Dr. Candance is so down to earth and real. She understood my needs and really listened to me. I am thankful gynecologist like her exist. This was beyond a typical GYN experience.

This clinic truly cares about its patients. Dr. Candace is one of a kind! The team takes time to listen, understand the whole person, and investigate the root cause of health concerns—not simply treat the symptoms. Their integrative approach is thoughtful, personalized, and comprehensive. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate providers who are committed to helping patients achieve lasting health and wellness.

EDIT: Dropped from 3 stars to 1. They tried to say that the tests ordered by me weren’t covered by insurance, but they just billed incorrectly. I’ve never not had standard STD test not covered by insurance. After going directly to Aetna they reassured me that I do not owe anything to them or this clinic.
I really wanted to like this place due to the 3.8 rating on Google, but it was just an odd experience. My appt was at 1. I got there at 12:45pm and the sign said they would be back at 1. So it's a couple minutes after 1pm and they finally unlock the door. The main desk gal is unfriendly and took personal phone calls while I was filling out paperwork. The billing clerk was wonderful and helpful though and she was the one who ended up helping me. The medical assistant or nurse who led me back to the room and did my vitals was unpleasant like she didn't want to be there and had no smile. The medical history questionnaire was very vague and the NP didn't ask about if I had any concerns or past issues, which I do have two conditions, but since this was just an "annual exam" I did not feel like I could talk about it and would have to make another appointment. After my exam, I was told to go checkout. Always had a medical assistant walk me to checkout. Just felt odd especially with it being my first time there. It also took a half hour after their lunch break to see me and I was their first patient after lunch. Seems disorganized.

Dr. Candace is truly a blessing in women’s healthcare. Upon arriving to her new office location, I was greeted with kindness, patience, and genuine care. She truly listens without judgment, explains without rushing, and makes even the most sensitive topics feel comfortable!
Her knowledge is outstanding, but what sets her apart is her heart. She remembers details, follows up, and makes sure you feel supported long after the appointment ends. You never feel like “just another patient”. I call her when I have female issues....and I feel seen, heard, and valued🥰
If you’re looking for an OB‑GYN who combines expertise with compassion, Dr. Candace is the one.

I love Jackie my doctor but the receptionist is terrible. Be careful because she will charge you way more than your deductible and try to tell you that's what the screen says. I'm my case 5x what my deductible is. I called my insurance company while I was there and the receptionist tried to say they couldn't do a charge back, in 2026 they couldn't do a charge back within 30 mins.
Update: I was told they'd have to send my refund by check. It took me two weeks to get my money back and I had to dispute it with my bank, even though they knew within 5mins that they had over charged me. We are now three weeks out and still no check. Mind you, my deductible is only $25 and they charged me $210 on two different occasions.
Update 7/1/26
I have still not been paid back and hVe had to dispute this with my bank. All care sent me a faulty check so I can't cash and am still dealing with this. What's wild that I can't get over is I came in to get results to find out if I had cancerous cells or something and can't even remember the appointment very well because it being overshadowed by terrible receptionist. It's so hard to find a good doctor. Sad to see my time with one ruined becasue of a terrible receptionist that knew exactly what she was doing.
7/30/26 Update
The office manager is terrible too. She confirmed that they stopped payment on a check they sent me because I disputed it with my bank after a month of no refund. Now they are saying they will resubmit and who knows when I'll get it, that was from the manager, that she doesn't work for a bank and would have no idea. I'm sure getting my records will be fun because I STILL NEED SURGERY!
Update: 8/25/26
They have now partially refunded me and found additional charges but won't give me a detailed reason why. Weird to have a charge four months later. They also will not release my records or take calls from me or my provider. I have now filed with BBB.
DO NOT RECOMMEND
Just make sure you know your deductible and flight it if they try to charge you more.

Do not come here, Dr leapheart is very dismissive she don’t listen to your concerns and gives attitude when you decline services you don’t feel comfortable with. they never call back with results, they never answer or return voicemails or text, the don’t send your records request from other providers. It’s all around bad unprofessional business, not only that the nurse started going over my health records and results through the glass in a full quiet waiting room, my hips rights were completely violated,I was so uncomfortable that I asked to be taken to the back to discuss my results and she gave a irritated sigh.. they are so rude and unpleasant except the gentleman who checks you out, he was friendly and professional. Just be careful

Love the doctor but they've put me on a dialer for a bill for $67.03 that I've paid twice. You know how they only call when it's bad news? Yes, a bill I've paid twice now and now I'm afraid to take their calls and afraid not to because their billing department can't get it together and apply the payment to the invoice. I paid it a second time because I thought it was easier than the hassle of calling them. Now I have an appointment to tell them why I'm changing doctors.

