Dr. Crawford and my adjustment was amazing. The most difficulty I had with a line med was signing the forms on my phone, which was very difficult to read and see. And then whenever I tried to use the iPad in the office I had trouble logging in. So I was very frustrated at the beginning of my visit because the forms were just so complicated online. Please work to allow patients to sign forms electronically in the office with ease.

I have been going to Alignmed off and on for a number of years. (Since 2010'ish) Have had back problems since a major accident in PDX, in the year of 1989.
The techs are 100% concerned with your pain level, and compassionate about pre and post care.
Dr. Burnett did a complete re-initial exam, because I was new to him. The adjustments are what is needed, and lasting. Just need a little maintenance, now and then.
This is straight forward D.C. care with no ancillary cost, which I have found with others in this valley.

The Align Med staff, specifically at Centennial was wonderful! From start to finish, I always felt important and cared for. They really do care about their patients and it shows. Although my chiropractic care has been completed, I will miss seeing everyone’s smiling faces. Dr Quintero, Dr Crawford, Dr Gladstone, Maria, Vanessa, Fahi and Genia were all so wonderful!

I don’t like the fact they don’t accept insurance . I don’t like that they accept insurance if people are on government assistance or on Medicare . So they reward those that don’t work, and make those that work pay 60.00. They changed ownership , and it sounds like they are just too lazy to deal with insurance companies . I won’t come back because they reward those that live off the govt and charge working people 60 bucks when we have health insurance . Even the workers agreed that it’s not right when I mentioned it when paying. It sucks people have to pay 60 bucks every time . It adds up because sometimes you have to go back every few days . I won’t come back .

i went in for an adjustment on thursday morning, the front desk staff was very friendly. after i was taken back to a room, the assistant went over information from my previous visits, and let me know the doctor would be in shortly.

Dr. Q was extremely helpful, understanding and didn’t push me to make uncomfortable movements. he then began to get information from me based on how i was feeling and how i wanted to feel after the adjustment. Dr. Q then did many stretches, sensory tests and more. i definitely enjoyed my experience with him and recommend him.

I was appointed Align Med by my Lawyer. I was very happy to find out they have several locations throughout Las Vegas and that gave me a piece of mind, (since I am all over town). I picked the Centennial location for the first consultation and I was so pleased with the level of care and expertise that I didn’t want to go to anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, extremely accommodating and understanding. You can tell, they love what they do! 3 months in, I can say my pain is almost to a zero and I got to say once I get released, I will definitely miss going for treatment every week. While I usually visit the Aliante location, I found this one to be significantly better. Do not go here!!! Complete money grab. I went one time-no adjustment, paid cash and in full for $135 with no attorney at the time. Now that I have asked for an itemized bill for reimbursement from the insurance company, they want more than six times the amount I already paid-$850. For one visit!! So ridiculous. If I could give no stars I would. This is why our insurance rates are so high. Disgustingly unethical.

Fast food chiro at fine dining prices. This place is worse than The Joint. Went in for neck and carpal tunnel pain. He did the standard 6 move adjustment and did not address the the neck in depth or my wrists AT ALL. After that they threw on the Tens unit on my shoulders and lower back for 10 min. 2/10 because the lobby did have nice chairs.

My first recent visit was great. I told the Dr the issue I was having in my upper back and he found the problem and did some manipulation to the area, and scraping, to loosen it up. I went back the week after but they had not updated my records and it was a different doctor who did only a basic adjustment even though I told him what was hurting. He was in the room maybe 3 mins. I could have gotten this kind of adjustment at The Joint for less $$. I asked the girl at the desk who worked on me last time and she said it was he owner Dr. K and he doesn't usually work there. That's a shame because he was really good. Not sure I care to go back now. Its not worth the copay.

Nice enough folks, but it's a generic mill. You never know who's going to see you or what their skillset is. Wife (age 46, not overweight) went in with hip and back tension, left limping and with a pinched nerve in arm.

I'm giving this 2 stars because I remembered when they first started out with Dr.K & Dr.Q they were passionate about there patients took there time to help them with there pain. There was never no waiting for a long time and also every patient got Physiotherapy and a hot pack so that the patient can feel like they can come here and feel better. NOW they leave you in a room with the tens unit and when the doctors come in they ask no questions just adjust that's all. My family has been going to Align Chiropractic for about a year now. All the doctors are awesome! They genuinely care about their clients and listen to any concerns we may have. We always feel better afterwards. Plus, they also include tins and ultrasound therapy before the adjustment, which is so nice and relaxing. It really seems to help loosen us up before getting adjusted. I really like how they have massage therapy available; we have all met with Feather and she is great! She can really work the knots out! :-)

I am hurting from moving and they took me in with no appointment and I only waited 10 minutes. The massage therapist is good and explains everything and the doctor is personable, knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand your concerns and pain. I feel better already and I am switching chiropractors (mine wasn't open on Saturday). Definitely try out Align Chiropractic - I will bet you will make them your regular chiropractor too. I am going back on Monday and know I will improve even more.

I've been in the office several times for adjustments. I like to go for overall wellness. I can't tell which doc I like more. Dr. K and Dr. Q are both sooo good they take the time to listen to me and they do a great job of putting me back together.
