I can honestly say that this is the best Dental practice I have ever been to.

Dr. Teddy has Mad Skills - I got shots in the front tooth seaction of my gums & barely felt a pinch!
She also is so caring & honest, her advice was enlightening & actually saved me money...Unheard of in Dentistry now a days.
Her Tech/Assistant was super sweet, smart, & funny too! (I feel bad names are hard for me to remember)

The office plays upbeat/comforting music at a reasonable level. I really love that 😊
It also has ample parking & a securely locked & monitored entrance.
The front desk crew is friendly, very efficient & helpful with scheduling, Insurance billings & upfront about customer costs .

Highly recommend you try them out, bet you won't want to go back to your previous Dentist after.

I'm still here at my first visit and the staff, facility, and services provided are outstanding! I got a next-day appointment for my husband and myself on the first call, which was a great start. Then, they compassionately walked me through the X-ray process, which is always difficult for me. The rest of the visit was just what you'd expect, so I will definitely be a patient here for the foreseeable.

After trying 3 different dental offices , i can say this is my favorite.
I got ny wisdom tooth extracted and The doctor was very careful and gentle with my tooth compared to the last dentist I visited. The last time i got my wisdom tooth extracted the doctor was yanking on my tooth but not this doctor. She was not only gentle with my tooth but was very professional in explaining to me of the issue going on with my tooth. I left without pain and educated on my own teeth. Thank you Dr.T !

I don’t know where to start about this place. They got such great customer service from the front desk with Shana, she made me feel so confident about coming in, to the back with Aligah, she did my X-ray an oh man she was great. Just had my first appointment here after not being at the dentist in 4 years and felt very welcomed! Went in for an exam and xray because I had concerns about needing a root canal BUT Dr. Teddy was able to save the day and my tooth! I just went in for a cleaning, but I’ve been there before and everyone there is so nice. The Dentist is very thorough yet gets you in and out quickly. She makes sure that the patient is comfortable. The most amazing office Las Vegas has! Emergency visit due to tooth aches my kid was having on baby molars. Doctor saw us right away, took X-rays, determined a plan and was out of there within 20 minutes. Took the tooth out of course, pain is completely gone and now back the routine. One star, only because I could not begin to type with none.
I got a denture here about 3 years ago. Instead of the couple of weeks that I was accustomed to in the past, this process dragged on for several months. When it was all said and done I paid several hundred dollars extra for what was being sold as a five year warranty. That denture cracked last evening. When i went to the office today they told me that there was no such warranty, and that it would be $60 just to take a look at the problem. I will be going elsewhere to resolve this issue!!!!

Today I went to Affordable Dental Windmill, and I was extremely nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years. From the moment I walked in, the lovely ladies at the front desk were so kind, patient, and helpful. They answered all my questions and made me feel very welcomed.

Dr. Teddy was an excellent doctor. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen with my teeth, and because I was nervous, she made sure I felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. Her care and reassurance truly meant a lot to me.

I do need a few things done, but the pricing was reasonable, and I’m very grateful that they worked with me, so I could pay little by little every time I have my appointments That made a huge difference for me.

Overall, everything was a great experience especially for my first time going back to the dentist after so long. The dental assistant were also very sweet and caring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who feels nervous about going to the dentist. 🦷💙

I really hate to do this but it has to be put out there, do not let the “affordable” in their name fool you. It is very obvious that they will do whatever they can to squeeze extra money out of you. One price will be given for a procedure, in my case it was 3 crowns, and then “oops we did the procedure even though we knew and saw that it’s actually NOT covered by your insurance but we’re not going to tell you that because that won’t pay us even though we had 4 chances to let you know that when you kept coming back for each session, oopsies! Let’s make a payment agreement and then I’ll go back on my word and keep charging you more because I can” then next thing I know they’re adding an extra $300 to my bill and then another $800 to my bill (failing to uphold ethical standards). What for? THEY don’t even know and I’ve asked. I was just told to come back and sign those papers, pay them and I’m expected to be quiet about it. The dentist (dr. Baldwin) drilled away at one of my teeth that wasn’t even supposed to be worked on in the moment. Told me she was doing it AFTER she started doing it (failure to obtain informed consent and yet another failure to uphold ethical standards) and said “yea I’ll do this free of charge” and I didn’t believe her and I was proven right to do so. Before I figured all of this out, I sent my husband to them for a cleaning and they tried to do the same thing to him. Priced him one number and then sent him a bill for a much higher number. This seems to be a pattern with them. This whole place is a scam, a scheme to squeeze money out of desperate people and I wouldn’t be surprised if my dental work wasn’t even done correctly based off of the untrustworthy behavior they’ve shown me with complete disregard to mine and other people’s hard earned money. I do want to shout out the sweet dental assistants who have nothing to do with this and who were very nice to me. It’s the dentist and the front ladies who have completely disappointed and failed us. Boston dental group will be receiving a complaint from me and I will be taking this up with the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, Better business bureau and consumer affairs WITH names because this is not fair, it’s immoral and I’m not going to let them get away with this. We made a payment agreement and I have committed to my side and this facility has yet to commit to theirs out of greed.