This is the worst clinic I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.
My experience began after I was told that my baby had stopped developing at six weeks. Instead of recommending a D&C or vacuum aspiration, I was told to simply go home and wait for my body to miscarry naturally, even though I wasn’t bleeding and showed no signs that it would happen. I spent an entire week in emotional agony, crying every day and living through one of the most traumatic experiences of my life.
When I returned a week later and said I could not continue waiting and asked what my other options were, I was told, “I’m not a doctor. You’ll need to schedule an appointment with a doctor.” Only after I finally saw an actual physician was I immediately scheduled for a vacuum aspiration. It makes me wonder why I was forced to suffer for an extra week in the first place.
I also want to mention Jacqueline, who is not a physician, performed my ultrasound without wearing gloves. I was shocked by the lack of basic hygiene and professionalism. At the time, I was experiencing my first pregnancy and my first missed miscarriage. I was emotionally devastated and in complete shock, so I wasn’t even in a state where I could speak up for myself.
Three months later, I returned for a follow-up checkup. During the breast exam, they found something that needed further evaluation and gave me a referral for a mammogram. For the past three days, I have been going back and forth because the referral was completed incorrectly, making it impossible for me to schedule the imaging appointment.
The breast imaging center finally explained the problem to me: the referral only requested a screening mammogram. I am 37 years old, and because of my age and the fact that I have a breast concern that needs evaluation, the order needs to be written correctly. Because of this mistake, I have wasted days, delayed important medical care, and have been unable to get the testing I need.
No one ever answers the phone at this clinic. Every time there is a problem, I have to leave work, drive there in person, and then wait for hours just to get someone to help me.
Women deserve compassionate, competent, and professional healthcare, especially during pregnancy loss and when dealing with a possible breast issue. Instead, I experienced negligence, poor communication, repeated administrative errors, and a complete lack of empathy.
I would never recommend this clinic to any woman. My experience has been traumatic from beginning to end.

Honestly, used to love Dr. leaphart. But, her new NP just was not for me. Very dismissive. Thought she was doing an annual on me. No, actually did a swab to test for infections and I didn’t know until I got a bill in the mail so thanks for that! Waste of money. Avoid if you can.
Edit 2/1/26: NP did a test that I did not ask for or know about until after the fact. Just got a bill saying because she did not get it pre authorization, I now owe $1,200. I will be fighting this. This is not okay. I already paid $300 to quest and should not be paying more for this.
7/10/26: They sent me another bill MONTHS after the procedure and have given me two months before threatening to send me to collections after I asked them last month to give me time to talk to an insurance provider I no longer have. I have to go in person to even speak to my old provider as, again, I no longer have them. I don’t care that my procedure was in November, you billed me in MAY! Told me I never responded when I called and emailed. So disappointed in your billing rep that also kept interrupting me and was incredibly rude on the phone. Refused to let me speak and continuously spoke over me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.
Billing reps are rude and they give you procedures you never asked for without telling you.

I’d like to publicly give credit where it’s due since this was a big ordeal for me because someone other than myself was able to calm my anxious hypochondriac of a wife, other than myself (fellas I know you understand me) and I want to start off by saying that it’s been a scarce amount of times that I’ve experienced genuine human compassion from a stranger to another especially these days in medical fields where offices only see patients as dollar signs and not people. My wife was on the phone with a woman named Silvana (my wife asked her to spell it) hopefully this is the correct spelling since I was only ear hustling on the side but anywho…my wife has had recent cancer diagnosis and now a mass in her cervix that this Dr is treating and has been freaking out about everything since, crying, losing sleep, stressed, overwhelmed and with massive brain fog and today almost at 6pm she was on the phone with Silvana for almost 30 minutes while she tried to get to the bottom of blood work she needs to get and an emergency consultation with another specialist. She put her on hold and came back at least 4 times to update her and give her ease because no one else has returned her calls or bothered to follow up with her at the other place and so this young lady took the initiative to not only make the phone calls for my wife but also set her appointments up and on top of that got back on the line. Prayed with her a simple few lines and told her to not worry that she would help with whatever she needed…even if it wasn’t true she made my wife smile and I could see the sudden relief when she was actually given a resolution instead of “let me check I’ll call back” and no one calls. Sometimes we need to show people a little compassion and do one simple thing to lift their spirits and I am forever grateful because if my wife would’ve received one more distressful outcome she could’ve landed in the hospital. Silvana thank you for ultimately saving my wife from really losing it today. You are truly an angel in disguise, looking forward to meeting you on the 22nd! -Mike

I want to start by saying I have quite the social anxiety. I accompanied my sister to her appointment and feeling nervous as doctor’s offices make me very nervous. One of the front desk girls, named Silvana, noticed my nervousness and started a conversation with my sister and I and she was so sweet and funny I definitely felt so much better being there. I’m even considering switching over to this doctor. Thank you Silvana for making me feel comfortable and happy to be there with my sister. Also, my sister says many great things about her doctor. You may have a new patient soon :)

Pretty sure I just got ripped off. I have great insurance Anthem blue cross and was charged 205 dollars to simply ask if I could still get pregnant and go on birth control. Which my insurance covers but because they had it under fertility I was charged 205 dollars out of pocket. I will be changing OBGYNs.

After hearing about this practice and office from a trusted friend, I thought “Wow” this is exactly what I need after my last OBGYN relocated to TX.
The office is conveniently located in the Henderson area and the front office staff are extremely nice.
The wait (1.5 hrs) was a little irritating, but I took the day off so all in all it was fine.
Once called to the back, the intern that helped me was also extremely nice and thorough about next steps and what to expect.
She did seem a bit nervous but I appreciated her transparency and friendliness.
I was scheduled to see the nurse practitioner Jacquelyn “Jack” as I heard someone affectionately call her outside of my door. Maybe they said “Jackie” I’m not sure. But in any event, when she came in that’s where things took a turn for the worst. She introduced herself as the “nurse practitioner” if I hadn’t heard someone calling her by name outside of my door or referenced my appt. I wouldn’t have even known that. (Unprofessional)
She was extremely brash, very harsh in her delivery and acted as if I had more information and knowledge than she had, when I asked questions and voiced my concerns regarding my visit.
She made me feel as if I was speaking with a man about feminine issues that he may not be privy to.
Specifically one of my concerns was breast cancer, due to cancer running in both sides of my family.
Her response was “you need to quit doing something, with you being in your 40’s your going to gain weight” and suggested I do Pilates or Yoga and have a healthier diet to support weight loss. When I already work out 3-4X a week (cardio). She said “ running alone is not going to cut it, although it’s good for the heart it won’t help me loose weight”.
She was very off putting, unconcerned and made her own assumptions which really affected me in a negative way.
She didn’t ask me any questions about why breast cancer was a concern, because she didn’t care.
Simple.
I don’t think this is a bad practice, but as long as “Jack” is working there, I will say they have 1 bad apple. I would encourage women to ask to be seen by the Doctor’s as I have requested for any follow-up appointments. If you are seen by a nurse practitioner, make sure it isn’t her.

