Updating now in May 2026. This business has advertised itself as lgbtq+ supporting since I moved here in 2022. Even then when everyone was virtue signaling their support for transgender people the only person who really understood and cared was Calli Collins. She is the brightest light in this entire clinic and I am so grateful for finding her.

Over the years I have referred multiple transgender clients here and as time has gone on the stories about why they could not get care here grew weirder and weirder. From adding new requirements to be valid as trans, to not being aware of standards of care, deadnaming, misgendering, now to adding a monthly fee if you want to receive care as being transgender.

It makes sense that as the landscape changes they would like to distance themselves from the difficulties being imposed on this minority from all angles of authority, legal and political, but it does hurt to be turned away in this manner.

If Calli ever opens her own clinic or leaves Healor I would immediately switch to wherever she goes.

Good luck in your up-selling Singh, we all appreciate you making it official policy now instead of skirting around the truth.

It is amusing the shift towards it being my reaction at the cost and diversion from the upselling when that is what happens everytime there is an in office visit. Sign up for our membership, sign up for our weightloss program, look at this commercial of our dr selling things, come next door to our connected beauty spa, buy more of our stuff, sit in our VIP lounge.

You have decided to charge Transgender clients specifically a $75-100 monthly fee on top of their normal insurance. You have made this change while at the same time advertising yourself as an LGBTQ+ HRT provider. You are not an insurance provider, so we still need to carry insurance on top your monthly fee to receive HRT.

I visit Healor for my Primary Care health needs. All of the office employees are kind, courteous and efficient, at all times. The medical staff are capable and thorough and at every visit, have made sure to make me feel heard.

Several times when I've been seen for something specific, I've had my caregiver address other unrelated but important matters of concern for someone of my age or demographic. I appreciate this extra attention to detail and enhanced level of care, because oftentimes what was brought to my attention is important, but is still something I likely would not have bothered with or would have forgotten to inquire about myself.

The waiting area can get pretty full and busy, but nevertheless is always clean and welcoming. Patients are seen at an efficient pace. But, no matter how busy the waiting room gets, I've never felt rushed during my time with the doctor or while other medical professionals are seeing me.

I generally see Calli Collins, who is wonderful. She was unavailable so I was treated by René and Dr. Singh, who were both outstanding: knowledgeable, thorough and courteous.

Scheduling is extremely easy by phone or as is my preference, using the Spruce app, which also makes any other communications super easy via text.

I am very satisfied with the quality of my care at Healor. Thank you all for making it easy!

Healor is one of the most generous on task quick responding compassionate easy on the eye, no fries, super replies Docs offices in town. That said we have not even gone into the office yet, but the communications that I have had with the office staff, including Miss Gracie, have been incredible. What I initially set the appointment for they didn't do. They instead went over my medical history twice. What is the point of filling out medical history documentation if they are just going to make me repeat it to them? Then they told me I would need to make another appointment for the treatment that I INITIALLY made the appointment for. They said they could only do one thing that day either the pap or the history they chose to do the history. Instead of presenting those options to me they chose to do what THEY felt like doing instead of what I actually made the appointment for. I'm frustrated because I feel like they wasted my time just to charge my insurance and that they didn't feel like doing what the appointment was initially for. They should've been transparent from the beginning if they needed to waste an appointment just to go over my medical history
I could've saved an UBER trip and done it over the phone. I have to get my medical stuff done so I'll finish doing what's necessary with them but next year I'm not sure I'll use their services again. I feel bamboozled, like they pulled a bait & switch. Everyone was professional and congenial, just not transparent about services during the visit.

Really is disappointing, I don’t know whats been going on but for the past couple years I used to love this place for my primary care but at this point, they are messing up with my insurance telling me I owe money and that until i pay it, I cant have an appointment so I call my insurance and they tell me I don’t owe this. Healor then gives me a billing phone number for a company in Texas and they then tell me I only owe one co-pay because of a mistake they made with my insurance and tell me to call Healor back to make an appointment since they put my account on hold. So every-time I try to call healor, they wont talk to me on the phone and take my payment or let me make an appointment, they only text me telling me to call that phone number back in Texas. I give up, won’t pay them then since they tell me they don't have a billing department with Healor that I can talk to on the phone, and will find another primary care doctor, very disappointing.

Very attentive, This is my first adult doctor and although the main location is a little farther from where I live it’s really nice and not too intimidating to work with them. You can text them so if you aren’t able to call or come in at the moment (or have some anxiety) it helps you get over that barrier. The staff are all wonderful and very nice :)

I am so pleased to have found this wonderful office! From the sweet and helpful ladies up front , to Gisella the most knowledgeable attentive MA, to Calli Collins PA, she's what Drs and PAs should aspire to be. Had an appointment set for the centennial location. Waited 3 weeks for this. I have a hernia. I get there this morning and I’m told that my appointment is at the other location. When did the switch happen? They certainly need a lot better communication than just sending text. I was about five minutes late past the seven minutes late that you can be late. Explained the situation and the girl at the front desk got an attitude with me because I was frustrated. Told me nope we can’t take you and would I like to reschedule. I won’t be going back.

UPDATE- I JUST FOUND OUT HOW DANGEROUS IT WAS FO THE PA TO HAVE ME ON ESTROGEN WITHOUT PROGESTERONE FOR A YEAR!!!!! after the initial prescription ran out a year ago, in our telephone appointment she said “there’s no standardized daily dose for progesterone” and so she did not renew the prescription. And therefor for a year I have been daily dosing estrogen with ZERO progesterone

This is literally the best primary care office I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve had peak care in medically prestigious cities like Minneapolis and LA. (Cedars)

Las Vegas has very much the opposite medical reputation but Healor is excellent.

