I’ve been seeing Dr. McCauley at Sahara and Nellis for several years. He is awesome. Kind, caring, compassionate, funny. Also a very good Chiropractor. He has kept my neck in line stopping many headaches. I’m elderly, a lot of chronic back pains that he treats very well. Has reduced the pain to almost nothing. I’m pleased with that.

I came in for a follow-up chiropractic appointment on 06/28/25 and was assisted by Esye. This is my second time having her help with my visit, and she has consistently been friendly, polite, and professional. Her personality really shines through, and she makes the experience comfortable and welcoming.

During this visit, I noticed another assistant, Rebecca, was helping set up a Spanish-speaking patient. It was clear there was a language barrier, so Esye stepped in to help translate. I made a lighthearted comment to Rebecca, suggesting she should brush up a bit more on her Spanish. She responded that she knew a little, but then added, “They don’t wanna learn so why should I?”

As a Mexican individual, I found that comment upsetting—especially given the current climate and ongoing concerns with ICE raids and treatment of immigrant communities. That remark showed a lack of cultural sensitivity and empathy, whether it was meant that way or not.

I want to be clear that the reason for the low rating is solely because of that comment made by Rebecca. It does not reflect my overall experience with the staff or the quality of care I received.

On a positive note, I also want to recognize Briana for her excellent service. She was professional, very friendly, and let her personality came through in a natural, welcoming way. She, along with Esye, made a great impression and both deserve recognition for their outstanding work ethic and care.

I like these 2 Doctors Epperson but Doctor Anthony it’s the coolest and kind he really cares about his patients.
