I had been contemplating on what location was the best to take my son for dental work as he has already experienced a bad one. From going from a traumatic experience for both me and my son has been very difficult to trust someone else.
I came across this location and I can hands down say I'm very happy with my son experience and myself as a mother. The staff is very welcoming and friendly very cheerful team. Very open place, clean and organized. The best is they had a little play area already for the kids. My son absolutely love Andrea! She made his experience very fun and bubbly. She made him feel safe and she explain every step she was doing also let him see the tools she was using. After his clean up Dr. T came in and was very friendly, made my son feel comfortable around him. You can tell he's very good with kids and letting them trust him to do his job. He explain every concerns I had with detail and what he feels was best for my son. I didn't feel pressure to make any decisions I did not feel comfortable with. Explain to me how each produce will work.
I couldn't be more happier. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a trust worthy place.

We went to other pediatric dentists before and the others were so aggressive with sedation that it made me really uncomfortable. It seemed unecessary and unsafe. Some children need it, and some don’t, and then there are many levels in between. Adaven, specifically Dr. Nina actually listened to me and my oldest son did so much better with this tailored approach.
I do have another child that definitely requires more attention and may require sedation eventually, and I would trust Adaven and Dr. Nina with my kids for this, and I highly recommend them.
I also have a friend with a son with autism and she actually recommended this office as they are patient and kind with her child with special needs.

The office is beautiful and modern, and the smell was aromatic. I even asked what the scent name was because I wanted it for my house!! 😀 The decor is child friendly while also being nicely done for all ages groups. There's even a little play area for the kids to kill a little time before their visit, along with a TV or two. Our visit wait time was very short which was great because a 4yr olds attention span and patience aren't very long.

I was super nervous about my 4 yr old going to her first "real" dental appointment and having to have a tooth pulled, but the process ended up being easy, and painless. The first appointment was just a checkup to assess her oral health after she complained of discomfort. My daughter was a champ, and Dr.Neu and his assistant were the absolute best! His dental assistant showed my daughter the different tools that would be used as well as the sounds she'd hear which I think helped dramatically. She had the good ole "laughing gas" and a shot or two before the procedure and she never flinched. I think I did more than she did in fact. When Dr.Neu came in, he was ready; with game face on, and custom Nike's with a tooth on them which I adored. Literally her whole procedure took 15 or less minutes. I don't think I've ever seen anyone move so fast!! Lol And I'm not saying that from a bad perspective at all, but a great one. Dr.Neu and his staff understand that the longer it takes with a child, the less cooperation you'll have, along with leaving them with calming agents shouldn't be long. I am greatly appreciative of that.

Adaven Children’s Dentistry truly exceeded all expectations! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
After my daughter chipped her tooth, I was anxious to find a pediatric dentist in Henderson who could help us — fast. Adaven Children’s Dentistry came through in every possible way. The staff (especially Sabrina and Kathy) was compassionate, flexible, and ready to help. But what really stood out was the care we received from Dr. Travis Neu, DMD.

Dr. Travis not only made time in his schedule to see us on short notice, but he also worked closely with me to explore options and find the best possible solution for my daughter’s chipped tooth. His calm, kind, and easygoing nature made the entire experience feel less like a dental appointment and more like visiting family.
By the end of the visit, my daughter’s tooth looked completely normal — like the accident never happened. But more than that, Dr. Travis gave her confidence back and gave me peace of mind. Now when I see her smile, I’m no longer reminded of the chip. I just see her again.

What a fantastic experience!!!! My 4 1/2 year old and 6 1/2 year old are petrified of the dentist. My 6 1/2 year old had a bad experience at the last one. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly and it had a cute kids corner. We had a very short wait and were brought in by Bailey. She was AMAZING. She showed the boys each tool and explained what they do. She talked and laughed with them. By the end, both boys willingly got their teeth cleaned and she even got them to do x rays with no fuss!!! They actually had fun! The dentist, Dr. Travis came in and did a look through as well as applied a fluoride topical...both boys were happy to oblige because of all the awesome toys and stickers they were given. Overall, I was in shock at how great it was. My 6 1/2 year old asked when we can go back!!! We HIGHLY recommend Adaven.

