Dr. Plon is truly exceptional. She is thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely caring. Despite having a busy practice, she took the time to listen and made me feel as though I was her only patient. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and professional, and the office seemed to run very efficiently. My only suggestion would be to offer patients the option to pay their co-pay at the time of service. I personally prefer to take care of it during my visit rather than receive a bill afterward. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and greatly appreciate the quality of care I received. Thank you, Dr. Plon, and thank you to your entire staff for making my visit such a positive one.

The nurses here are outstanding! (Florence and Cindy. ) Compassionate, smart, funny, helpful in so many ways and dedicated. If you need cardiologist/testing, this is absolutely the place to go in Las Vegas. Everything went beyond expectations at this state of the art testing and cardiac facility. I highly recommend Dr. Ismail, cardiologist, too.

The office staff needs improvement. I recently had two experiences with the office. I met with dr Navarital on June 17and had a great experience. He told the staff member upon checking out, order a prescription for me. She wanted to send to VA. I informed her that Costco is my pharmacy. I checked with Costco last week and again today and they don’t have a prescription from dr Navarital.
Today I went to the office for an appointment with Dr Spaccavento at 2:00 pm which was made two weeks ago. I also reconfirmed last week. I was told I don’t have any appointments with Dr Spaccavento. This is very troubling. My primary care doctor, dt Nelson referred me to your office and spoke with Dr Spaccavento. Originally I was told by the staff I could not see dr Spaccavento since I see dr Navarital. But Dr Spaccavento told Dr Nelson that it would be okay for me to see both he and Dr Navarital.

After two miscarriages I was able to successfully birth my first (and likely only) child at age 34. Right before the birth and shortly after I started experiencing some concerning symptoms which were initially written off by my OB/GYN (shortness of breath, chest pain, feeling of drowning/suffocation when lying flat to sleep, etc). My amazing mother got me an urgent appointment with cardiologist Dr. David Navratil (we had both seen him previously years ago for different reasons). I thought it was just my anxiety acting up, but even though it is a very rare condition, he immediately recognized that it was possibly Peripartum Cardiomyopathy (spoiler alert - he was right, even though I didn’t have basically any of the risk factors for it). He started treatment right away, and thanks to that, my heart has a really good chance of making a full recovery. He also called my OB/GYN to let him know what was going on with me. As someone who has personally worked in the medical field for my whole life, I know how rare it is to get this amazing level of treatment. I am so grateful to Dr. Navratil for everything.

This place just so clean and beautiful. Elegant Christmas decorations with flowers 🌺.
Friendly and lovely front desk, registration ladies!!!!! And most importantly, professional and experienced doctors!!!!
My doctor is Marina Plong, she is like a sunshine ☀️ with beautiful smile and very soft voice!!!!! This lady is a real life saver, she can spend time, energy just for perfect understand your problems and pain. I feel so lucky and fortunate to find this kind of doctor, who will call you, after 7 pm, after her very long and busy day, just to check on you and make sure that your medication is working properly. God bless you, doctor Plong and everyone in your busy office. Thank you very much!

Dr. Leo Spaccavento has been my cardiologist for almost 20 years. There is nothing bad anyone can say about him to me. He treats you like you’re part of his own family. As a matter of fact, he once told me, “I will always treat you like you’re my sister”. He wasn’t lying. I know that he tells this to all of his patients. My other cardiologist at this office is Dr. David Navratil. I’m glad he finally decided to come on board with Advanced Heart Care Associates. I feel the same way about him as I do about Dr. Spaccavento. I always say, “Dr. Spaccavento is my plumber (primary care cardiologist) and Dr. Navritil is my electrician (responsible for my defibrillator). The staff at this office are always pleasant to deal with. Dr. Spaccavento’s assistant is always very prompt at returning telephone calls. There is honestly nothing bad I can say about the Advanced Heart Care Associates team.

