I don’t usually write reviews but I had a really good experince at my consultation here. The office was really clean and everyone at the front desk was nice and welcoming. A girl named danny I think took my x rays and photos and she was so kind and sweet. I was kinda struggling with some of the photos and gagging a little but she was really patient with me and made me feel comfortable and not feel rushed. Overall the office had a really good enviroment and the staff was great.

I have 5 children. 1 child completed braces here, 1 child doing Invisalign. I will not bring any more to this company. My daughter was promised specific things, with timelines, and not only did Aloha not accomplish what they promised, but they excused themselves from accountability AND did not inform us along the way that it would not be completed. Details are too numerous to include in a review. This is a factory, just another number, and not a lot of care about the individual patient. If you want someone who will care about your treatment and your money, do NOT come here.

We made an appointment online, they called and followed up and answered all of my questions. On the day of the appointment, everyone was friendly and upbeat. They helped calm my child's nerves and talked through the process. The payments and options were quickly gone through and we received the top braces the same day.

Unfortunately, there was an allergy mix up with the wire on the braces and we had to go back within about 2 hours of us leaving. Everyone apologized and we went on our way. I'm sure the rest of our visits will be great as well.

We just finished braces yesterday for my first, and the entire two years have been wonderful. So easy to get appointment set at a time that works for us at the location that's best. I recently visited Aloha Orthodontics and had a fantastic experience! During my free consultation, I was thoroughly informed about all my options, allowing me to make a confident decision about my treatment. Having had braces before, I opted for Invisalign to avoid the discomfort of wires.

Amazingly, on the same day, I had my x-rays taken and a treatment plan devised. They even sent photos to Invisalign right away to start creating my dental trays. I am thrilled with the prompt and professional service I received and eagerly anticipate the final results.

Great service & attention!
I have been a patient with them for a little over a year and I am pleased with the service.
There was a bit of a hiccup with my first set of trays. (Trays still had my wisdom teeth, but I had my wisdom teeth removed). After struggling for a few months cutting & trimming the trays, one of the gentlemen who assisted me my next visit was able to get me better fitting trays after noticing I was struggling with the old trays. Gerardo (I hope this is his name) & dentists were able to advocate for me and make sure my trays fit my mouth comfortably & effectively. I was about to lose hope as their other attendees just kept telling me to trim my trays until the next x-ray update.
Luckily for my next few visits after that, I had the same level of care with the same gentleman and their associates.
They really take care of your teeth and make sure your smile lasts and is functional. (Who wants a smile they can’t eat with? Not me!)

I was referred to Aloha through my dentist Dr Flores. They happen to be in the same shopping center so after I left the dentist one day I ran over to schedule a consult at Aloha for Invisalign. The office was empty when I arrived (granted it was close to them closing) except for the few ladies at the desk. They had said Dr Chelian was at the other office location but they called him and said if id like, they could do my photos, and initial consult and emailed everything over to Dr.C to review. I was able to get rockin and rollin on my Invisalign scans and a timeline and payment plan for my treatment! My treatment went very well with Dr. C and his team! Often there are some levels of discomfort with braces but he does all that he can to ease the pain without slowing down progression. I had to have 4 teeth pulled due to overcrowding and I had absolutely ZERO faith that those huge gaps were going to close. Dr. C assured me that they would and they eventually did perfectly and looking at the smile I have today, you would never know! He's very knowledgeable and honest so trust him. He's very easy to work with and he doesn't treat his patients like just another patient. He gets to know you, and remember details such as your likes and dislikes and what makes you uncomfortable. He has a very keen attention to detail and makes sure his staff adheres to that trait as well. Scheduling was always easy. Everyone wants to know about costs, I'm sure, especially when it's out of pocket. He's very reasonable, as a single mother of 2, I was able to pull it off and it was well worth the investment! Over time you can forget the terms and agreements so keep your contract to avoid any confusion. If I'm still in Vegas, I will bring my daughter for braces when it's her time. I highly recommend!!

This place is amazing! My son has Invisalign and I have a 3D retainer for nights! My daughter is on watch for the future braces for sure. They are so good at everything. My daughter began her orthodontic treatment with braces a few months ago. We were informed that she would need to meet with the orthodontist once a month unless otherwise advised.
Unfortunately, during the month of March, her appointments were repeatedly scheduled, canceled, and rescheduled by staff. I called the office to confirm when Sophia was expected to be seen, and the front desk representative informed me her appointment was scheduled for March 17th at 3 PM. I even took the day off work to ensure I could attend. I called again the morning of the 17th to confirm, and was once again told the appointment was still set.

When we arrived, I was told the appointment had been postponed to April 24th and that my husband had been notified. However, he received no phone call, email, or text regarding any change. To make matters more confusing, the front desk staff acknowledged they had mixed up the dates and apologized for the error.

I expressed concern that my daughter should not go over a month without seeing the orthodontist—especially since her front teeth appear to be shifting downward and look worse than before. Despite this, I was told nothing could be done. The woman I spoke with, who identified herself as a supervisor named Kerstin at the Decatur office, refused to offer the nearest available appointment. Instead, she gave me a phone number for someone named Belinda and advised me to file a complaint. I couldn’t not get a hold of this person called Belinda .

What I found most upsetting was the lack of empathy and professionalism throughout the situation. No effort was made to prioritize or accommodate my daughter’s care, despite the office’s own scheduling error. Because of this experience, I am strongly considering discontinuing services with this office.

Very unprofessional, repeatedly changing appointment times and locations. We live in Southwest Las Vegas, but they always changed appointment times and asked us to go to the North Las Vegas branch which is farther away. I regret that I paid the full amount last year, otherwise I would definitely go to a more professional hospital. Now as far as I know, there are at least a few more professional dentists in Las Vegas than this one. I would not recommend this place, and I guess the 5-star reviews must be fake. Would not recommend this place. Removed braces due to tx completed and practically look the same as when i started maybe even worst cause they moved down a tooth upper front making 1 tooth look bigger then the other :(. Informed the dr i was not happy and he stated i needed multiple teeth removed if i wanted them perfect. So if this was recommended for a nice smile why not inform me when i got my consultation & started tx? Got other consultations after the removal of my brace's and all other orthodontist can fix with no removal of teeth and agree that absolutely no teeth pulling are needed . Just some small twitches to get the smile i want . When i told this to aloha he said he can also do that with but will need to charge . ??? How is this even okay ? Aloha orthodontics deserves more than 5 stars. I knew the moment I called I was in good hands, I had no issues making or moving my appointment and I was treated with so much kindness. So often you call places and the person on the other end of line treats you like a burden—this office does quite the opposite! Accommodating and welcoming. This treatment didn’t stop there. I came in having no clue what to expect for my treatment, I knew I needed a retainer or possibly braces again, and I was very nervous to tell the staff that we’re military that will be moving frequently in the next year.
