I am a new customer and I absolutely love the Sunset location office. The girls in the front (including the office manager) are very helpful and kind. Dr. Wynn is very knowledgeable. He got me in and out in a timely manner. My dental hygienist, Tamara made me feel very comfortable. She also guided me through the whole visit. I Couldn't have done it without her. She is literally amazing and definitely needs to be recognized. Thank you to everyone in the office, you guys are amazing!

Kind dentists and staff, but refuse to make call backs, will never pick up the phone. I’m being charged way too much for an xary. They loved telling me my situation was dire, but won’t make an effort to answer a phone call. No wonder you guys were sued by the unions. They probably used my information for a false service too.

needed my teeth cleaned and looked at by a dentist. after a mirage of x-rays by this tech that said he did noy need to wear gloves because his hands were clear. Then waiting 20 minutes for Dr.Tran to tell me I needed a medical clearance for her to clean my teeth, really? I needed partials, extractions and 13 cavities filled and 6 crowns.. Wow just 6 months from my last appointment and all these problems?? It seems this place is operated on available billing hours instead of actual needs.

I embarrassingly haven’t gone to the dentist in several years. At ADCO Dental, I never felt judged and all the staff members continually reminded me there’s nothing to be ashamed about. Dr. Navales and Lisa (dental hygienist) provided a LOT of great education on how to keep up with my dental hygiene. The dental assistants were also super kind, and have a great upbeat attitude. They do have a good radio/playlist playing in the background, and it’s been 90s r&b/hip hop hits consistently (which I personally love); definitely never offensive songs! Atmosphere of the office was very nice and well controlled, which made my appointments run smoothly!

1 star- I’m sure they do their job well, clean office, nice staff but sunset locations manager/ or what she was incorrectly told is the reason for my 1 star. I have Medicaid/Nevada Liberty dental & they gave me a treatment plan of $2800 for things that ARE COVERED PREGNANT OR NOT. They said “I have to be pregnant to get cavities filled” and my INSURANCE said now 3 times to me the codes for what I need done are covered pregnant or not. I wasted 2 1/2 hrs to get nothing done to my mouth and now I have to go up there & call insurance with them so insurance can TELL THEM it is covered. I just am informing others that they WILL try to charge you for things covered so call your insurance FIRST.
I’ve had Medicaid my whole life & never experienced this, crazy!!!!.

Went to get a second opinion and the front desk was nice however the check in process is a little much the want a ss# and a copy of your id and copy of your insurance at that point all you information is on the ipad that everyone uses including they want you to take selfies on the Ipad. I bit much for a dental office .

With all the credit card fraud I didn't want to chance having all my information on the public Ipad or tablet no thanks.
I offered to show my id but didn't want to
Store on a public tablet.
The most scary thing is it asks for you social security number.
The place seemed nice but just didn't want my information out there. They said that they
Would not be able to help if I didn't let them take a picture of my id.
Don't recommend unless you want your private information on a public tablet.
