I have always had great experience at this office, Dr. Oruene is always very pleasant and down to earth personality. As of 8-3-26 I have never had any problems and this would be the first time of waiting time that I just had a problem with, I got there 1/2 hour early for my appointment and I ended up spending an hour waiting and that's never happened to me in a 3-year period. And I would still recommend Dr O.

I have Lupes and my pain is so bad my blood pressure gets elevated. Im very happy the Dr noticed my pain thanks to the Dr I'm able to enjoy my bord games and movie night with my Daughter and Niece like we usually do on the weekends. Lupus is a awful illness . I have been a patient of Dr. O for 7 years. As a veteran of the military, the process can be tedious but Apex Medical does a great job of working with the VA. I have nothing but praise for Dr. O and his staff, mainly Wennie at the front desk. I recently had an emergency that needed urgent assistance in early September 2025 and both Dr. O and Wennie went above and beyond. So very professional! APEX has been so helpful for me. I have had two visits with them and completed a steroid injection(3) in my lower back. They keep me informed and make sure I understand every step of the way. I went to my monthly appointment to get my pain pills. I have been seeing DR. O for about 6 months. He knows my issues, but today, and another 2 times before that I have a pinched nerve on my right side. He knows about my Cervical spinal stenosis, new right knee. But keeps asking how I got a pinched nerve. I told him for the 3rd time, my pinched nerve is due to a surgery I had acalled lumbar sympathetic nerve block. As soon as I woke up from the surgery, the pain was there. Couldn't walk correctly. Now mind you I had the same procedure done on the left side the week before, with no issues. HE IS BASICALLY CALLING ME A LIAR (3 frickin' times). Stating what I am claiming, this could never happen during that procedure. WELL IT DID! Now I need to do my part and call the neck/spine specialist for my neck. But that has nothing to do with this pinched nerve!!!!! 🤌 Comprenda??

Sometimes the wait times are extremely long however common sense dictates if it isn't broken don't try to fix it. Dr O is useless. I came from an out of state clinic and he treated me like an addict, instead of a patient. Yes, I came for my normal RX, but I selected APEX for all of the additional therapies they advertise on their website. I was not offered any additional physical therapies and never examined. The script he gave me was for 1/4 of my normal medication, which put me into withdrawals and scrambling to find another doctor. Really messed up, and incredibly dangerous to do to a person. He wasn’t worried about how that would affect me as I was genuinely worried for my health & heart since I am older. Total malpractice and he shouldn’t be doing pain management. He fumbles around his office like an oaf. It took him ten minutes to enter my name alone on the computer, which is a simple name, one finger, one pluck at a time. I found him to be arrogant, rude AND very unkind to those who are not of his race.