I was skeptical they actually did primary care due to the med spa side of the their business. I figured they would try to sell me med spa services and possibly snake oil.

NOPE.

Over the years that has NEVER happened. Instead they have dealt with my chronic issues with deep care and astonishing speed. When I message or call they get back to me instantly or sometimes minutes after they open. They have given me referrals to excellent specialists. It’s just all so impressive.

Their one downside is minor enough I still wouldn’t rate them less than 100%.

I noticed on reviews there are some customer service concerns around the front desk. There is one front desk person who is a bit aggro and you have to “kill with kindness” —I’m often relieved when she isn’t there — but all the other staff and the doctor / PAs / nursing team is excellent.

TLDR - there is a new monthly fee for being transgender and I feel it is discriminatory.

This review is about the business, not the actual staff. I really like the staff, especially Giselle and Dr. Collins.

I have been coming here for 5 years. Recently, the owner Dr. Singh implemented what is essentially a fee for being transgender. In order to get hormones, you must pay at least $75 a month (up to $100 if you want in-person appointments), in three-month installments. This cannot be covered by insurance or go towards a deductible. I cannot afford this fee, as like many people, my healthcare costs are already high. This fee only applies to hormones. While I could see a benefit for those who don't have insurance, this fee is not for primary care, and is not optional for those who do have insurance.

This is discriminatory. HEALOR presents itself as a queer friendly space, and many trans people come here. To invite trans community and say we are welcome, and then force us to pay extra just to get life-saving medication... I don't understand the thought behind this. Imagine this practice for any other medication.

HEALOR referred me to an endocrinologist who has a waitlist of 4+ months. The amount of stress this has caused me cannot be overstated. This is life-saving medication, and I genuinely worry about my ability to go without it. I feel like HEALOR brought in the trans community, and then pulled the rug. I am having a hard time finding the right words, I'm just genuinely really saddened by this.

So I used to receive treatment at The Center Wellness Clinic, but I think they changed management or something because they stopped answering the phones/returning my (and other people's) calls. I then heard about HEALOR and decided to give them a try.

My PCP is Malcolm, who's a VERY busy guy but still attentive and gets things done. 👍 I gave him a very long list of things that were bothering me/that I needed, and he and his assistant Michael were on it with prescribing meds and writing referrals.

Reception is quick to respond and on top of answering calls, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, and answering questions (both by phone and text).

Getting labs done is cheap ($20), quick and efficient too; you can either get them done at HEALOR or at any Quest Diagnostics.

Overall, HEALOR is a great (and inclusive) place to receive primary care for anyone, including but not limited to the LGBTQIA+ community. ✨

I have been a patient at Healor for over two years, and unfortunately, I have experienced ongoing billing issues throughout that time.
Appointments that are supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance are repeatedly being charged to me. Each time I come in, I am told there is a balance on my account. I then receive notices stating that if I do not pay, the balance will be sent to collections. This is extremely concerning, especially when the services in question are fully covered under my insurance plan.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve this matter. However, from the front desk to the billing department, I am continuously being redirected with no clear answers or resolution. It feels like responsibility is being passed around rather than addressed with urgency.
Being overcharged and threatened with collections for services that are covered is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and timely resolution has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.
At this point, I would strongly reconsider recommending this office to anyone and would choose another provider before continuing to deal with this ongoing issue.

I would not recommend this place for primary care. My first appointment was very unsatisfactory. Typically, during an initial or annual visit, a provider should perform a basic full checkup. However, this did not happen here.
The provider walked in, wrote some notes, and only checked my breathing. That was it.
At other clinics I’ve been to, the first appointment includes checking the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, breathing, and other basic assessments as part of a routine exam. This felt rushed and incomplete. Overall, I was not satisfied with the care I received and would not recommend this office.
During an adult annual physical exam, a doctor typically performs a basic head-to-toe exam. This usually includes checking the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, neck, heart, lungs, abdomen, skin, and basic movement or reflexes. The visit also focuses on preventive care, such as ordering routine blood work, discussing age-appropriate screenings and vaccines, and addressing any health concerns with a plan for follow-up or referrals if needed.

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. Every visit feels smooth, welcoming, and genuinely cared for from start to finish.

Front desk queens Mallory and Gracie always greet me with the sweetest energy — they’re fast, professional, and make check-ins feel effortless.

My medical assistant Alfredo is incredible. He’s always kind, attentive, and makes sure I’m comfortable and informed before anything starts.

And Physician Assistant Taylor Jones is truly exceptional. Taylor listens, explains everything clearly, and never rushes. You can feel how much she cares about her patients and their wellbeing.

Healor has been absolutely amazing, I am able to come in and have all my questions answered and be taken care of in a non judgmental environment where everyone there is amazing. Healor has been a great experience for me because I feel the doctors do take the time to speak/hear you and approach things more holistically which is what I prefer. I had went to a different physician when I thought they stopped accepting my insurance and my experience there wasn’t great as they didn’t want to work with me. That doctor only wanted to prescribe medications and i felt my concerns were being dismissed. So I came back to healor and had a new physician and it’s been great since. I don’t have any complaints. It’s not easy finding a doctor that aligns with your needs and gives you a chance to get your shit together before medications.