A few days ago, I had a Holter monitor placed on me for a week. After four days, when I removed the Holter before taking a shower, I saw that I had large burns on my chest. Before this, I felt some discomfort, but I thought it was just from the patches being on my skin for too long. When I saw the extent of the burns, I was shocked. One of the burns was bright red, with open wounds and oozing fluid. I called the clinic to ask what I should do, and they told me to come in for an examination.
When I arrived, no one examined me, and I received no medical assistance. I only spoke with the receptionist, who suggested I replace the patches with those for sensitive skin. I showed her my burns and explained how I could apply the new patches to open wounds. She casually said I could “just move them a little to the side.” I’m dealing with a heart monitor here, how can I just move the patches to the side? Are we going to measure the ECG of my stomach instead of my chest? This seemed absurd to me, but I reluctantly decided to try.
I then asked if someone could help me with first aid since I had open wounds, and I needed something for burns, which I didn’t have at home. The receptionist said she would contact my doctor, and the doctor would send me a prescription via SMS. Several hours passed, and I still hadn’t received anything. I had to buy all the necessary treatments myself, spending a significant amount of money.
Now, I’ve applied new patches, and I’m worried about what will happen next. I’m really concerned that I might worsen the situation. If that happens, I’ll likely take further action because this is a clear violation of medical standards and basic human care. It feels like a crime against humanity because when I came in for help, nobody even bothered to examine me. No medical professional came to see me. My entire interaction was only with the receptionist.
I believe this is an absolute violation of medical ethics. It’s incredibly unprofessional and disturbing how the clinic handled this. I’m still their patient, but I don’t know if I want to continue seeing them. I’m considering asking for a refund and going to another clinic because this experience has been horrific. When you go to a clinic for help, and they fail you like this, it’s absolutely unacceptable. They didn’t even change the device. My burns were caused by the previous patches, so the issue is likely with the device itself, yet they didn’t replace it. They just gave me new patches for sensitive skin, and that’s it. This is beyond unacceptable.

Dr. Marina Plon is a dedicated and knowledgeable physician. However, most of the staff is inefficient, lazy and borderline rude. To get a refill may take months and the manager is nowhere to be found, cowardly hiding behind some sort of anonymity. They never return calls, reply to emails and that is not acceptable in my world.

I hope if you decide to go to this office you never have to call the billing department. Nightmare doesn’t even begin to cover the experience. I didn’t catch her name, I’m assuming she wouldn’t even say with the attitude she brings to work. When you call a business you expect the person on the line would be a professional, you would be very wrong in this case. As soon as she noticed a balance due you could her the daggers come out. You would think her pay depends on collecting this balance. When you are sick the last thing you need is the person you are calling for help to jump down your throat. This person missed her calling should have been a bounty hunter where her extreme rudeness might come in handy.

Horrific experience! I had to do an echocardiogram prior to starting g chemotherapy. The technician was a guy named Geoff. As he is doing the procedure, he starts telling me about how his favorite patient died because of chemotherapy. What! Seriously! My first thought was, “Is this guy trying to provoke a cardiac incident right now?” He just went talking about how sad it was that she died after doing chemotherapy until I sit him down by saying, “Well, that’s Not going to happen to me, so change the subject!” As the procedure concluded, this jerk smiled as he said I would have to see him every month- not true- and I thought to myself, “Nope! Not you!”
I wrote this all on their online feedback form, and recommended they retrain this man and supervise him more closely. In reality, I think he should have been fired.

The procedure and dealing with the front desk went smoothly. Only problem was the billing department. Kayla is not helpful at all in trying to resolve my father's bill. All she cared about was us paying out of pocket when I already explained that he is covered by insurance. Medicaid refused to pay in the beginning due to an error but once that was rectified I informed this billing department and she still wanted me to call medicaid again to reprocess the claim instead of her sending them the bill.

I'm a brand new cardiology patient. Never seen one. All of this is new & kinda scary, especially knowing what my family history has in store for me. Since visiting this practice in July 2023 it has been frustrating. My first visit was with Dr. Fonte. She ordered a calcium score I had to pay for, not covered by THT, a stress echo and EKG. She told me she would be leaving the practice and gave me her contact info. I come in for my stress echo and EKG where my inexperience with those procedures left me wondering if being bruised during the procedure is normal????? I saw Dr. Kaleah for a follow up, he asked to see me again in 6 months. I get a VM a few days ago asking me to call the office.
Tues., May 14th, I'm informed that Dr. Kaleah is cutting back his hours to pursue other professional opportunities and my appointment would need to be rescheduled with a different provider (AGAIN). However, I have an outstanding bill that needs to be paid before it could be scheduled. Kelly couldn't answer my questions about the bill, so she agreed to email me the billing department's phone number since I was driving. I never received the email.
Thursday, May 16th, I call asking about the email. Where Kelly tells me that she was instructed by the billing manager, Kayla to not send the email and what could she do when a supervisor tells her no. She should have called me back to tell me that.
My real frustration is with Kayla the Billing Department manager. I know I may have seemed frustrated but what other emotion would I feel by this point???? Not letting a staff member email the information I needed to get the bill paid and my questions answered. Do you really want to get paid after all? You've interfered with my ability to get the care I need. Of course I'd be upset. I attempted to ask questions and was repeatedly interrupted and told things like "you're being confrontational" which I wasn't. I was ADVOCATING for myself and trying to understand the what and why of the bill but at some point she stopped listening and just began saying things like "it's your responsibility to understand your insurance" and "you've been receiving bills" it is and I have, but not itemized. I read my plan docs every year!!!! This practice owes patients an explanation to the bills they send out. She didn't explain anything..... all I got is "it's your deductible" Is it really that hard to inform a THT patient that "JUST A HEADS UP that stress echo & EKG may result in a bill if your deductible isn't met"? I know for a fact I'm not the only patient of Advanced Heartcare that uses THT and those procedures are pretty routine in a cardiology office, I know you don't know where I am with my deductible, but you do know that my deductible has to be met before insurance kicks in so why not as a polite courtesy say so. That's all I was trying to say. Plus you would have needed pre authorization so knowing what I would owe was known on the day of the procedure so why not communicate that. I needed answers to my questions so I can communicate with THT and deal with them if they should have paid the bill...... it isn't rocket science that THT has a bad reputation for paying providers. For that I'm sorry, but I still need to see doctors and I deserve to be treated kindly. Kayla was rude and you bet I'm pissed about it. In fact after being totally abused, dismissed and shut down I just paid the bill. It takes a lot to do that to me. I called Kelly to schedule my appointment, tried to remain calm but I wound up breaking down in tears. I'm an educator. If Kayla's child were in my class, I would have never treated her the way she treated me surrounding concerns and questions. Would I have been frustrated with the "emotions" yep. But if I couldn't manage myself in light of those emotions, I'd find a new career path. P.E.R.I.O.D. I had every intention of paying the bill but I have a crappy insurance provider and I needed patience and info from Kayla, which I didn't get. I got anger and dismissal instead.

