The work they have done has been exceptional, he started off with discoloration and many other oral issues to now having a smile he can be proud of. A truly caring and professional group of ladies. I am from out of town/Boston and needed to find a dentist to fix a crown that popped off. I found Dr O’Keefe from my insurance website and called the next morning. Patricia assisted me with getting an appointment right away and Anna who assisted my Dr was very pleasant and helped calm my nerves.

This dental practice was wonderful and everyone was so nice and helpful with me. Being from out of town and not knowing anyone , I am very grateful to have found them to help me fix my crown. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had my appointment today with the hygienist Patrice and she is a lovely lady, I’ve been with her now three times and every single appointment I learn something new how to take care of my teeth and new things to try. showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, am still waiting 20 minutes after it was supposed to start in an 80+° room on a hundred degree day listening to Ed Sheeran and the most generic 2000s slop that is on in every medical office you go to (torture music). it’s the exact same music they play outside 7/11 to stop homeless people from sleeping outside. quality of care is solid and i like my dentist but it’s not worth the drive just to wait in a sauna with music my noise canceling headphones can’t drown out. after i get the last of the work done, im probably going to switch dentists. don’t make me an 11:30 appointment if you can’t see me until 12:00. and if you do, at least say why. and get an air conditioner because that music + heat will put anyone in a bad mood.

Waited 3 days AND after business hours to call and tell me they needed to reverify my insurance. My appointment was set for their opening time, so I called as soon as they opened. The first person I talked to said my insurance was 100% accepted 3 times (I verified 3 times) and now it isn’t? Waste of time right before vacation.

I HATED the DDS since I was 6yrs. old. My pain threshold is EXTREMELY low. Anna & Doctor O'Keefe where so gentle as ALWAYS. This was the first time didn't wear music on my ears. It didn't smound bad nor take long. They were thorough during entire process. The office is clean front back & rest area. Professional office staff, happy and willing to assist. I was happy to come and will continue to use them. They do take insurances . They do take cash payments as well. In the event that you don't have insurance. They will work out payment plans with you to keep your health at its best & smile that you could possibly have so if you're in need of a dentist come see them😁😁😁😁

We have been coming to this office for a bout a year. We transferred here from Cascade Dental to be with Eugene. Since he left it seems they always find somehing wrong with my gums. We have not seen the dentist but insisted that we see a dentist for our next visit. The hygienist told my that I should have all my wisdom teeth pulled. I thought it was strange that she made the diagnosis and without x rays. Not sure we want to stay at this practice.