Please avoid this location. The NP Jackie was very rude. I went in for my 1st appt since finding out I was pregnant and I was concerned about spotting since it’s my 1st pregnancy. I tried to show Jackie a picture of the spotting and she completely dismissed me and rudely said I don’t want to see that’. Jackie made me feel unsafe and completely scared me told me I was actively miscarrying that she couldn’t do anything for me and she wouldn’t touch me. She told me that I needed to go to the ER and that these appts are only for active pregnancies walked me out of the exam room told the girls up front just call me in a week and diss missed me. Jackie has horrible chair-side manor. The ladies up front were very nice and one of the back staff (Joan) was very nice and super sweet but the NP Jackie was very rude and dismissive. I left the appt crying in my car scared and i drove myself to the ER. The ER confirmed I wasn’t actively miscarrying and eased my mind. I recommend anyone looking for an OBGYN please avoid this location and visit Legacy for Women they will provide excellent care and better service. NP Jackie needs to be coached on chair side manor or if she hates her life and job that much she shouldn’t be working in this field. Please avoid this office at all costs!!

Let me start by saying I had such a pleasant visit at this place of business and what made it so pleasant was first of all, the facility was A1 on cleanliness, decor inside the office, quite and it gives such a calming energy in the waiting area. Next, the young lady named LB at the check in window was very kind, had great customer service and gave off great and positive energy. Next, Dr. Jackie was a breath of fresh air, she was energetic, kind hearted, she was about getting to know me and attentive to my needs, wants and concerns for my visit. She is hands down one of the best doctors in the doctor field. She will have me spreading the word of this facility because she is worth the gas to get to her practice. Last but not least, the other young lady at check out named Justine (and if I have mixed up the names and positions of the ladies that run check in and check out, forgive me but they both are lit ladies to say the least) she was funny and had a super cool personality. The entire staff are very professional and I greatly appreciate the facility for welcoming me with open arms and warm hearts. Thank you Allcare for Women for servicing me and I am pleased to have you as my health care provider....see you all very soon.

I moved to Henderson 3 years ago and came across Allcare. Having a hearing impairment, LB has been awesome and patient with me even on busy days in the office. From checking into my appointments with LB, the medical assistant and nurses, Dr.Leaphart and checking out with LB, it has been awesome. She always makes sure I'm set to go when I check out and is always greeting me with a smile when I come back. They answered all my questions and provided me with important information regarding my routine appointment and prescription medication. They are very good with dealing patients and left a very good impression for me. Also, today was not busy for a Monday, which may have been a factor. I got done within an hour for my appointment. All smiles at this clinic and I recommend it based on my two visits.

Read the reviews!
She was a great doctor upon delivering my second child when my original doctor was unavailable. Then I came to her with my third child and all she cared about was trying to shoot me up with insulin that I never needed. Even her nurse assistants advised against it and said she was going to do it. It’s her way or the highway. She doesn’t seem to care about any of your other needs if you’re going to disagree with her on anything and ask questions. Not to mention, the attitude of the office staff and having to always deal with new staff each time you arrive. I decided to switch to a new OBGYN and requested a copy of my letters and next thing I know she’s sending a letter saying it’s best I find a new OBGYN. With pleasure! The one I’m at doesn’t charge a copay for each appointment like her office will. You’ve been warned.

I have been visiting Allcare for 4 years now and can genuinely say I’ve been satisfied with my care. Allcare has been in 2 different locations since I’ve been with them and both have been clean and organized. The providers have been professional and educational. I have a long standing medication that is always prescribed and refilled timely. More recently the best part of my experience is my interactions with LB at the front desk. I had an issue with my insurance that she not only brought to my attention, but told me what I needed to do to resolve it. She is always kind and understanding, and her attention to detail and knowledge of the practice has saved me a lot of trouble and money! I definitely recommend Allcare for GYN services, especially for young women who have never been with a provider.

I have a trend of having negative experiences at the OBGYN and I wanted to try this location to see if it would be worth while. My visit was on 01/06/26. The facility was easy to find and the front office staff was really nice. Joan (the medical assistant that assisted me) is AMAZING. My husband accompanied me on this visit and we really liked her. She was kind and personable. She did a really good job in making me feel comfortable.
Jackie the nurse practitioner, on the other hand, was extremely rude and dismissive when my husband and I asked her questions. I saw an OBGYN on 09/15/25 and Jackie did not ask me the reason for my visit and did not slow down at all to truly talk to me as her patient. She just did a swab, washed her hands, and was ready to leave the exam room. If it wasn't for me asking questions about my symptoms, she would have not taken the time to talk to me about my concerns. When addressing my concerns, she dismissed them in such a rude manner that I cried in the exam room when she left. No patient should ever feel that way and I regret ever going to this location. Nurse practitioner Jackie lacked proper bedside manners. As a registered nurse myself, proper bedside manners is taught in nursing school day 1. Nurse practitioner Jackie was probably asleep that day in class.
If you visit this location, I encourage you to see the DO instead of the nurse practitioner or go to a different location all together.

