I signed up for a year of spinal correction visits. At first, it seemed to be helping, albeit somewhat painful, but after months of effort at home and at the office, I saw no improvement, and they were severely aggrevating my spine by over tightening the traction devices. The massage chairs are pretty sad as well, worn. I never cared for electrical stimulation because it just doesn't feel right. The frequency is way off. Try 432hz or a solfeggio frequency. The people who work here are amazing, just misinformed and not practicing real healing. The wham bam 5 minute adjustment in front of everyone is not acceptable in the slightest way, and I had to ask them to stop cracking my neck. I feel this place owes me a refund for causing severe pain and not delivering actual results. You can't sugar coat bad treatment that doesn't work. Disgraceful practice.

I highly recommend Advanced Spine & Posture. I have been able to reduce my pain levels considerably, to manageable levels and have gained mobility that I thought I would never achieve. I have been going to them for 2 year's and I have never written a review. It's way over due. They have been amazing all the way through but this week takes the cake. I pulled my back out and was in immense pain. I went 2 days in a row and I'm already feeling a bit better. I will be back tomorrow and I'm so optimistic that I will walk away feeling even better. I have to start by saying I count my lucky stars I found such a well-rounded clinic such as ASP. The services offered from the very beginning, starting with the initial evaluation to the structure of each visit are stellar. Not to mention well thought out for the growth and benefit of the patient (shout out to Dr. Box!).
I'm targeting migraines and lower-back pain, and in my 4 months of attending the clinic, I have seen and felt tremendous changes in my body. I've even stopped taking a more severe migraine medication.
Don't get me wrong, coming here won't suddenly fix you. It requires consistency and effort; but, on the side of the clinic, you'll be met with a team that brings care, knowledge, compassion, and genuine interest to your improvement. You'll also find each and every single one of the team members are easygoing and are readily available to assist.
A whole-hearted thanks to Dr. Box, Dr. Cozza, Maria, Josh, Diana, Chris, Lindsay, and Dale for making it a "painfully fun" (they know what's up) and amazing experience so far.

Dr Box was very informative and descriptive when going over my xrays as well as laying out her vision for a treatment plan. Vanity helped us with the paperwork was informative and answered all our questions.
After 3 weeks of recommended pt my back feels whole and passed the re evaluation of movement. Highly recommend this location and the specialists that I worked with.
Just finished with traction and other exercises I was given. The difference is remarkable. They can truly do everything here.
Was just cleared by Dr. Box because my xrays showed such improvement in my neck and spine. I am now within normal limits. Going to continue with traction once a month to continue to keep what I have achieved.
Just had my first new set of exercises and a different traction since I am moving to a different point in my treatment. Henry, Chris and Francis are really great to work with.

Not sure what to say about this place because I feel a little bamboozled. The front desk girl told me it was $62 with my insurance. I was in horrible pain and wanted some relief. Instead I got X-rays and put on a machine that was supposed to decompress my spine and then put into a massage chair. Was told I would receive treatment in a few days after doctors could review my X-ray results. Cool! The machine and massage chair gave me about 10 minutes of relief. I patiently held out for my next appointment. The day of my appt I went in and was sat in a chair and told to watch a video and write down my top 5 life goals. I started to feel that this was something I didn't sign up for. I wanted relief not a long term commitment and quickly started to see that this was going to be expensive. Talked with the doctor and was given the results of my X-ray and was told my posture was not bad but needed fixing. Cool! Then he sends in the salesman. I was then told they tailored my treatment and they wanted me to come 3 times a week for 48 visits. They Sold it as an equivalent to a gym membership. A very expensive gym membership. I was then told my out of pocket for the entire treatment, over 48 visits would be about 10k. Broken down would be approximately $133 a visit, After insurance. When I told the guy that I had a mortgage and was paying my school tuition and might not be able to swing that, I was then asked how much I paid on my first visit. I told him $62. He then advised me that I had a balance of $285 because that first day was $347. I felt this business was shady and lured me in with a $62 fee and when I showed resistance to commit to their program he got what he could out of me. I had a moment where I could've walked out without paying but I paid the balance I had. So here I am with no treatment and in horrible pain and out $347. What really got me was they knew I was in pain. I Could barely walk and After I expressed that I may not be able to commit to their long term treatment they let me leave without offering me anything to help me feel better. Save your money and find a chiropractor that wants to help people, not drain their bank accounts. Thanks guys.

