and 2). You need to expect at least a 25 minute wait time whether you complete forms online in advance or not.

On arrival the salutation was warm, the nurse offered water which was hospitable, my wait was not long, the information presented was clear and understandable, the nurse looked at the areas of my travel plan and offered the best advice in order to be safe on my journey. Overall my experience from 1 to 10 was a perfect 10. Thank for your service I will be traveling safe. Perhaps you may want to offer Military Discounts, Just a suggestion. Thanks.

I like using Passport Health for international travel vaccines because they seem to be knowledgeable on what vaccines I really need as apposed to trying to look them up on government sites. I really don't trust either the CDC or WHO to give me straight logical or knowledgeable answers. The nurse we spoke with was very kind & pleasant to work with. She answered all our questions and told us the known side effects of the vaccines. She helped us decide which vaccines were best for us for our situation. She did not try to upsell us on vaccines we probably didn't need. They used to do vaccines and medications all at the same time but now preventive medications are done over the phone and they add an extra $35 each person. More employee's, more costs. It's expensive but what isn't these days?

I have used Passport Health for overseas travel before in another state. Because of the great service then, I decided to return for more vaccinations for overseas travel and I was not disappointed. Ellen was very efficient and knowledgeable. She explained recommended vaccinations and their purposes in a clear and concise manner. She was very patient and able to answer all my questions, as well as alleviate concerns.

Do not book with these people. It is near impossible to get your appointment cancelled and they hold this cancellation fee over your head. Way too stressful. Go to the health department, it is so much cheaper there anyways.

This is my second time going to to see Susan at Passport Health in Henderson, NV. The first time I went out of the country to Ecuador, she took the time to explain everything to me and saw to it that my travel needs were met. Almost two years later I’m going to the Dominican Republic and not only did Susan remember me, but provided a comprehensive overview of what I’d need for my upcoming trip. I highly recommend this Passport Health location for the great service, friendly staff, and effective practices.

My experience with Passport Health was amazing! Now I am not one for hospitals or check ups in general because of the typical bed side manner of doctors and nurses (or lack of I should say), it always seems like they are always too busy to answer your questions or use a "one size fits all" manner of dealing with patients and situations.

Not the case at Passport Health. My interaction with the staff, specifically Susan, was genuine and personal. She took the time to explain my vaccinations and what they are needed for and the possible side effects.It was very pleasant for the staff to already anticipate my questions with an accurate response and solution. What was really great was that since I needed a follow up for some of the vaccinations in the following month she already helped me figure out a good date and was patient while I checked my calendar to make sure that was a good date.

Overall I would strongly recommend my co-workers and family members who need check up or vaccinations to go to Passport Health.
