Been a long time client (2 years) of theirs and I will say this: it was awesome and amazing experience before they had issues.

1. When Isiah was there the place was fantastic. I had no issues getting my peptides and try.

2. The new director lacks education and experience. Strange ways of trying to sell stuff. Lacks fundamental understanding of human behaviors and selling.

3. I’ve been without peptides for over a year

4. Ken and Tessa are absolutely amazing. Bailey is great as well. The staff , unfortunately gets the bad end of the stick for managements mistakes.

Schedules being dropped, staff are inconsistent with their messaging, blaming each other for mistakes, poorly trained on how to have customer service. Still waiting on a call back from Daniel about prices before I go into another clinic who will potentially price gouge. When I made the first call the receptionist was very helpful and polite but wasn’t able to answer prices and assured me Daniel from finance would give me a call but no call and no voicemail or text. I flew in to see a specific doctor who was great. I confirmed on three separate occasions that he would be there - they confirmed each and every time - at the last minute once I arrive , bait and switch “oh he is not here today”. Customer service is terrible. I’m not sure why they think it’s okay to switch out your doctor at the last minute - makes me wonder about the rest of the care and management behind the scenes. Everything was great when that doctor was there , I suspect it’s just the management that really does not care - maybe they will rectify this and make it right - I flew in from Miami just to see this doctor today (he was that good) a shame I’ll have to find another doctor - that kind of customer / patient care isn’t for me. update : update 5/23/2024 doctor was so good I am willing to endure and give them another chance - have an appointment scheduled - will update my experience and edit the review based on the results.

Update * 6/3/2024 - Because the doctor was that good, I had to give them another chance. They really delivered. They corrected the error they made - put in measures that it will not happen again - and the services are top notch. Sometimes, you really have to give places an opportunity to correct something - everyone has bad days. This place gets my full endorsement - ask for Dr. Tam! He is knowledgeable and really takes the time to figure out what you need -

I have to say when I walked in this facility, my T levels were down to 525, and I felt awful. Tessa did great job with first assessment and we moved forward with peptin therapy. In right about 4 months, my T levels rose up to 998 from 525, and I feel like a million dollar man. Staff is wonderful. They reply super fast and I couldn’t ask for better service. I do highly recommend this center to anyone that’s struggling with low testosterone

Very disorganized process. Have to pay extra for AI, which is included everywhere else. Front desk are always too busy to even say “hi.” For the amount they charge and with the competition in town, least they could do is be friendlier. The folks at ageless men are much friendlier and knowledgable, they dont try to upsell on anything, and when you come in, it is like visiting family. At american male, they would barely look away from their computer monitor. Friendly advice, if you charge more for a service than anyone else does at least provide a better service. Either way I went with an online trt clinic. Much more cost efficient.

6 months ago i came in. had extreme ED. Did the testosterone shots for 2 months, still do the shots, then started the Acoustic Wave Therapy. Saw results within a couple months. Just recently did the P Shot. Wow. I was pessimistic at first about all this. But I can perform better at 60 than i did at 20. My wife used to say we can be romantic if you can maintain. This was a big problem at the time, but now its not a problem. Thank you I am a true believer in the services at American Male. I previously used a company that used testosterone shots only. My regret is i didn't find American Male a few years back.

I came here because I was having a lot of wrist pain on top of feeling tired and fatigued easily. I did the PRP shot in my wrist and 4 months later it is way better than it was. I used to feel the pain every day, and now I feel it maybe once a month, but never as much as it was before.

I also got the T-Shot to set my system back in order and now everything is great! Definitely recommend American Male Wellness as the best male clinic in Las Vegas!

I am 80 y/o in otherwise good health. Based on initial blood test and consultation, Dr Kim said they could "probably do a lot to fix my ED problem" if I signed up for 24 accoustic wave therapies and 24 testasterone shots so I did. I completed all those procedures last week and can detect no improvement at all...total waste of time and more than $10K.

I went to this place with very high hopes thanks to all the positive reviews here. I have been suffering from ED for few years now and been desperately trying to get it treated. They offered the shock wave therapy followed by many testosterone shots. I felt the shock therapy did nothing in terms of fixing my erection. The shots helped me a little but only for the first day or two max. Now that I’m discharged and should be back to normal, I’m back to how I went it there, still suffering from ED. It’s very disappointing.

this is probably the most professional male clinic i have ever been. I'm fighting my ED problem for about 13 years and visited already few clinics here in town and until now all the solutions that i received was a one time type of treatments if this with viagra, injections or other forms. This clinic caught my interest because they claimed they are using a new technology called acoustic wave and this is actually more like a therapy treatment to fix ed, although they don't guarantee results but i could feel the difference after my 2nd appointment and its definitely working. the doctor was vert knowledgeable and informative at every step of the way.
