Very unprofessional 💯 i scheduled a appointment a week in advance for an emergency extraction and the day of my appointment i recieved a call telling me they don’t know who in office scheduled my appointment for today but they have no one in office to do my tooth I do not recommend they’re service at all not only that they rip people off trying to get as much cash out of pocket I promise y’all it’s better dentist around Vegas who works with your insurance and income 💯💯

Went in for a simple cleaning and left being scared into believing I needed 4 fillings. Worst mistake ever not getting a second opinion. Christine messed up my fillings so bad I wonder how recently she even became licensed. I came to a follow up to have her fix it and she did not have the skills to fix it. I was given the option to see the ‘specialist’ which I did and he was not comfortable working on the fillings (I imagine because of how badly done they are). So I had to go to a different dentist to have them fixed and now I’m out hundreds more $ and excruciating pain for months. Horribly incompetent dentistry you should be ashamed.

Had a root canal and the whole process was very efficient from the front office representative Elba to the team doing the canal. Special shout to a gentleman named Mo. Great chair side manner had reservations and he made me feel very at ease. Highly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

This dental office completely changed my perspective of dentists. Everyone there was amazing! The staff and dentists went out of their way to make me comfortable in every way possible. I went to another dentist (Radiant Smiles in Henderson) before choosing Adco who wanted to charge me $18,000 (even with insurance) and pull 3 of my teeth. I knew that something was wrong with this estimate and didn't feel good about it.

Fortunately, I found out about Adco through a friend I made in trucking school. They were immediately different, honest, and very reasonable. All I needed was a deep cleaning, fixing a couple of cavities, 2 crowns, and just a single extraction. They looked at the written estimate from the other dentist and explained what I was being charged for and why most of it was not necessary. Adco did all the work and treated me with great respect and gentleness (I've always been a nervous patient in the dentist chair). The estimate they provided with my insurance was less than $3,000. And anytime I was in pain or uncomfortable they did what was necessary to ease my pain. I cannot say enough about how great his dental office is, they really helped me feel comfortable about going to the dentist again. I made my mistakes before finally going there, but am so happy I did. The people at Adco are absolutely the best, I highly recommend them! It was worth the effort and longer drive to choose this dental office for sure.

This office staff, Elba, Monique, Mo, Danes, Dr. Crow and the Owner Dr. Navalez are all AMAZING!! I was in Awe my first visit with the professionalism, friendliness, kindness, made you feel comfortable. I knew this was the place to get the recommended work done and I did. I had a deep cleaning & extraction done and let me tell you, Dr. Navalez did great, I thought she was still doing the deep cleaning not realizing the tooth had already been extracted. ADCO dental on Meadows Lane has the best staff. All of them! They are charismatic and patient and I would trust them with my life! We love going there! They are excellent with patients who have terrible fright, wonderful with patients with special needs. They have your back 100 percent. Not to mention the work they do is perfection. Dr. Navales is an angel on earth!! I went to another dentist the day before and she was rude and unprofessional.. she cemented my crown on crooked. I couldn’t close my mouth and I began to have mouth pain. Dr. Navales fixed it and gave me back my smile.. she is so sweet , professional and the best dentist by far!! Kudos to her and her staff. I just want to say that this place has been the greatest since I have arrived. They literally treat you more than just a customer and make you feel welcome. My daughter's molar broke almost completely and needed an extraction. I am so glad I came to this place. Everyone was so helpful since the moment I requested the appointment. The dentist and all the team is very professional, they explained everything they were going to do. I don't have insurance and I was explained about the fees in advance. The place is spacious and very well organized everything. I liked it thay they also have people that speaks spanish and the best thing is that I didn't have to wait long after we arrived to the appointment !.
