About 2 years ago I had a crushing injury to my thumb and forefinger at work. After initial treatment at the hospital it was unclear if I’m going to keep my thumb. That’s when my workers comp nurse advised me to seek hyperbaric therapy and introduced me to Dr. Andrei Razsadin over at advanced occupational. Treatment lasted for about 3 weeks and what that did was improve the blood flow to my thumb.
In the end my hand doctor did remove top joint of my thumb, but was able to save the rest. Doctor and the staff are very caring and straightforward with their patients and I appreciate their time and service that contributed towards my recovery and wellbeing.

I was very impressed with his demeanor and knowledge of my injuries and concerns. His manner was impeccable; he’s very conversational and listened intently to my concerns. I’ve spent years patronizing chiropractic adjustment “mills” that just adjust you and take your money in a 5 minute visit. I read a post about him having a lavish life style and flying around in his personal jet. Far from the truth. Dr. Raz wants to see his patients and some are in northern NV and his way of getting to them is flying to them. Tell me how many doctors would fly to make sure you get the proper care you need so you can live a comfortable pain free life. Most doctors you can’t even get on the phone. Dr. Raz took time his time call me just so he can explain why I was referred to his office. How many doctors now a day give that kind of courtesy. His staff (Brandi) is an amazing person. She made sure my case was not put in some desk and forgotten. She make sure it was in the STAT file. Thank you Brandi for taking care of my file.

Quick answer the best out of three other PPD writers a cross the valley hands down.
The long version. I am a disabled Marine corps veteran and have been in a fight with the department of labor workers compensation division for a while know. The first PPD was rejected so I went to another Dr and her 6th edition PPD was rejected as well. There was another Dr. the judged the PPD'S and wrote his thoughts.
The work from Dr. Razsadin and Dr. Manning was flawless or what seems to be. They took their time to follow the guidelines of the 6th edition and show concisely and politely the things that were correct and not correct with the other three Doctor’s assignments.
My lawyers read their PPD and said that we are golden. I am happy that we found this team. It did not stop at office time. I was out in town and ran into Dr. Razsadin while I was with my friend. I told my friend how awesome Doc was and my friend started chatting with Doc and now my friend is his happy client.
The staff is simply amazing with great knowledge of everything that I have asked them about the facility, treatments. They seem to hold true to the schedule and expectations of their leadership and clients. I will recommend this team for àny of there services.
