They do have new staff but I want them to know they are doing an amazing job . I am so happy to hear that I can be seen twice a year now instead of just once because that way it will help me prevent from leaving a cavity get big . I needed emergency treatment as I had terrible toothache whilst on vacation from South Africa. Myra the manager at the rooms couldn’t have been better to me as well as the lady dentist. This place is a butcher shop, not a dental office—and a malicious one at that. Be warned: if you happen to notice something you don’t like or question the shade of your tooth, they will make your life miserable. Seriously. No warranty for your crowns!!!

If you’re the type to blindly accept whatever you’re given without question, then sure, this might work for you. But if you actually care about the health of your teeth and how they look—RUN. This is an OUTDATED office using OUTDATED METHODS AND OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY.

I had to return seven times for the same crown (waiting 2-3 weeks between appointments), and they left me with an ugly metal post instead of fiber without discussing it with me (on the front tooth! - who does that!?) Every time they presented a new crown, it was worse than the last.

It got to the point where I truly started to believe it was intentional. They got rude during the whole process and where I truly needed a bit of empathy and compassion I was yelled at, treated like nobody and bullied.

Now, contrast that with my new dentist: one visit, one perfect crown. No drama, metal post correction, and it looks amazing. I’m not exaggerating— ONE visit. I love my new girls from my new place. I’ll be letting all my friends know. That’s how it should be done.

I want to say I've been coming to this dentist office for years since 2004 to be exact. As I got older I continued to keep coming here so that says a lot. Julie is amazing at her job and was very thorough with what she did for their clients. She left. Mary is a great hygienist but she also left. The only good thing, is the doctors are still there.

I never had issues with the dentists, front desk, and hygienists. Well over the last year or so they got new management. I have never been disappointed with the service my mom and I have received when it comes to insurance and scheduling appointments. They mistaken my mom's insurance with mine and caused a billing issue. Causing my mom to come out of pocket for her dental work. Because I was using mine and exceeded the annual coverage. Anyway, we have two different last names so I'm unsure where the mistake transpired. It finally got taken care of from what I thought until I checked in last week.
The receptionist Lolly checked me in and said that I didn't have dental insurance. I've had this dental insurance for almost two years. She called the “insurance company” and they said I hadn't had dental insurance for three years. I then asked, how have I been getting dental cleanings and such if I don't have insurance. I called my dental insurance and sure enough, I was covered. Lolly called the wrong number! Giving my personal information over to a company that I didn't even know. So I called the insurance company from my personal phone and the manager asked for the declaration. FROM MY PHONE. I basically did their job. Now that was taken care of, I was brought back to the chair. That's when they told me their hygienist left and the dentist would be doing my dental cleaning. I was fine with that. Moving forward, I ended up sitting in the chair for nearly an hour and a half. I kept being told that it would be a few more minutes. When it was my turn, the dentist mistakenly entered the wrong room and skipped over me, even though I was next after the appointment she was working on. I couldn't wait any longer so I got up and left. I rescheduled my appointment for today. I arrived for my cleaning and they put me in a chair. The tech scaled my teeth, used a water picker, and didn't floss. That wasn't a dental cleaning. It wasn't even done by a hygienist and no doctor was present.
I went to the front and complained about how my teeth weren't properly cleaned and that I would like another dental cleaning by a professional hygienist. The front desk manager, Mayra said I could schedule a deep cleaning with the dentist in three months. She wasn’t worried about what I had to say because didn’t care about my complaint. She was adamant about scheduling for a deep cleaning and not listening to what I had to say about the “cleaning” I just had. I asked for my records and I will take my business elsewhere.

If you consider this location for your new dental office, please review the negative feedback carefully. I can almost guarantee the five-star reviews are from friends and family of the employees.

Update: I went to get my records and they only gave me dental images and a list of payments. I asked for my full medical history and the receptionist said we don’t do that here. It is illegal to deny a client their medical records.

Staff is cool, but frustrating how Dr. Nyugen apparently isn’t able to look at X-Rays unless patient is there. Not sure if that’s common but kinda messes up your whole sleep schedule for work for something that could have been said over the phone or voicemail that says, “hey we don’t have the tools to do your mouth, please come in so we can referral you somewhere else”. If he isn’t able to look at x-rays by law unless patient is there, I revoke my statement.

