So many dental (and medical) offices these days feel sterile, rushed, and corporate—with little attention to customer service. This office is the complete opposite. It feels like a small business that truly cares about its patients.

From the receptionist and office manager who helped us navigate our new insurance, to the hygienist and dentist who handled the cleaning and exam—everything was seamless.

The office is highly organized, efficient, and incredibly warm. They worked around our schedule and took the time to answer all of our questions. The space itself is clean and modern, with a great play area full of toys for kids and spacious, comfortable exam rooms.

Both the hygienist and dentist were so friendly and patient, answering all of my boys’ (ages 5 and 7) endless questions with a smile.

My kids actually enjoyed the process—which says a lot!

Our 2nd visit to this office and another great experience. Teresa did an excellent job with my daughter who is very shy and anxious. She took her time explaining each step, building trust with her, making the experience comfortable for her. Michelle took care of my son (who is also usually uncooperative and anxious during dentist visits), but she also had the magic touch and was very patient when working with him, explaining everything step by step. Since the new management took over, my experience at this dental office has declined noticeably. They frequently call about payments, which feels excessive and unprofessional. I was also charged a late fee for rescheduling my daughter’s appointment, something that didn’t happen before. When I inquired, the front desk explained that with the new insurance coordinator, the office has become stricter with billing, including fees for minor issues. I requested a courtesy waiver for the fee, but they refused, citing office policy.

Additionally, the staff under the new management are not as courteous or friendly as before. They come across as focused primarily on money rather than patient care, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience feels transactional rather than patient-centered. I would not recommend this office and suggest seeking dental services elsewhere.

I took my son to so many different dentist and he cried before he got there and they couldn't do nothing for him but for some reason this place ? We love coming here. Everyone is so nice and you get a new toothbrush and a few toys also. They have games while you wait. And cartoons while you are being cleaned. So nice and fun to be there. Today we had an emergency as my son chipped his tooth at the skate park. They got us in literally like 30 minutes later. So grateful for that. My kids of been coming to this dentist for over eight years. And the customer service that I get is always excellent. And the dentist, Dr. Richardson, is always very polite and answered all the questions that we have.

My son is had to have a lot of work done on his teeth, and Dr. Richardson always does it very well and answers every single question that we have regarding his dental.

I really like that my appointment is scheduled six months in advance, and they text me to always remind me beforehand a week before the appointment. And my kids especially love getting a little treat at the end of their visit.

So I just want to start by saying that we finally found the perfect place for my kids’ dental needs. I brought one of my daughters here today for a check up and possibly some dental work done and her being 9 I know that some teeth need to be saved. I have been taking my older daughter there for almost 5 years (she is 7 now) and started my younger daughter with her first visit 8 months ago at 1 1/2 years. I love this Pediatric Dentist and his staff. I've been coming here for almost 2 yrs and they've always been amazing. The girls are always so patient and super sweet. They don't push my almost 5 yr old for the x-rays when he has trouble with the mouth insert. The dentist is very nice and works quickly. The girl that always cleans my son's teeth is always good at explaining things to him and is so great with him. They even give him a coin for a "treasure" at the end at the end. Overall, I am so impressed with all of their staff and their kid friendly atmosphere. I don't plan on leaving any time soon.

We’ve followed Dr. Noura through a couple locations now—she’s just that good. To be clear, the movement was her career growth, and now she has taken Adventure Smiles Pediatric Dentistry to another level.

Upon entering the building, you’re greeted by a warm, thoughtfully designed space that impressively caters to children of all ages—a tough feat. My son, who has a hard time focusing and more energy than most 3-year-olds, settled in comfortably and started smiling right away. Five stars to the decoration and the effort put into making the space so inviting.

Holly, the representative who greeted us, was amazing—from our initial phone call to set the appointment to our arrival. Five stars to her for being such a caring individual. She went above and beyond by assisting me in rescheduling when we suddenly got sick, making the process seamless and requiring minimal effort on my part, which I truly appreciated.

Next up, assisting Dr. Noura was Melina. My son is typically shy around new people, but she did a fantastic job helping us navigate the visit. She set us up in a way that made brushing his teeth easy while ensuring I could stay close so he wouldn’t feel scared. To my (by now, unsurprising) delight, Melina was incredibly thoughtful and went out of her way to do the little things that not every employee takes the time for.

Finally, of course, Dr. Noura came in. My son, who would typically hate having someone look in his mouth, always softens to her right away. The way she engages with him—acknowledging him directly rather than just looking to me—is something rarely seen in children’s medicine. I can tell he feels recognized and safe with her, which makes the entire process smoother than cutting cake.

Truth be told, the visit was so fast, seamless, and exceptionally well done that I found myself looking around, not wanting to leave because of how effortless everything was. If only all aspects of life were this easy!