The staff at Advanced are amazing. They did a complete assessment of my problems with x-rays and a treatment program. After 2 knee operations and 2 broken ankles in the last few years they told me that my left foot was shorter than my right by 8 centimeters. The first adjustment Dr Box did today definitely took pressure off my neck and lower back. I feel that I am good hands and can't wait for my next appointment. They combine physical therapy with their care. I highly recommend Advanced Spine and Posture to anyone that is in pain or having any back problems. The Pecos office ROCKS!!

That's not the rating I'm basing on, the front receptionist was exposing my name, DOB and phone number to the gentle man next to me (literally he was staring at my personal information) as she was explaining me my benefits (Isnt that HIPPA VIOLATION?)

Thanks to the PATIENT COORDINATOR for taking me to a room and explain more in depth of my insurance. I feel more comfortable that way instead of waving my personal information to other people.

I don’t usually leave reviews but my experiences at Advanced Spine & Posture have been so great I had to share. I had previously never done any sort of chiropractic adjustments or physical therapy so I was nervous and anxious before my first visit. But as soon as I walked in the door the first time I was greeted by kind and welcoming people. And my anxiety melted away! The staff are always engaged with everyone in the room and the atmosphere is always friendly. You can definitely feel that everyone who works there are a like a big family who truly enjoy what they do. My weekly treatments have been tremendously helpful with easing my long term back pain and improving my mobility and posture. I keep improving and improving and I’m looking forward to continuing with my treatment to see how far these improvements can go!

My first visit and before they did anything they tried to charge me $347 saying I need to pay my deductible, which is $250 for the year. The billing staff is awful, I had already paid my deductible during my prior medical visits with other doctors and here they are arrogant enough not to listen and they think I have not visited a doctor all year to not pay any part of my deductible. I tried to explain and the front desk staff does not listen to the customers. They just said well that is what our billing department says. I called my insurance and they said I had more than met my deductible and my family deductible, plus my insurance said the chiropractor office never researched with them what I had paid already. While I was on the phone with my insurance they called this office to explain to them my coverage, EVEN then the front desk and billing didn’t listen, like they know more than my own insurance representative. My insurance got back on the phone with me and said we have no clue what that office is trying to do, they will not listen to us, and they are wrong in how they code their medical billing. I called the office and said my initial treatment was ok, but if they do not fix the billing I will not return. Quite honestly I may not return no matter, the chiropractor may be good but the front desk is awful, think they know everything, don’t listen to patients (like I don’t know my coverage and medical payment history) and to top it off don’t even listen to my medical billing representative, that even had an additional billing supervisor on the phone with her, so two of my insurance representatives on the phone with them and they STILL didn’t listen. For now 2 stars, if they don’t fix my medical billing then 1 star.

Doctors were awesome. Billing department was deplorable when they changed ownership. Our family went somewhere else because of it. A year and a half later some random 108 dollar charge shows up in collections. We are wealthy and paid cash at every appointment, never leaving a balance, but here we are. A front office can wreck your care experience and that is/was the case here. Find a better run facility and do yourself a favor. We love our new guy, we go every month just like we have for the last 25 years.

We were referred to this clinic by our primary physician caregiver. We are pleasantly impressed by the services and care! Great team! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly providers! Maria and Vanity able to keep up with all paperwork, scheduling, phone calls and text reminders! They make you feel like a family as soon as you step inside of the office! Henry and Francis are very friendly and help us to learn all we need to go through our daily plan. They assist with equipment and always ready to adjust things to make us more comfortable, but still make sure that we meet the goals of the therapy. Dr.Daniel today did excellent job of finding places of concerns for me and my husband when he did adjustments. We are grateful to meet him. Looking for a place to get help and healthy? Come in and see Dr. Box, she is the nicest and friendliest person who will get you back on the right track. Staffing are coordinated and make sure you are taken care of with individual care and concern. I’ve never been to a chiropractor and never been adjusted. I was super nervous 😬 getting adjusted but Dr Box was nice and gentle! The whole staff is super duper cool, sweet and nice. Extremely professional and Great Customer Service! Love these guys!

As a professional colleague and long time Las Vegas/Henderson resident, I've worked with many chiropractic offices over the years, but Dr. Bahoora and his office are stand outs in their field! We presented to Dr. Bahoora with some very difficult medical issues a and he reached out and set up a highly individualized treatment program to help us reach our goals. Both myself and my daughter have worked with Dr. Bahoora to improve our spine health. I had lingering, long term issues from a auto accident in 2012, and she has severe scoliosis. He helped us with a program designed to help improve the curve of her spine and we are both working to avoid surgery in the future.

Dr. Bahoora is one of the few doctors trained in biomechanics. I believe we will be successful based on the positive results we continue to see, and his entire offices care and the interest they've taken in helping us succeed in overcoming our spine health issues. Can't wait to share before and after pictures!
