Jubilee Clinical Research
They are kidding right? One of the doctors just called and accused me of stealing her phone! I went to see if I qualified for a study, I was alone in a room waiting for the dr, she came in and told me I didn't qualify because my liver was healthy, we talked for a few minutes then both walked out together. 20 minutes later I am shopping at Target and she calls and asks if I have her phone. What? She tells me she can't find it and I am the last person that saw it. WHAT. I never even laid eyes on her phone, I guess it was in her pocket. We walked out together. I asked her if she had the find my phone option and she said yes, so I said well where is it then? I mean you can look at the tracker and tell. She didn't answer and kinda mumbled and then we hung up. You can look at my nonexistent criminal record, I am a retired lady that has not committed the tiniest crime in my life. Very insulted. I am sure she has found her phone by now but no apology at all. Beware - if you go to this office, the chances of them accusing you of a crime are high lol.

I have been coming to Jubilee research for years now. I have had an amazing life changing experience. I have had the worst eczema for most of my life, to the point where I'd wake up bleeding from scratching in my sleep. And I responded to a ad I saw one day and it has really been one of the best things I'd ever done. Every one at the Clinic has been a delight to work with. And for the first time in more than 30 yrs I have something that works. The miracle of not itching aside, the clinic is always clean, and everyone is always helpful. I highly recommend if you have the opportunity come here , take it.

It looks like I'm the first and only person to have a bad experience. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the same experience. My issue is solely with the receptionist, specifically. I didn't make it further than her. She calls me and we scheduled a time for me, that worked for with my schedule. Then I received TEXT MESSAGES changing my appointment. Not 1 change, but 3 different changes. Didn't ask me if these different times work for me, if there's another time available that does work, if the time chosen for me doesn't work. What happened to a courtesy call? Customer/client/patient service? The worst part is when I attempted to cancel and possibly reschedule, the receptionist ask when was my appointment I tell her, I tell her the date, but not the time or why and did ask if I'd like to reschedule. Instead she gets quiet for about a minute. I assumed she's typing or navigating to the scheduler or maybe transferring me. Whatever she was doing, I say hello and she hung-up on me. I call back and she picked up and hung up.
My appointment was for 10 am. I received the expected text message, then a minute later I get another text message with a 2 hour schedule change. Then this morning I received another appointment schedule change. These changes weren't even the same day. Who does that? You call and set an appointment with someone, call them back if you need to change. It works the same for me as well. If I need to change, I have to call. I was polite and polite now, but this is the worst receptionist I've ever dealt and for me to be a volunteer, I would expect much different, actually some form of professionalism or common sense. I imagine she's new or disgruntled, since everyone else's experience has been 5βοΈs. I wish I had the same experience.

I came here after hearing about a clinical trial they were conducting and a few organ exam which would otherwise be expensive and difficult to get in Las Vegas. Everything was super easy, non-invasive, the staff very friendly and the doctor took all the time I needed to explain the results. Highly recommend this place.

I have been in a clinical study at jubilee for over a year now. The two people I deal with there, DR Shin and Matt are fantastic. The care and Compassion they show me and Iβm sure other clients, is the best.

Awesome place and wonderful people. Itβs a good place for a people like me who has a skin condition to do a trial and potentially help others with the same, plus it helps me out all the while and a few extra bucks in your pocket.

I went to Jubilee Clinical Research offices and was so surprised by the warm atmosphere, and all the amenities that were offered, while waiting in one of their numerous, large and comfortable patient rooms. Since their main directive is to study diseases, I felt so much more confident in their overall care and diagnosis levels. They take the time to explain things in detail and really care about treating the underlying issues.