I’ve been coming to Affordable Dental for the past four years, and it’s the only dental office that has provided consistent and efficient dental care in the valley. I have extensive tooth sensitivity and poorer gum health, with these issues causing great pain and anxiety on a daily basis. These issues of mine are always taken into consideration when care is provided, and no other office has been that mindful about these factors. I have never found a dentist that was this nice, friendly and welcoming. Vivi was gentle and made me feel secure. I have never had such a great experience with the dentist ever!!!!! The staff there is amazing and friendly!! I have always hated the dentist but I actually look forward to it and my smile is better than it has ever been! ♥️

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! If I could give negative stars I would. This office is full of fake nice people who claim to want to help you and give you the best care when it's the complete opposite. They are all complete scammers who will send you a bill of not just your procedure but something extra that they charge when it was not part of the original payment plan. The dentist claimed that she would do a procedure for free for my wife then lo and behold an extra $700 bill ON TOP OF THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT PLAN! I also went in for xrays and a check up (no cleaning) which was all supposedly covered because of a new patient promotion but then they also sent me a seperate bill for $50 for doing nothing. No cleaning no nothing (i walked out w/o a cleaning because it was gonna be a little over $200 for the cleaning). This is the last time this dentist is getting away with this. The Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners, The Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Consumers Affairs are gonna get thousands of calls from me until this dentist office disappears and never practices again. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. FIND A REAL DENTIST THAT WILL NOT SCAM YOU.

Dr. Vivi Baldwin makes the process smooth and explains everything. I’ve had to come multiple times now and each time she’s punctual. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Her assistants are wonderful and the staff all around are great!

This facility was amazing , since the front desk I was greeted very well from beginning to end . And the Dr omg , she has one of the best personalities I seen . She’s full of energy and positive vibes, she’s very outgoing and with a great attitude. My 2 visits there were outstanding. I would definitely come back to this location on eastern and windmill . I highly recommend.

I never liked going to the dentist but all my visits so far have been great. The doctor is very good and very nice. My first visit was for a bad tooth. It had to be extracted. The procedure went smoothly and pretty painless, except for the shots to numb the area. The staff is professional and friendly. I don't have insurance and I find their rates, as with their name, affordable.

Everyone was very kind, enthusiastic and made me feel welcomed, I could tell they love what they do. I had to go back to work after my appointment and they had really uplifted my day, I walked back into the office with more energy and a smile on my face. I had a problem with my dentures. I called this office because it was close to my house and they got me an appointment for the next morning. I told them my problem, they did a quick exam and sent my lower plate to their lab for a reline, and set me a follow up appt for the next afternoon! I got to the follow up and was handed my lower plate, and after a few minutes to make a minor adjustment, everything fit and was a lot more comfortable than it had been in over a year! I was able to have dinner without having to take my bottom teeth out for the first time in a very long time, so I am beyond happy.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!! I only went because they had fast availability- well
I know why. Because no one in their right mind would come back!! They don’t have anyone who knows how to deal with insurance and try to scam you while you’re in the chair They claim insurance will cover something but then send you a bill. I tried to pay the bill then they didn’t run it and sent me to collections! Complete frauds trying to do more treatments to get money from insurance and you ! And they never stop sending text messages! Go to a real dentist even if you have to wait a few weeks.

My experience with them has been that they put up a front on customer service, yet they charge you more than they quote. They also do not stand behind their work as they charge you for mistakes that they make. An example of this was when they put in a crown, didn't glue it in correctly and when they did, they recharge the insurance and bill me for a co-payment. I have been having problems with the quality and the billing. To me, they are not honest, and I will file a report with the better business bureau as well as write the State Attorney General about this. They have lost my business.