Once again, Dr. Noura hit it out of the park. Frankly, we’d follow her out of town if it ever came to that—though we hope it never will! If you have a child who is nervous about the dentist, don’t hesitate—Adventure Smiles Pediatric Dentistry is the place to go. Trust me, you’ll leave wishing everything in life was as easy as they make taking your kid to the dentist!

Dr. Richardson and the entire team are truly amazing. I am so impressed with the entire practice and the offices feel higher end. Everyone is so super friendly and were so kind to my daughter who came in with a broken tooth. She LOVED all the stuffed jungle animals everywhere. I went back home to get the other part of the tooth while my husband stayed and did X-rays, and even when I came back Dr. Richardson took me aside and gave me a full run down of everything that happened and what next steps were. From the front desk to the people working throughout the office, they are five star employees. This practice feels elevated even, like something that you'd find on fifth ave in Manhattan.

I love Adventures Smiles! I have 5 kids ranging from 17 to 3 and not one of my kids complain when they know they have to go to the dentist. Dr. Richardson is a very kind and experienced dentist he explains everything to you and makes the kids feel right at home. His staff is so friendly and caring and they listen to any concerns that you may have, and they get the job done. I recently moved across town to which I now have a 30 min drive but I love it so much that I will keep going back because my kids love it. Dr. Gary is the only dentist I would trust to take my children to. You can see he really loves children. His staff is world class. They are professional and awesome with children. I absolutely love Dr Richardson! He is by far the BEST pediatric dentist I have honestly met. I have been bringing my children here for at least 17 years.. Dr Richardson reconstructed my older daughter’s mouth (1st one to attend AS) and did an amazing job at it..Proud to say she’s 20 with perfect teeth. Most of the staff here, over the years has been awesome. There are a few ladies there that have been there since the beginning that are awesome. I honestly would hate to take my kiddos anywhere else… my youngest 2 children have bad dental anxiety but Dr and nurses make them very comfortable. Honestly the is NOT a better pediatric dentist in Las Vegas!

I have all 4 of my kids coming to this office and they love it. Not once have they told me they didn’t like coming here because the lobby area is always playing a movie, there a little toddler station, and also video games for them to play. The front office person is very kind and always smiling. The dental assistants are very nice, have so much patience with my kids, and I love how they always explain to the kids the process of what they are currently doing on their mouth. Dr. Richardson is a phenomenal doctor. I have never met any other doctor that has so much patience and work very diligently on my children. He went above and beyond one weekend when one of my sons chipped his tooth. I called the emergency number that was provided through their after hours machine and within minutes of leaving a voicemail, I receive a text message with an immediate appointment to see him. If you are looking for a dentist for your children.... I highly recommend Dr Richardson 100%.

Have been taking my oldest daughter here since she was a year and 1/2 and she turns 9 in August. Dr. Richardson is the only one I trust with my kids teeth. Office is clean, staff is ALWAYS so kind and respectful. The office is very kid friendly and they always have the best movies playing , and the kids always get a prize afterwards something they really look forward too. Have been seeing most of the same staff there since we started coming which tells you a lot. Dr knows exactly what he's doing, he's so kind and fast , literally you will blink and he's filled 3 cavity's. I chose adventure smiles based on yelp reviews and Google reviews right after my daughter was born and her teeth started coming in. I absolutely love this place they are always on time when it comes to taking my daughter back, we never wait in the waiting room longer than five minutes. The dentist is amazing he’s fast efficient and extremely friendly. They make it a wonderful experience for the children they have videos playing toys in the waiting room they give a token to the child after they do a good job of getting their teeth cleaned so they can get a little prize at the end which my daughter is always very excited for. I took my 4 year old daughter for a filling and a crown, she had never had any dental work before so I wanted it to be a pleasant visit so she won't be scared in the future. Very helpful! The lady who sits in the front was so good with my kids! She also helped me out to understand what needed to be done with my daughter. I was so bummed be they didn’t accept Medicaid and I told her I was going to have to switch to another Dental office but she said that they can still help me out since I already took my daughter in. Dr. Gary and his team are brilliant! I find it really amazing how my daughter is so excited if she knows we are going to the dentist. A few months ago she cracked her front permanent tooth and was very self conscious about it… Dr. Gary and team were so considerate and kind to her, moreover the job they did was exceptional.
The office is soothing and immaculate, there is no wait time, and patients are truly seen at their scheduled time.
Staff is extremely professional, caring and friendly, always willing to answer any question of concern and available to comfort their patients. They even call and check on my daughter when needed, and send her a birthday card.