I had an extremely disappointing and dismissive experience at this office with Nurse Practitioner Jacquelyn Webster, I came in with ER documentation confirming a miscarriage and simply needed my provider to review the paperwork and complete a standard ADA accommodation form required by my employer. Instead of offering support or even taking a moment to look at the form, the doctor dismissed my condition, told me “this isn’t something they give off time for,” and added that I “don’t look like she needs to call 911.”
Not only was this insensitive during an already painful situation, but it also interfered with my ability to participate in my employer’s ADA process. A provider should never minimize a patient’s medical event or refuse to review documentation that directly affects their care and recovery. I left feeling unheard, unsupported, and shocked by the lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking compassionate or thorough care. I will be submitting an official complaint to the Medical Board and hope they realize this place should be SHUT DOWN

I definitely don’t understand some of these negative reviews or even low stars, but I must say my experience was definitely different. The place was very clean very nice office one of the best doctors office I’ve ever seen in a long time. The staff were very pleasant. All the staff is very professional, caring and helpful. Doctors are amazing very sweet and make sure I understood everything that they were doing and saying before I left the office. Even the person who drew my blood is very kind delicate and professional, I am a hard person to poke and he got it on one try he definitely made me feel comfortable. I wish I can remember his name but yes from the front desk to the back office to in the rooms with the doctor my experience was definitely five stars plus. No issues with extra charges or unknown things everything was Explained very carefully and definitely understanding. My wait time over the phone and in office was very very fast and I’m just a happy camper there nothing but positive energy and positive attitudes. Some of these reviews I don’t know what you are talking about. Some people are just negative and make negative reviews like you’re trying to find something wrong because you didn’t like the answer you got. I don’t know! My experience and my personal opinion. I wasn’t there on other people experience, but I definitely can speak on my own experience. So I learned a huge lesson go experience for yourself and don’t judge off any reviews. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The first time I had an interaction with Dr leapart was about 2 years ago I'm a 50-year-old woman that is dealing with perimenopause. I spoke to her about other alternatives other than birth control and she was very short and curt with me. She seemed bothered and like I was wasting her time, very dismissive. About a month ago she told me I needed to get off birth control because of my age which I did on my own a month later I made an appointment, I kindly asked the front desk if there was someone else that I could see besides the doctor because of my experience left last time where I left in tears. She scheduled me with a nurse practitioner for today and then called me back and said that only the doctor could talk to me about HRT. I showed up on time and had to wait an hour and a half and pay a $40 copay only for her to come into the room with another person and tell me that my business was no longer wanted there. She said if you have a problem with me then you have a problem with my whole office and you need to leave right now. I have never been treated that way by anybody in my entire life. Beware if you go to this place they treat people horribly.

My first two visits were ok, minus the fact that I scheduled those appointments and they couldn’t find me on their schedule anywhere. I have PCOS, so I’m on medication. The dr wrote down the medication I’m on and still prescribed the wrong version. Contacted the office via text since apparently they never take phone calls for current patients and only text. Got my new prescription no problem. During my last visit she submitted the prescription again for a larger amount. It was for the WRONG version yet again. Tried contacting via text per usual and no response for over a day. Sent the same text again and I was told to be “patient and wait for the doctor”. Apparently me about to run out of my medication isn’t urgent enough. I highly don’t recommend this place. Urgency clearly isn’t priority.

Had a negative experience coming here on my own. Doctor felt dismissive of my concerns, she made me feel stupid for asking questions about how long typically it takes to get pregnant off long-term birth control, my medicine interactions, etc. Pap smear was quick but not worth it for the way I felt the entire appointment. Pap results took over a month to get to me. Decided I would not go back for my next year.
Two of my coworkers also came here for their pregnancies and they never sent them NIPT results after tons of calls. They also left for new OBs.
Fast forward, I'm now pregnant and asked my new GP for a referral to an OB to try a new one. Turns out they reffered me here, or at least tried to. The referral was sent on JULY 23RD, and I was never contacted, even to this day. Called the office (solely because I was approaching 8 weeks at this point and didn't have anywhere to go, I needed SOMETHING, even if it was for one appointment) and no one answered or returned my calls.
Found a great new OB that picked up same day and got me scheduled for the next week. I will never go back to Allcare.

This was ridiculous, I’m going through menopause scheduled my appt for labs and then follow up for the labs. I went for the visit to discuss results and the doctor says she needed to do more labs because the lab messed up n didn’t do all my T levels. Like that is my fault. So I tell her I have difficulty requesting time off work and now I have to do labs again then come back again and pay you another $30. Copay? And she says yes! I tell her but that’s why I’m here today. Her reply well for me to know what meds to give you I need those labs. Freaking HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEDNDTHIS OFFICE. No patient care, just charge charge!! If I could give negative zero review I would!

This is by far the worst experience I've had with any doctor's office. They don't answer their phones and don't return voicemails. I had to drive to the office multiple times just to speak with anyone to schedule an appointment and follow up on an insurance issue. The headache of not being able to speak with anyone over the phone and the coldness/insensitivity of the MAs has made me seek a different clinic.

I attempted to make an appointment online. I didn’t realize until I received the confirmation email that it was a request, not a guarantee. No problem. Shortly thereafter I was contacted via text. I’ve attached a screenshot of the communication. When I first received this text I had to search the doctor’s name to find out who this was. I had made several appointments on the same day. When I asked if text was there normal form of communication I was no longer responded to. This communication lacks so much basic decency that there’s no need for me to even try another way. There’s other doctors. Be aware.

Unfortunately I had to take a star off because the front office staff (besides the sweet lady that checked me out) was everything but amazing. Didn’t greet me, wasn’t welcoming, and if it wasn’t for the doctor, I would be looking for a new OBGYN practice.