The doctors are excellent here Dr. Spaccavento, Dr. Fonte, Dr. Plon, etc. It is the ones that answer the phone 📱 that are very , very rude. My daughter and I went to a new primary care doctor I believe it was on Friday for the first time and my daughter was very, very upset with what that primary care doctor had told her because that doctor was basically telling her differently than what Dr. Fonte has been telling my daughter for 3 years so what this primary care doctor was telling my daughter was causing my daughter to be on the verge of a meltdown. All my daughter wanted was to let Dr. Fonte 's or whomever know for Dr. Fonte what happened and just to verify that he information Dr. Fonte told my daughter was true as my daughter trusts Dr. Fonte whole-heartedly with her care not go in circles with Diana or whomever the other other rude office person is. All as my daughter needed was some reassurance a yes or no answer after this new primary care doctor had my daughter on the verge of a meltdown not go in circles or be asked then why did we go to this new primary care doctor for the first time, etc. My daughter as I said knows what Dr. Fonte told her at her appointment a week or two ago to be true but this primary care doctor and other doctors have no business medical gaslighting and making my daughter try to doubt her specialty doctors whom she has been seeing for years. My daughter is Autistic and does not need to be treated rudely by whomever this Diana or other office staff member is. My daughter as well has PTSD and when my daughter is treated rudely she gets very overwhelmed has ma j or meltdowns and thinks she is defective and left wandering what she did so wrong and why she gets treated the way she does. My daughter feels awandering what is wrong with her like she is not human.

Patient of Dr. Leo - have no conception how some of these reviews could possibly be rated badly. One of the best experiences of Doctor, Nurse Florence and all the front office staff. Caring and efficient. Always hardly any wait, they cofirm and help organize change of appointments. All round good offic. Moving my partner here from a VERY bad experience at Heart Company in the same complex. Dealing with Advanced Heart Care and Associates has been 100% better.

When these people send you a bill. Call your insurance provider first before paying. These scammers sent me to collections for something i shouldn't have been bill for in the first place. They're a In Network Provider for United Health Care. They performed a bunch of test on me before they notified UHC, which under they're contract with UHC is in total violation of agreement. UHC didn't cover the cost of treatment for this reason. So rather than AHCA take a lost, they billed me for it. My health provider is currently and diligently working to get this removed from collections and my credit. I'm covered and had they followed protocol, the cost of treatment would've been as well. Thank you United Health for the helpful information and resources to clear this up!!!!!

Highly unprofessional staff! My husband was supposed to get an ultrasound. Originally it was scheduled for 06/29. Due to worsening symptoms I called and asked to get a quicker appointment. Wendy, the receptionist answered the phone and confirmed they had an open spot for 06/15. We agree to reschedule the appointment for that day. My husband cancels work to make sure he can attend just to be told the day before the appointment they cancelled his ultrasound without any reason and they promise to call back to explain why. The call back to was never returned. I call Monday 06/17 and was told by Wendy that they “Forgot” to call his insurance company to verify the the ultrasound so they put it back to 06/29. The same day, Diane called my husband for an insurance card which he emailed over to them because he didn’t have a physical copy. He has receipt of the email being sent but Diane stated it needed to be resent because it wasn’t received. Ok, no problem. We were happy to oblige. The issue was her attitude. She screamed at my husband like she was an irate customer when he was speaking calmly. If she doesn’t have the patience to deal with the public then she should reconsider a different job field. Patients need treatment, not poor treatment.
