I was injured at work with a bulged/herniated disc in July. Dr. Rohani made sure to treat me with so much care and was very open about all the steps that I would overcome before I got better. This was without a doubt the worst "doctor" I have ever visited in my life. I went in for severe back pain, I was literally limping on my way in. Dr Roshani spent approximately three minutes with me, asking a few questions and immediately told me that I should just wait a few weeks for the body to heal. I continued walking on it for the next few weeks until the pain got worse and I decided to get a second opinion. The second doctor I saw spent about 30 minutes with me performing various basic exams and diagnosed me with sciatica, gave me a couple of medications and a treatment plan. Dr Roshani's office proceeded to bill my insurance $250 for a three minute visit. Save your money and your time and go to see a real doctor. This office is a scam.

I saw Dr Rohani recently and I would say he’s the best, not only he’s nice but he explained my symptoms very thoroughly and different than what I’ve ever heard from all my previous PCP. I wish I met him earlier. Now that I have to move to other state, I’m sad. All the staff are sooo nice and friendly and helpful. Though it was an empty office, had a twenty minute wait after arriving on time. The doctor was inattentive and brief, he spent more time outside of the room taking a call than he did asking questions, checking symptoms, or identifying pain points. He asked two questions, left the room, came back and "diagnosed" me and ushered me to the door. I'm sure he's typically competent. Today wasn't one of those days.

I really like Dr. Rohani and I am extremely particular in the selecting of a primary Dr. They have to be Internal Medicine providers and good diagnosticians. I've been in las Vegas a very long time and I only found 2 Doctors that make the grade- Dr. Brian Lee MD and Dr. Ardeshir Rohani MD. I live very close to Dr. Rohani's office and the girls will schedule an appointment for you practically when you want it even though Dr. Rohani is always very busy. Getting in within a day or two is worth it's weight in gold. Plus the wait time in the outer area is less than 10 minutes. I can not say that about any other providers in Las Vegas. He's very good at diagnostics and that is also very important as you don't want a Doctor who doesn't give an accurate diagnosis when they "examine" you which Dr. Rohani actually does take the time to do this and he will listen to you. Many providers will not. It's not a long visit but it is an accurate one and when I leave his office I feel better knowing that from that day I will get better and be rid of what is ailing me. And it happens just that way. When you're feeling ill go see Dr. Rohani- his office is very conveniently located, you can schedule an appointment right away and you will feel so much better after your visit with him. There's always something nagging at you as you get older so what are you waiting for?? Call him today! Feel better fast. :)

I have been taking the same medication for the last 25 years and in that time I have gone thru 5 different Doctors . No ONE has addressed (or cared) about the medications that I was taking; they just noted it in my file and kept prescribing them.

When I changed my PCP to Dr. Rohani, HE IMMEDIATELY stopped me from taking them and told me that they have been both raising my blood pressure as well as damaging my kidneys! He Sent me for blood work, then to a kidney specialist — he TALKS TO ME and LISTENS.

I have never had a Doctor spend time with me, and work with me, and tailor a medical plan for my needs, not some off the chart BMI.