I had a very disappointing experience with this OB office due to the front desk staff. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed more interested in rushing me off the phone than actually helping. She continuously talked over me, didn’t listen to my concerns, and showed zero empathy or professionalism. It felt like I was being a bother rather than a patient trying to get help.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable—especially in a medical office where compassion and communication should be a priority. I sincerely hope the doctors here are made aware of how damaging this type of front office behavior is to their practice and take steps to address it. Patients deserve better.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES, OR VOICEMAILS
it's so hard trying to communicate with this place, They have a text message option but they don't even reply on that and if they do they say "call the office". Before they moved to there NEW LOCATION they struggled on answering the phone, but you would always get a call back or at least someone would answer. NOW you absolute can't get a hold of anyone.
The providers are GREAT, but the rest of the medical assistants, to the front office is not great.
When I arrived to my appt the front office lady looked like she hated her job. She would put everyone on hold, if the phone would ring.
It’s just really unprofessional and for the quality of doctors, their reception staff needs to step up.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OB/Gyn!! IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY WHOLE LIFE!!! IF I COULD GIVE -5star I would, this place absolutely sucks.
I went for an annual last year or so and it is ridiculous the amount of time you have to wait for the doctor to finally gets in the room, but I guess that is a regular thing these days, few days later I received a call with the results for my blood, the nurse decided to give me all the information via phone call and told me I had 3000 for high cholesterol I was freaking out I am a healthy woman on her weight never gets sick and for that number to be at a 3000 and still be alive I was beyond scared, I went in person for a nurse to read the test they ran and it turns out it was 300. Anyway that nurse the best thing of the whole place, took her time with me explained everything with patient so I left.
I used my insurance since they cover certain things like an annual check up. But THE BILLING DEPARTMENT DECIDED THAT THEY WOULD PUT ON MY RECORD THAT I HAD A DISEASE AND THAT’S THEY REASON I WENT TO THE ALL CARE FOR WOMEN. I called and the person in charged said she could not do anything about it and hung up on me, so O called again the following day to get that sorted out and it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to get that fixed so now I have a record on my insurance and a pre-condition for the future because SOMEONE IN THIS PLACE LIED AND WROTE THAT ON MY FILE. I paid what I had to pay and forgot about it. Since no one holds any accountability in this place.
A year later I received a call for my annual, I didn’t have my phone at the time so I returned the call to cancel the appointment, I called 3 times during business hours no response.
So I just let it go, now I just received an invoice charging me for a no show appointment.
This is beyoooooond!!!!!

This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment on Tuesday, the 22nd, for Thursday, the 24th. I booked an appointment for 4/1 but when I called to verify the time I was told I didn't have an appointment for April 1st, but I could see Dr. Candance Leaphart on 4/22. So, I said it was fine. One of the worst OBGYN in vegas. I have been getting repeated emails and letters about a late cancellation fee for an appointment I cancelled, left voicemails and messages for. It’s impossible to get ahold of them. Their online scheduling doesn’t work and you can never schedule appointments. I made an appointment for an ultrasound a month in advance as they only do ultra sounds one day a week. They cancelled the day before last second. I waited another month for an appointment. Yet when I call to cancel an appointment they didn’t answer the phone and now I’ve been harassed for almost two years for a fee that was their fault and negligence on their part. Find another provider don’t bother with the complete dysfunction and unprofessionalism of this clinic.

I came to visit Dr. Leaphart because of a recommendation after a very traumatic ER visit. She was very short with me and when I started to ask questions she made me feel like an idiot when I was there because of something that could be life altering. The hospital that referred me to her had recommended a biopsy on a "mass" and she ordered an MRI instead, which was fine to have more thorough results. But i had told her I was bleeding for months and in extreme pain and she offered no help for either of those things. I tried to just be grateful for the MRI. After receiving my MRI results I got a call to return to her office to discuss. The MRI (which i received my own copy of) said my mass was "likely a fibroid" but needed further testing such as a biopsy/hysteroscopy for definitive diagnosis and to rule out a mass (cancer). Which again she refused and just was just so sure I had a fibroid. She put me on birth control to regulate my 5 months of straight bleeding and it hasn't helped at all and I'm in my second month. She also brought up the option of being put on hormones to trick my body into menopause until menopause and I am ONLY 29 years old. I don't want to suffer that much longer. Sex hurts and I'm not ready for menopause. When I told her I wouldn't do it and that I'd rather have the fibroid removed she referred me to a different OB, basically telling me she didn't want to deal with me. This other OB has changed my whole outlook of this situation to a positive one. After reading my results the new OB (Dr. Brathwaite) immediately scheduled the hysteroscopy and biopsy appointment and has me scheduled for surgery. I don't recommend anyone come to Dr. Leapart if you have any concerns about your results. She will just make you feel incompetent and like she wants nothing to do with you. Stay away from her office!