Please, whatever you do, do NOT come here. This place literally ruined my life for a couple years until I had the courage to go to a dentist again. I don't remember the doctors name but he was Asian. I came here at 17 years old to get a root canal done and some fillings. I was under my parents insurance and we were limited on dentists we could go to. When he was doing the root canal he did NOT numb me nearly enough and I was in excruciating pain throughout the entire process. It was the absolute worst pain I've ever been in. They saw me scrimmaging in my chair and they saw me in pain and kept saying "we're almost done, we're almost done" as if I should've just endured a little longer. They are cheap and don't use enough anesthesia. My dad unfortunately goes here and he says all his root canals have hurt so badly, as well. After the root canal I had some fillings and those also hurt. Essentially, the root canal was done so horribly that it got so infected and an abscess formed that I had to then deal with for a long time because of how terrified I was to go back to a dentist. Once I built up the courage and went to other dentists, I found out root canals should not hurt AT ALL. I went to apex Endodontics that specialize in root canals and they were absolutely amazing. No pain AT ALL. This experience here really really affected me. I'm 20 years old now and I still think about it all the time and how much destruction it brought to my life. The anxiety surrounding my teeth never ends thanks to this place. I'd like to note when I was in the chair the first time, there was a little kid screaming at the top of his lungs. I understand that kids may freak out at the dentist but it was out of the ordinary and I have a feeling it was due to the same kind of pain I was feeling, absolutely heart breaking no one should have to deal with this.

The Dr I see on a regular basis, Dr Reyes. This is my favorite dentist office. I have been with them for a long time. Juliette and Natalie are the 👌 They are family to my mom, my husband and myself. They ROCK.

Awful they did horrible job and I have to wait until next week not eating only liquids. They left all my teeth together on a filling never had a pain before like this. Plze avoid them.

This is a terrible dental office in town. The doctors are awful and not respectful, even with their employees. If you happen to go there by mistake, never let Dr. Binafard touch your teeth, as he just charges your insurance for nothing."

We will never go this place again they did root canal 2 years ago and teeth start to hurt again because tooth has still nurse. dentist didn’t do good roof canal and she did feeling in my front teeth with out letting me know and teeth bigger than other teeth now. They are very bad . I contact with my insurance company and they will get refund back. Don’t go this place.

I have been visiting this office since 2016 they have great stuff great doctors especially Dr B very friendly environment they do a great job I have brought family members and friends to this office and I do recommend it to everyone

The staff is very nice and friendly. However beware if the office manger. She is not an honest person After reviewing my dental insurance statement, I found that she was charging us the full amount of the procedure, plus getting payment from the insurance company. Beware!

I came here because a tech sold me a teeth whitening package. When I arrived the dentist demanded I do a bunch of additional expensive services. I told her I wasn't interested and just want my teeth whitening. She became very angry and refused to do the treatment because she found a cavity. I told her I would have my regular dentist take care of it. As I left the office I heard other patients arguing with the staff. When I returned they said my package had expired. They kept my money and never gave me the whitening treatment. I will never give them my business ever again.

Not kid friendly.
They don't want children there.
Yes, they have pictures of children on their website aswell as their social media. They even have a treasure chest, which needs to be wiped down. They do not want to work kids. Don't waste your time like they did with mine.

On our first root canal in the family 2 caps fell out within the week we got them and on another root canal they weren't careful and left nerves in there leaving us to have to pay even more money to get it redone at a specialist.

People are nice but not efficient. I sat in a chair for 8 hours waiting for my crown to be delivered(all they had to do was put it in) left in tears never in my life had a had such a horrible experience. I now have such terrible anxiety seeing a dentist.

Do not have a denture made here. I've been dealing with non fitment for over four months on a denture they made. Dr. B. refused to start over and expects me to go to another Dentest and get a second opinion. The teeth are crooked and do not fit in my mouth right.

Dr. B was rude and in a rush the whole time. Left my filling open and didn't finish my tooth. And talked about another patients medical problems the whole time he was work on my tooth. He is rude, in a rush, doesn't finish the job and talk about patients personal medical information. Would not recommend.
