I had my cataract surgery at Alta Rose and cannot say enough good things about this center. They are very organized and the check in process was seamless. The nurses were knowledgeable , professional, kind and caring. Monica made me feel much calmer with her lovely demeanor. After my procedure the staff made me feel comforted and well cared for. The center called the following day to check up on me which I really appreciated. I feel very confident going back in a week for my other eye. I would recommend Alta Rose surgery center to all of my friends and family.

I am extremely happy with the service from staff. My experience was beyond what I expected, everyone was so friendly and caring. I felt so well taken care of after my surgery. My surgery experience was smooth and easy and the recovery team went above and beyond to assure that I was ready to go home. Everyone here holds a special place in my heart and I can genuinely say that I recommend this place 100%.

Overall, staff was attentative and highly professional. One nurse in particular - Ms. Helen was AWESOME! She sensed that I was disturbed regarding an unrelated matter and went out of her way to make me feel relaxed and calm. At time of me leaving the facility, she graciously offered me birthday cake. In short - her customer service - excellent; as a person - awesome. Thank you Ms. Helen.

The staff was polite and professional. My only issue was my wait time in the pre-op room, 3+ hours from the time they took me to pre-op to the start of my surgery. There were people who came to pre-op after me but was called before me, maybe for a different procedure, I don’t know. Maybe I was the exception and not the rule.

Only 1 thing I felt uncomfortable when the nurse covered my shoes before surgery, she should wash her hand after to continue her job.