I have labor trauma after the Doctor pressured me into getting an induction and c-section with a failed epidural (I didn’t receive a spine blocker). She screamed at me to stop yelling while in pain of the operation then she continued to apologize to the staff for having to use her “mom voice” towards me. I talked to the office about it not understanding why they excused her behavior till I realized they work for her at the clinic. Save yourself and find a different doctor. This is not somewhere I’d recommend for anyone ! Now the doctor isn’t very sympathetic towards her patients she always has a frown on her face, and always being smart with her words. Last year in 2023 I discovered a painful lump in one of my breast. So I scheduled an appointment as new patient at Allcare for a pap smear and a referral for my first mammogram. The mammogram and breast ultrasound did not detect the lump. However the mammogram results indicated I have dense breast tissue, which means lumps are harder to see. After reading the mammogram results I scheduled a follow up appointment here at Allcare so I could get a biopsy. During the appointment I expressed my concerns about the lump, and was told by the nurse practitioner it was most likely a cyst and they weren’t going to biopsy. A year later I still do not know for sure what is in my breast, only assuming “its just a cyst”. I figured I would address the painful lump in my breast again at my annual this year 2024. My appointment was scheduled an entire year in advance and I received a reminder text message and call the day prior. After driving over 30 minutes to make it to my appointment I was told by the receptionist that they no longer accept my insurance… They didn’t call to inform me, send a quick text, or email to let me know this. I was even on the phone with receptionist to confirm my appointment the day before. My insurance not being accepted anymore was not once mentioned. I would not have bothered clearing my schedule and driving across town had I known this. If you’re a patient here it would be wise to confirm if they still accept your insurance prior to arrival. Since they do not let some of their patients know in advance. I would not recommend this place after being dismissed about a lump, and not being informed about my insurance is no longer being accepted.

Let’s not even talk about the ridiculous wait time even when the appointment is at 9am. I went to get my blood tests results cz apparently they don't have a secure way to send them other than picking them myself. Then tried to have me see a someone to explain my tests which they had already done. They don't have a secure website or app for anything. Which I found ridiculous from a facility that's in that location.
After my 2nd visit, they tell me I'll have to pay for delivery in installments before my 28 weeks. When I asked what happens to the money if the doctor does not deliver the baby, I never got a straight answer. idk if it’s cz of my different insurance but be aware of that. Seemed very off cz this was not my 1st baby and we didn't get this in my previous obgyn or where I moved to now.
None of the visits made me comfortable..could hear the doctor or nurse assistant talk on the corridors when I was in the room for over 45 minutes after also waiting another 30 min in that waiting area. And I didn't get to see the doctors that is to deliver my baby and who I am told I am to pay all this money to before 28 weeks.
Lastly, getting them to send my records to another obgyn took 2 weeks and they didn't send everything. My new obgyn was just shaking her head and had to relay some information to her and had sone tests redone. Smh
Terrible service. At such a vulnerable time.

Absolutely would not recommend to become a patient of this Clinic. I have been seen by Dr. Leaphart for a regular check up. In order for me to learn something I had to always ask questions. I was prescribed absolutely unnecessary tests which I had to pay for out of my pocket. Besides that they didn't even care about calling me for the result reviewing appointment, they simply cannot care less about me as a patient! The only thing they care about is to pull as much money out of your pocket as possible! The main thing about this visit is that on reception I was told that the appointment is paid by the government annual visit program, in reality they sent me $500.00 bill for nothing! Plus $400 for tests on top!

This place was an absolute nightmare. I would not dare anyone to go here. The amount of stress this placed caused me throughout my pregnancy was ridiculous. They screwed up so many times. They first sent my initial lab work to the wrong lab which resulted me in getting billed over $1300. It took so much for me to have them held accountable for their screw up. Then it happened a second time when I got lab work done again! They clearly have staff that don’t know how to do their job.
Then when they completed my FMLA work they promised me I would have it by a certain date so I can turn it into my job and they didn’t have it by that date. To top it off they had first put the wrong return to work date.
The worst part of it all is when I went to the hospital after my water broke my lab work was not even in my file!!! So while I was contracting I had to get blood drawn all over again which wouldn’t have been necessary if this place did their job!
I have nothing against the Dr’s of this location its literally just the office staff that makes this place the worst!

Worst experience at a doctor's office I've had in recent memory. The nice looking office is deceiving.
1) Super long wait time - I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment by a nurse who was super curt. Then the doctor showed up a little under 90 minutes after my appointment time.
2) Dr. was curt and borderline rude. She did not want to listen to me regarding the hormones I am taking. She noted I had high blood pressure. Despite my explanation that I always have high blood pressure in a doctor's office both she and the nurse were snide - they both knew better after meeting me for 10 minutes. She made fun of me and told me to be "zen" as the nurse took my blood pressure twice.
3) I left without the hormones I need because of the high blood pressure reading. No caring, no compassion, no trying to get to know me or talking about alternate solutions (despite the huge ad for hormones in the lobby - she probably tuned me out because I wasn't taking those). Didn't care about my medical history.
4) Front desk appeared to not know what they were doing or care. Frigid atmosphere from the moment I walked in.
5) The amount this office billed my insurance for a 10 minute exam should be criminal!
6) No caring or concern or professionalism whatsoever. NEVER GO HERE.

Update 6/6/24: A year and a half after my only service at this office, and at this point I'm begging them to send my bill to collections so I can deal with it there. I've been in a constant cycle of calling their billing office, the office claimimg they'll review it, being told the bill is valid, and asking them to review it again. My insurer at the time of service, Friday Health Plans, was liquidated for poor fund management. I have explained this and the ACA provision that preventive services have no copay numerous times to the billing and main offices, but neither the billing office nor provider care, and insist I owe for a preventive service they are unwilling to waive a balance for. My insurance paid $235 for a 15 minute visit, so it isn't like the office received no compensation whatsoever.
I wouldn't reccomend this office to anyone. I was referred here by my primary care provider for my annual exam with no presenting issues and no need for aesthetic treatments. The office places heavy focus on their aesthetic services, with ads all over the waiting room and uncomfortable questions in the intake packet such as "Are you happy with the appearance of your neck?" I find it extremely inappropriate to prey on bodily insecurities of any and all new patients like this.
My exam was in December and I'm still resolving my bill with them as their office does not seem to know or care about how to bill correctly. When I first called to ask about my balance, they said that a copay for a routine wellness exam was normal. It is absolutely not, and they did not make any attempt to reach out to my insurance provider. Instead, they simply resubmitted the claim at my behest and continued to send me notices. I've had to personally reach out to my insurer to resolve this, who informed me the primary diagnosis code they used has not been accepted for a long time. Google appears to be the only place that has a positive rating for this office, and I wish I'd looked at other sites before scheduling here.