I have spent the last 7 years searching high and low for a half way decent pediatric dentist and have taken both my kids to so many places. My poor 7 year old daughter was traumatized as a toddler by a really awful office so she has always had serious anxiety when it comes to appointments. Somehow I lucked out on a friends suggestion to try Dr. Travis and I can’t believe what a complete night and day difference this entire place is! Not only are all the hygienists amazing, unwaveringly patient, and kind, but the whole front desk staff is fabulous! Dr. Travis completely changed the way both my kids view going to the dentist and I am SO grateful to him and his whole office for the patience and kindness they showed my littles. He got my 4 year old through 4 decent sized fillings without a single peep! That would have never happened anywhere else. We will never go to another dentist again. Five stars is not enough to convey how impressed we are with Adaven! My son’s bracket broke the night before Thanksgiving, leaving a wire that his tongue kept getting caught on. We called several dentists with no response. The dentist that did call back on Thanksgiving told us that nobody is going to see us today. We contacted Adaven and got a response within minutes, and my son was in their chair in less than 30 minutes. Now, we can enjoy our Thanksgiving. This is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to. We have 4 children and have been through tons of dentist and never really found the right fit … until now. First I would like to say how friendly and supportive the staff is. They are always willing to help schedule and support the kids no matter what mood they are in. The staff is very very patient since sometimes my kids are a handful. Dr. Travis is amazing! He makes the kiddos feel so comfortable and relaxed (also the parents) and is very important when you have fussy children. I would highly recommend to get your kiddos treated by Dr. Travis Neu. If you are in need of a very kind and patient pediatric dentist, Dr. Neu is your guy. He went out of his way to treat my daughter for a dental emergency. On a Saturday night, when my 8yr old daughter broke off her permanent front tooth and was crying to the thought of having to be without a front tooth and saying she wont look pretty anymore, Dr. Neu kindly opened up his dental office and offered to treat my daughter. He was very patient and kind, reassured my daughter and the wife that it was fixable.
And just like he said, he was able to reattach her tooth back and with that he gave my daughter confidence to smile and feel pretty again.
There isn't a lot of dentist that would spend their weekend night treating patients, but the fact that he was able to see her within a couple of hours, allowed her tooth to be able to reattach and stay on. If we had waited until Monday to be seen by a regular dentist, then she would not have been able to keep that tooth. Dr. Neu is someone that will care for your kiddos and will do what he can to give your kiddos the best dental experience and will help make sure your kids maintain good dental health for a lifetime.

This is long overdue. We have been with Dr. Nina for several years now. We came to Adaven after my oldest daughter experienced a traumatic event at another dental office. (One I myself am still not over) Over the last several years both of my girls and I have built a trust with her that cannot be replaced. We love Adaven Dental! They have a fun play area in the waiting room with books, toys and a cool light bright wall, and tvs in the operatories. It’s been about two years now that I have been taking both my kids to Adaven. I could not be happier with the service and dental procedures we have received. Adaven and Dr. Travis are the best! We used to go to Anthem Pediatric Dentistry and they missed that our daughter was missing 4 permanent teeth. We had been there multiple times and nobody ever took the time to properly read her X-rays. This place is the best I’ve ever been. I have lived in many states across the country. I have older kids that are in their 20s and have seen many pediatric dentists. Does not have appointments available after 2pm. I was told I could reserve a spot after 2pm for 6 months out. Unprofessional and unrealistic.
**After a voice mail and a text message (from the office manager), and another phone call from the Dentist himself about my review, I am editing it from 1 star to 4 stars. As much as I believe that this dentist cares for his patients I'm not convinced that the office staff feels the same. I am not wrong or misunderstood about what I was told. Possibly invest in a recording system to review how the office staff talks to your patients?

This is how it started - Originally, I was contacted by the office to cancel my kids appointment for their cleaning. We had an unpaid balance of $169 and would not be welcomed back until it was paid. Super awkward because I have forgotten about the balance but it was clear we were not welcomed back until it was at zero. Aggressive! This was my mistake and an oversight on my part. I didn't realize that the Panorama scan they chose to do from my kids' first visit was not covered by my insurance. Once the payment was made, I called to reschedule both kids' appointment for their routine cleaning. This is where I was told nothing after 2pm for 6 months. After speaking with the dentist, we agreed to work together that fits within my schedule. I'm grateful that he cares enough and understands the position of working parents. Hopefully this was cleared up with whoever answers their phones.

Everyone seemed super great with my kids today during their cleaning. The experience my husband had today in the clinic was great! Everyone that they interacted with was very professional and made the kids feel welcome and comfortable.

Unfortunately, overhearing a small portion of a phone conversation with the lady wearing the headset validates what is happening in the office. The matter-of-fact attitude is what is being represented over the phone and it's off putting.

