I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ageless Women’s Clinic in Henderson and the exceptional care I have received from NP Dawn Luttes and her amazing team.

After trying other clinics that offered hormone replacement therapy, I can genuinely say that my experience here has been on an entirely different level. The knowledge, direction, and individualized care this team provides are truly outstanding. Dawn doesn’t simply treat symptoms—she listens, looks at the whole picture, and provides thoughtful guidance that has made such a difference for me while navigating both Graves’ disease and menopause.

Menopause can be an incredibly difficult and sometimes overwhelming transition. It is so much more than simply the end of menstruation. The hormonal changes can affect your nervous system, sleep, mood, energy, and overall sense of well-being. Couple that with an autoimmune thyroid condition like Graves’ disease, and it can feel like the perfect storm. Having knowledgeable, compassionate providers who truly understand how these issues can overlap has been invaluable to me.

I also have to give a very special shout-out to Ms. Julie, the office manager. She greets everyone with such genuine warmth and compassion while somehow keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently. That kind of kindness matters, especially when you are going through a difficult season with your health.

I finally feel that I am in the hands of people who understand, care, and have a clear direction for my treatment. For women navigating menopause, hormonal changes, or complex thyroid concerns, finding the right care can make all the difference.

A time in my life where changes started to happen with the coming of my new adult life -Hormones! Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that in my early 40s perimenopause would begin. Dawn is the BEST, and the staff is the sweetest! I had dizziness/vertigo weekly. I work for a neurologist that ruled out anything neurological and thought I should see an ENT. I am 50yrs old. I decided to go see Dawn thinking it could be related to menopause......it was! I have been on HRT now for 4-5 months and feel incredible. No more dizziness. I have energy, I sleep well....I feel GREAT!! More pre/post and menopausal women need to know about HRT.