This place it top notch! The facilities are wonderful, chick and fun. The front desk gal was friendly and welcoming. Our dental hygienist Michelle was patient, empathetic, efficient and super sweet with both my girls. Dr. Richardson was awesome and a true professional all around. Switched my daughters dentist after 9 years. They were never welcoming and were very condesending to parents in communicating childrens treatment. I've been bringing my kiddo here for years now and honestly I couldn't ask for a better Doctor and staff for her. Front desk is always sweet and helpful (except for once in I think 2020 and I only saw that rude front desk girl that ONE time..great! lol), Dr Gary is gentle and attentive and so supportive. My 11 year old son had his first cavity & was terrified to get a shot in his mouth. Everyone at the office especially the dentist were so nice & made him feel so comfortable. The dentist sure knows what he’s doing. My son didn’t even notice he got the shot. He was surprised when I told him. The best pediatric dentist you can find! Everyone in the office made sure my son was at ease and comfortable before his tooth extraction began. While showing us the x-ray, Dr. Richardson clearly explained to both of us why it had to be done and what exactly was going to take place. Then asked if either of us had any questions. The procedure was completed quickly without any crying (except maybe a little from me!) and we were on our way. (Although, my son wanted to stay and play in the waiting room!) I recently got my teeth checked along with a few of my cousins and i noticed that the girl who was cleaning our teeth didn’t even replace or sanitize the tools she used on us. I was the last to get my teeth cleaned so i got the most of the germs from my cousin.She was very nice but still a major health concern if one of my cousins had some type of disease that could be contagious. I hope they at least switch the tools with other families, but still gross that she didn’t even at least clean the ones my cousins used. Doctor is very nice and is formative.

Said it before and I’ll say it again. Best team/staff in all of Nevada. Holly is the absolute best. Dr. Noura has been incredible so far and the ladies in billing are phenomenal, accommodating and understanding. Every single woman in that office is professional and friendly. I haven’t learned all the names of each dental assistants yet but The Bennetts are blessed to be apart of the Adventure Smiles Family. If there’s ever a question on where to take your littles it’s no doubt that this is the place.

Such a great pediatric dentist! Can’t go wrong bringing your child in to see Dr. Richardson. He definitely knows what he is doing. I’d rather make the drive to visit this dental office over one close to me plus my child always looks forward to going because of the token she gets for a prize at the end & always comes out with a big beautiful smile. My sister recommended Dr. Richardson and Adventure Smiles to me as the go to place for the best pediatric dentistry for my 1 year old (he's now 3 yrs). I scheduled the appt and had an awesome experience. Dr. Richardson and his staff are very knowledgeable, efficient, and know how to deal with young ones. On his last appt my son was screaming as I dragged him from the office...he did not want to leave! That alone says it all :) We live in Mozambique (East Africa) and fly to the States every six months and drive to Las Vegas just to see Dr. Richardson for bi-annual check-ups (no cavities yet). We only go to the best. Where was he when I was a child?

Update: I have moved from Mozambique to Luxembourg and then Virginia and every six months (if I can but always at least every year) I fly to Vegas and visit my sister and Dr. Richardson because he is the best. My kids are now 8 and 11.
Staff is super friendly, efficient, and patient. Office setting is modern and clean. All procedures are current and up to date.

Our child has been going to Adventure Smiles for several years now, but on todays visit we were seen as an emergency situation. Our child had an accident at school, and right away called Adventure Smiles, the front desk always has a comforting and positive additude. We were seen right away. The dental assistant always has a way of making our child feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Richardson is excellent, always very informative and welcoming. Thank you to all the staff, will continue to have our child as a patient through his adolescent years.

My kids love going to their dentist. They love the front area where they can watch a movie, or play the xbox games available, and mingle with the other kids before their appointment. I like this dentist's office because its definitely kid focused and friendly.. and the dentist and his staff have always been wonderful.

My son has been going to Adventure Smiles since 2009 and my daughter went as well until she went off to college. My son is autistic and ADHD. He has never been uneasy about going to Adventure Smiles. They take their time with him and go at his pace. They explain everything to him before they do it. Having the movies overhead in the exam room and in the waiting area is great. Dr. Gary's office is the only dentist office my children have ever LOVED going to. They no longer fear the dreaded dentist appointments. They are 10 and 12 and at last I have found an office that cares for each childs needs individually and with great concern and always makes them feel comfortable and relaxed through their entire visit! Always professional and very friendly. They have a little gum ball like machine filled with little surprise toys. My daughter gets a token at the end of her appointment to put it in and get her surprise, which she is always excited and happy for.

We were lucky to have found Dr. Richardson many years ago. Both my son and daughter are his patients. Both the kids' teeth are very well taken cared of with their twice yearly check ups and cavities are pretty much prevented with this schedule. My daughter swears that she feels nothing even when she had to have her cavities drilled and filled. My son never had cavities after seeing Dr. Richardson. I would recommend Adventure Smiles to anyone and everyone who have kids. A great practice with very well trained and pleasant staff. Thank you Adventure Smiles.