My boys have been going to Adaven Children’s Dentistry since my oldest was two and he is now 10. We started off seeing Dr. Rapp but when he “retired”, we became patients of Dr. Travis, and could not be happier with the care they both provide! My oldest has never been afraid of going to the dentist and it is because of the staff, hygienists, Dr. Rapp and Dr. Travis he loves going for check ups every six months. My younger two boys have seen how much their older brother likes going that there is no hesitation when I tell them it’s dentist time. My youngest was the most resistant when he was 1-2 years old but the hygienists and Dr. Travis never pressured him into doing anything (cleaning, X-rays, sitting in the chair) and since he was 2.5 years old he looks forward to appointments (and the toys at the end)! I will always recommend Adaven for anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

We were referred to Adaven by another dentist when my son had a dead tooth. It was a scary moment for him because he was in so much pain. Highly recommend! I started bringing my kids here in 2022 going into 2023 after being with another dentist office for 8 years. My youngest son (4yrs old) had a really bad tooth causing high fevers and leaving him unable to eat and sleep. When trying to have him seen sooner due to the severe pain he was in, his previous Dentist just told me to give him Tylenol and Motrin till his next appointment which was 4 months out. I was definitely not happy as any parent would be. Luckily my husband has a co worker who's wife works for a dental office and referred us to ADAVEN CHILDREN DENTISTRY. I called and made an appointment and luckily got in the same day, I was so grateful to get him in that day. We saw Dr. Travis and he was amazing , very professional, personable and made my son feel comfortable as he checked his teeth. After checking his teeth Dr. Travis was very concerned seeing that his tooth was so bad and also for the amount of pain he was in. Dr. Travis made time and extracted his tooth that day and in the end my sons pain was gone.
I'd highly recommend adaven children's dentistry to all.
It definitely doesn't stop there with how awesome this dentist office is because their front office staff and dental assistants in their office are all very welcoming and so kind, adaven children dentistry truly is an amazing dentist office.

My kids have been going to Adaven's Children's Dentistry for 15+ years. The dentists are great. They connect with the kids and take the time to talk to the parents about plans of care and recommendations. They also take time to answer questions and when treatment is needed in a timely manner, they make it happen. They are able to help my kiddos relax and be comfortable whenever they have treatments (teeth pulled, cavities pulled, etc.) The front office and staff are friendly and helpful. They are great at scheduling and rescheduling in a timely manner. They really listen. And the dental hygienists are very professional and great with time management. If there is a line for x-rays they do the cleaning first. They are gentle and my kids have all learned that the dentist isn't a scary place.

I had a terrible experience at the dentists office when I was a child so I needed to make sure I changed things for my daughter. My daughter and I absolutely love it here. I went here today with my son, it was his first overall dental visit. They were so nice and explained the procedure he will be having in a few days. Overall liked the experience in person my only complaint is that the front staff could do a better job at getting back to patients. About two weeks ago I put our information on the website to get a call back as we were interested in getting an appointment, we never got a call. I called about three days later and was able to get an appointment then. Since they asked for email for the forms I provided them with my email still verified it with them and still never received them. Aside from that they seem to be very nice with kids and professional. We were recommended here from a dental professional at Sunstone Dental so I really want to like this place and hope the experience is overall good.

I have always been happy with this pediatric dental office. Today was icing on the cake. One, their new office is amazing. Two, I went to get my kids teeth sealed and I prefer no fluoride and all their sealant has fluoride. (Personal decision based on health of our son) Instead of being rude or arguing with me, they gave me options and offered to order sealants that had no fluoride. They were respectful although curious as it isnt a common request. The big thing is they respected me as a parent and the choices our family has in regards to health/dental care. They were polite and willing to go above and beyond to provide a service that aligns with our needs. Not too often that occurs anymore. I suggest this office to everyone and anyone. You won't be disappointed.

I moved to Henderson, Nv in 2005 with a 1yr old and 3 yr old and needed a pediatric dentist for my children. On our first appointment I was met with a warm friendly smile and it only got better. I was educated on dental heath for babies, who were treated with love and compassion.... fast forward 14 yrs boom my babies are now 17, 15, and 10! We still go to this office for all of our dental needs. Dr. Manny Rapp ( kINDa retired), Dr. Travis Nue and Dr. Nina and Staff are the best of Las Vegas! First impressions are key and that starts with a front desk if there is one. Well I can say it was flawless in Adaven Children's Dentistry did just that. Got a little ones teeth cleaned and it was perfect. It may be a far drive, but trust me its well worth it.
