I had a very disappointing experience with this dermatology office. After my appointment last month, the prescription they ordered was never processed, and the pharmacy never contacted me. During my follow-up appointment yesterday, I informed the staff about the issue, but instead of helping resolve it or contacting the pharmacy on my behalf, they simply gave me a phone number to call. Unfortunately, the number they provided was for a different medication, not the one I had been waiting for. I expected better communication and assistance. Overall, the lack of follow-up and support has been very frustrating and delayed my treatment.

I visited this clinic twice. The first time was for an initial consultation regarding the removal of what appeared to be a small cyst on my brow ridge. I saw a doctor who told me I would see Dr. Kim the following week and that she would handle it herself. Fair enough. When I returned, I was told that, actually, the procedure wouldn't be happening—that I needed to see a cosmetic surgeon instead. I’m an actress, so I had to take time off work, given that the removal would cause swelling. As it turned out, I was faced with a doctor who insisted the swelling wouldn't affect my work... even though I knew full well it would. It was a huge waste of time and money; I would have gone straight to another clinic if I’d been told at the first appointment that the cyst's location was an issue. Disappointed!