Please consider another doctor or OBGYN for prenatal care. I switched to Dr. Leaphart’s office at Allcare for Women after having a poor experience at another office for my first prenatal appointment (first child). Each appointment seemed pleasant enough but the closer I got to my due date, the worse my experience here got. I came to this office around 12-14 weeks pregnant, I did not even get to meet Dr. Leaphart until the I was giving birth (I delivered early at 36 weeks). I kept asking closer to the due date when I would meet Dr Leaphart to go over our birth plan. I was told at 36 weeks but I didn’t make it to that appt. Literally, she came in until she had to at the very last minute to deliver my baby (the labor and delivery nurses kept me waiting to push to wait for her). Although the appointments were supposedly with Dr. Leaphart, they were actually with her nurse practitioner, Nancy. The day I was in labor, I wasn’t sure so I called the office to speak with her and couldn’t get through. I had to TEXT to get any advice and by then, it was entirely too late. I decided to go to the hospital. Which is another thing worth noting, this office does NOT pock up their phones and instead redirect you to text them.
This doctor also came back sometime the next day after I delivered to “checkup” on me. I wasn’t even aware it was her because I was so tired and out of it and her “checkup” was 1-2 questions. She was in and out of the room again in two minutes. I was also not happy with my first post partum checkup at the office. I had gestational hypertension just before delivering and higher blood pressure after delivering to where I had to go to the ER and almost seized. I had to insist to Leaphart to prescribe some blood pressure meds. All the while, her general demeanor is cold and she seems inconvenienced. She is not personable at all. I have not returned since that appointment and definitely don’t recommend her.

I would not recommend this OBGYN for prenatal care. Had to transfer at 22 weeks due to not receiving proper care. I never met the doctor after I was told my appointments would be with the doctor not the NP. They schedule appointments that end up being a waste of time due to lack of communication between the front desk and the medical staff. It is 100% impossible to speak to someone on the phone, their phone lines take you in a giant loop where they will take a message and call you back but they never do. They have an option where they can respond to inquires over text but it’s still not helpful at all. The appointments feel rushed and the NP is not friendly. They don’t do an ultrasound at your first visit, then when I finally did go to the ultrasound appointment to find out the gender and exact due date it was very underwhelming. Also that appt started at 4:00 PM, I wasn’t seen until 4:50 PM and again it felt rushed and they don’t give you any photos. At 22 weeks I never got a referral for my 20 week scan, or any referrals for all the other concerns I expressed. Overall, this office is a mess and a big let down for this being my first pregnancy.

It took me three years to write this review. Dr.Leaphart-st. Cloud was the worst doctor I had ever experienced. Through my whole pregnancy she mentioned to me if I wanted a c-section and of course I said no. I had three vaginal births so why would I say yes to this one. Well I should have left then. She always was so blank face and acted as if I was a disturbance anytime she would come in the room to exam me. But I would hear her laughing with the Caucasian patients. But I brushed it off (worst mistake). Short story my daughter could have lost her life. She broke my water at 5cm and my daughter stopped breathing. So I had to have a c-section. It was the worst experience. The whole hospital staff apologized to me for how hard it was and I thanked them because my husband wasn’t there due to Covid and our other children. The doctor didn’t make my experience good and wasn’t sympathetic at all. i thought that was it for me and went into a deep depression. But I'm good now. I thought having a black doctor she would care but never again.

Was initially okay with my service. Not blown away with Dr. Leaphart St. Cloud, but it was fine. Then no one called me with my results and I was expected to somehow know I needed more testing. I finally got the information via mail and tried setting my appt only to find the doctor had canceled it. Talking to the MA was like talking to your overbearing mother in law, as she didn’t want to listen to me at all. Due to these issues, I went and got my referral in person, then called to set up my appointment with an imaging place that wasn’t garbage (don’t go to SimonMed) - because the MA wasn’t getting back to me. Nevada Healthcare is awful - this is on par with every other place I’ve been.

Waiting an hour past my appointment time is crazy. Some of us have to miss / leave work for appointments. With is economy it's not ideal to sit here for over an hour waiting to be seen. The patients time should be just as important as the doctors. Time management should be a priority.
Also, they do not return calls after leaving several messages. Health care offices/workers shouldn't be so negligent smh.

Waited over an hour after I checked in for an appointment. Request blood work only for the facility to send my labs to a separate lab in Texas other than the one they previously used which resulting in a $700 bill. I would not be upset if this were mistakenly done, howevr, prior use of the appropriate lab network shows that they should have sent my labs to where I sent labs to for the same appointment. Would not recommend.

This office is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They do not return calls and mess up my already established prescription every time! Then it takes weeks to get them to call it in correctly. I have to physically drive there to get anything done. Transferring to another office. So frustrating!!

Not that the healthcare in NV is great but my experience here has been bad. The dr was late and missed my first child’s birth so that should have been a flag. But here I am back with my second and am even more disappointed. I can never get what I need in full, it’s always somebody else’s job, I have to wait when things are time sensitive or the information is wrong. There is NO issue with telling me I need to pay a 45$ balance however. I am high risk and need to deal with this office and wish I didn’t have to.

