Our Doctors of Physical Therapy treat back pain and sciatica, shoulder, hip and knee pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and dizziness using hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, Active Release Technique, IASTM, cupping, blood flow restriction, and gait and balance training. If you need physical therapy and you want people who care , who are attentive and actually do their job unlike some of the other places in town?! Achieve Physical Therapy is where you need to go.
As soon as you walk in you are greeted with genuine smiles from Denica , Nikki & thannia.
Then they will sit down with you and actually listen to what you have to say. (How refreshing is that!! ) To find out where you're hurting , what your limitations are and most importantly what your expectations are.
From the wonderful assistance's Kim , sister 2, Leilani and the absolutely amazing physical therapists, Jim and Bryson, Everyone is focused on getting you well.
If you've ever been to some of the other physical therapy houses in town, you will understand when I say ... they give you a sheet of paper with your exercises on it and point towards the workout machines and say there you go...with barely any instruction , no personalized treatment! & then later say you done?! Ummmm what???
That does NOT happen at Achieve physical therapy, their quality of care , personalized instruction, honest education of your condition, compassion & empathy goes way above any other place I've ever been in town..
In a day and age where healthcare seems to be losing all of those things that I've mentioned above , it is so refreshing to come to Achieve PT and know that I'm being taken care of by people who are honestly invested in your well-being journey. Thank you Achieve PT for everything !!

I have to say hands down the best physical therapy experience ever. I have been to ATI physical therapy and did not get the attention given by Achieve personnel. From booking the appt til the last day of therapy, the experience was professional. I was even sad to leave. Bryson was amazing and very cordial to your needs. He listens and is very detailed oriented with the exercises recommended. Annie and Kim, the assistants was very fun to work with. The front desk would always greet you and ask how you were feeling. Everyone was down to earth and just made the experience very welcoming. I would definitely go back should I ever need therapy again. The one thing I love about them is they are hands on, I didnt experience that at ATI. So that shows me that Acheive Physical therapy does care.

Jim is the man I've been dealing wtih plantar facisitis for 2.5 years and the dry needling is finally making it feel better. The whole staff is so nice and friendly too

The entire staff at the Peak location are amazing! This is the BEST physical therapy staff period! They will go above and beyond every time!! Please go see Bryson, Jim , Kimmy , Annie ,Denica , Leilani and Steve !! They make you feel like family!!
