I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kim and his entire staff! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, cared for, and truly listened to. Dr. Kim is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to explain everything and make sure you feel comfortable. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his patients and wants to help them feel their best.
A special thank you to Daisy, Diego, and Jennifer for always being so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience, and their kindness does not go unnoticed.

I had such a great experience with Align Med Summerlin. The staff was welcoming, professional, and took the time to explain everything before starting treatment.

The centennial Hills location is a chefs kiss but we went to the Summerlin office to fulfill a required appointment this past Saturday and the technician in there could not have been more lazy.
When we got there, she was just sitting on her phone and we got there a little early because sometimes when we get there early and it’s not busy, they take my daughter back early. Well, that was not the case. It was absolutely not busy and that’s OK. We aren’t tripping about that but she left my daughter on a rolling 10 to 15 minutes afterwards to the point where my daughter was texting me that she thinks she’s been forgotten about. And then there was a light massage gun session afterwards and it was just absolutely pointless. We could’ve been done so much quicker It was just pointless to go. I don’t even think we should be charged for that session.

These are the most KNOWLEDGEABLE People I have ever used!!! I had a pain in my Lower Back... Somehow he worked on my right Leg, and to be honest, I was wondering if He knew what He was doing, UNTIL HE WAS FINISHED!!!!! HOLY COW!!! Years of pain, GONE!!!!! I can't recommend these DR's. My hubby and I went to see the chiropractor because it was time and had some much pain and tension but when we see the Chiropractor he didn't do any heat before adjusting us. I use to be a chiropractor assistant and we would always give treatment to patients before the adjustment. He just went in a adjusted us and OMG it was painful. I will not be going back.