These reviews are crazy! Dr Leaphart and Dr Compton are just amazing. We’ve always been seen in a reasonable amount of time and never had any of the issues that these other reviews claim. We love this office!!! PS: I don’t understand all the reviews saying that you can hear the doctors talking to the patients in the private rooms. the waiting room is at least 50ft away from the private rooms and they’re always playing music in the lobby. Privacy and discretion has NEVER been an issue for us here. Amazing office

I've been here twice so far. The first visit was just a consultation but I wasnt seen till an hour after my scheduled appointment all for 5 minutes with the Dr. The Dr was nice for the few minutes I saw her and the staff seemed fine however the hour I waited in the room I could hear every conversation outside include information about other patients in the office... I'm now sitting here waiting to be seen for my annual exam writing this review while sitting in the back room again over an HOUR after my scheduled appointment. I've been in the back room in a paper gown for 45 minutes. (First 15 minutes I was in the waiting room) No one has even stuck their head in to tell me the Drs running late etc.
If you are looking for an okay OBGYN office, friendly enough etc sure come here but DO NOT expect to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. I didn't say anything the first time cause some days they may have a one off but so far BOTH experiences have been the same. When I got to the waiting room it wasn't overly full either where you would assume/expect a delay...as I write this I just heard the Dr go into another room which tells me I'm probably not being seen anytime soon...

The worst. Never returned calls for appointments issues. Prescriptions issues. Office has HUGE turn over rate. Unprofessional staff. There is a New NP there who told me to take an OTC medication because she has never seen me before when I told them I was allergic it is in my file. they said oh well. No prescription without being seen. But they had no appointments available.
It’s literally in my FILE!!!

This office has caused problems several months in a row with my prescriptions. Dr. Leaphart, Karla, Janelle are awful. Leaphart will prescribe me medication then tell the pharmacy she doesn't feel comfortable with the dosage, even though I just had a c-section and I need this medication so that I'm not in excruciating pain all day. Karla lied to my pain management doctor and said I lied to them about how much my prescription was for. This caused my prescription to be cut by more than 75% with no warning whatsoever. Stay away from here.

Beware of this place, they tried to charge me for my annual follow up visit which is covered 100% by my insurance. They never pick up the phone or return calls, the billing department is nonexistent. I had a visit with the doctor and she called me after not recalling she had just seen me.. the receptionists are always gossiping at the front, you can hear their conversations as you’re waiting 30 minutes with an appointment scheduled.

My first experience at this gynecologist's office left me feeling dissatisfied for several reasons:
1. The office misplaced my urine exam, which was concerning since it's a straightforward process. It's hard to understand how they could lose something as basic as a urine sample left in a designated box.
2. Despite clearly providing my correct last name and personally filling out all the necessary paperwork, they managed to misspell it on my exam results. I brought this to their attention, but they couldn't offer a solution or rectify the mistake.
3. The wait times here are excessively long. Despite scheduling appointments, I still had to endure considerable delays before being seen, sometimes even beyond the expected 20-minute delay.
4. The lack of clear instructions was frustrating. When I had an ultrasound appointment, I was informed on the day of the procedure that I needed to have a full bladder. This crucial information was never communicated to me beforehand.
5. I underwent three different exams and an ultrasound, all of which yielded abnormal results. However, when I returned to discuss these findings, the staff and doctor were not helpful or informative. As a young adult, I expected more guidance and reassurance, considering my concerns about the abnormal results. Instead, I was simply told, "you're fine, there's nothing we can do." Also they did not gave me a clear answer what my infection was caused by. I suggested my intimate soap and the doctor told me "yes, that is what caused it". Again, I expected more guidance, answers and solutions.
6. The doctor failed to thoroughly review all of my test results with me, leaving me feeling neglected and uncertain about my overall health.
7. Contacting the office by phone proved to be challenging. Unless you identify yourself as a new patient, they won't answer your call and redirect you to voicemail. Despite claims that text messaging is a more effective means of communication, I experienced a lack of response there as well.
I hope this review helps others, and I genuinely wish for a better experience for anyone visiting this office. xo

For 30mins the Doctor bashed me cause I could not afford to see High Risk. I tried explaining they wanted $1800 for one visit, She made me feel like a terrible person and a terrible mother, She had me in tears the entire time, Finally after the 7th time of her financially bashing me I told her to leave my room and that she would not be delivering my child. She should be ashamed of the way she treated me. After telling her that I thought her nurse for the 2nd time in 2 months did my blood pressure wrong she got offended and that's when she started the financial bashing, Her nurse tried to say my blood pressure was 190/110 when in fact it was 152/72 big difference, She needs to be more concerned with the fact that her nurses are not doing there job properly, Rather than bashing someone who is doing the best they can.

I had a routine female exam in November 2022 and the office did not notify me until April 2023 (5 months later) that I had abnormal results. Office staff claimed they reached out to me once and left a voicemail (which I did not have record of) and said I should have been checking my patient portal. Incredibly negligent care and lack of desire to make the patients feel heard and respected. When I went in to have my biopsy, I waited TWO HOURS to be seen.
Despite the good reviews when I initially selected this provider, they have since plummeted. Highly suggest finding a different provider.

I had absolute no problems with the nurses and the Dr that seen myself and my daughter (her first time appointment) what i DID have a problem with is being at the office at 140 to do paperwork and my appointment at 2 and 3 not being seen. We did not go back to the back until 345 which than i sat naked in my room for another HOUR until the Dr was able to see which she informed me that she was triple booked!! Had they just told me to come at 430 i would’ve been fine with that, my daughter could’ve finished her schooling and i could’ve finished work. Appointment setters really need to get it together that was horribly frustrating
