Absolutely do NOT recommend. I was a patient here and I cannot believe how the receptionists talk to their patients. I’ve cancelled two appointments. The first one I cancelled for personal reasons. They called and messaged me 10+ times to get it rescheduled even after I had told them I’d reach out when I was ready. They still continued to hound me when I eventually gave up and scheduled an appointment. They tell me I’d only have to pay $60 for my copay each visit. Yeah, that was wrong. I get a message with a bill for $20 more dollars. I called and asked for an explanation and I honestly had no clue what the first girl said. I got reminded of the bill and of course called again. The second girl was AWFUL on the phone. Told me “well we already explained it to you why you’re being billed.” Excuse me??? Is that how you guys talk to patients?? I then proceeded to tell them to cancel my appointment and after she said she cancelled it I hung up. Now, 2 months later, I get a call for an appointment reminder. I told Consuela to cancel my appointment and let her know I already cancelled it. She proceeded to tell me “well I don’t see any calls,” So I told her that it had been either in July or August that it was cancelled. She then goes on to say, “well I can see that you called this day in August and you only called for the bill.” No, your person just did not cancel my appointment. You are so loud and wrong. I do not recommend people coming here! The dentist and the dental hygienist are so nice, but their receptionist being straight up for no reason is absolutely unnecessary and outweighs any good of the other staff.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Park and his incredible assistant, Maggie! From the moment I walked into their office, they made me feel so welcome and at ease. I was a nervous train wreck about getting the dental work done, but their kindness, patience, and gentle approach made all the difference. With her expertise, I was able to avail of a more acceptable assessment and affordable plan. Her team was awesome and super patient friendly. OKAY so when i went in i was so prepared to be shamed for my teeth like i was ready to be scolded. but to my surprise, i wasn’t! everyone was very nice and so supportive on how to get back in track with my oral hygiene i felt very motivated and encouraged that i wasn’t an inhumane human being with dirty teeth. the x rays went very smoothly and i wasn’t uncomfortable at all. once the cleaning started i did have to be numbed, but that was an easy process. the shots didn’t hurt at all, and the hygienist was very well with distracting me so i wouldn’t feel anything. the cleaning went by fast and smoothly, and i constantly asked if anything hurt so i could be numbed more, but i barely felt any pain. i would really recommend coming to this dentist! you won’t regret it at all and you’ll be happy leaving because of how supported you feel and how clean your teeth are!

Firstly, please do NOT go here if you are seeking a dentist office.

I went to this office for an initial visit months ago and called a few days later to cancel the future appointments they booked for me. I felt it more tactful to use my busy schedule as the reason for cancelling than to say that I got a second opinion from family/friends to visit a different dentist office.

I received a voicemail from this office recently to schedule an appointment for the pending treatment so I blocked the number. I just received a text about an upcoming appointment and assumed it was from my new dentist but realized it was this office sending me a text reminder to visit them. They did NOT cancel the appointments like I asked them to and still decided to send me text reminders to visit them, without saying who they are.

I cancelled my appointments after the first visit because I felt this office was untrustworthy. I am no oral health expert but I felt that they were using scare tactics and upselling me mouth wash and toothpaste that are made for advanced oral diseases common in people much older. I simply got a second opinion at a different office and took my business to them.

I also find it interesting that almost all of the positive reviews here are written by users with only one review to this dentist.

UPDATE: Even after having written a negative review, blocking the main number, and not having returned to the office after calling them to cancel my appointments over a year ago, I have received a voicemail from this office asking me to call them back (at the main number which I have blocked) to schedule service. No I'm good, but thanks for being desperate and not taking a hint.

I came here because of a dentist who used to work here. She was no longer there, and the primary dentist is not great, but her assistant is awful. I paid way too much money, and the assistant is some crabby old lady with a terrible attitude who will argue with anything. Moved to the area and wanted to go for a simple cleaning. Before I knew it they were saying I have gum disease and needs braces…. I have been to a dentist every 6 months for 30 years and already had braces. Haha My teeth are in no pain and I’ve never had a cavity in my life. Must be a Vegas custom to gouge new patients. I’m sorry, but to slam someone with a $600 bill for a deep cleaning when all I wanted was a simple cleaning is just wrong. They wouldn’t even do the simple cleaning! I was stunned. I have dental phobia big time. I made my fear well known and I can tell u they have a patient for as long as I live here. First visit… 3-D video of whole mouth much easier to see the total picture of my mouth. Treatment plan discussed including an extraction. Today was that extraction. Scared crazy, they gave me meds to calm me down, nitro, and Novacaine. I didn’t feel anything after the first injection. They explained follow-up care and No up selling i.e. how about a whitening treatment or caps. What a joy to not have to keep saying “no thank u” Finally from front office staff to the Dentist herself pure professional, welcoming, and very patient as I am sure I might have asked the same question a few times. They all made u feel like u were the only patient there. Dental phobia no more.

As with a lot of dental clinics, dentists come and go. But with hygienists, I can surely say that mine is one of the best. Sergio Amezcua is a ten out of a ten. I would not trade his services for anyone else. I have yet to meet my new dentist and looking forward to it. Access Dental is my go-to place when it comes to my oral health.
