Very easy process. The wait was a bit longer than I had hoped for, but the lab technician was awesome. Extremely gracious. And when I picked up the serum he was very detailed in explaining it to me. Very nice people.

It was fine. It was fast, kind of wish they would have let me know the results. Also threw me off that they transferred from one vial to the other. From what I recall in lab tests you don't do that if you see any problems because of cross contamination. Still passed but that's a bit of a concern. Normal you use part of the sample on one test, then you use the other part of the sample on another. Not pour from one to the other, if there was a contaminant on the first one, it just got moved over to the second one.

This was a great place to go to very clean and they were also open on Saturday so that was a very wonderful convenience for me when I know I needed to do my test and have it done within that 48 hour window but the only thing that I did not like in the reason why I’m giving it a three star is that the gentleman that was assisting us in the back he was just a little slow and a little off on Saturday so you know I hope you got my stuff right like the gentleman that was there prior to me

This place is ridiculous. The girl that tested my sample said the urine smells funny and the color is off, so i need to retest. Wait in the lobby for a couple hours to retest.
Urine will change in smell and color depending on diet and exercise, and who smells piss anyways? Is this protocol?

It wasn't that my urine came up dirty. Not that the temperature was off. It was cause it looked and smelled funny.

I had other responsibilities I had to attend to and could not sit in a lobby for 3 hours.
It ended up costing me that job. It was a great job with great opportunity and that girl ruined it. So unprofessional.

As a business owner, I was absolutely livid at the audacity of the man who confiscated my sample. Simply because my urine was odorless, he insisted on me providing another sample. To make matters worse, he watched me closely as I complied. I wasted three whole hours only to be treated like a criminal. His unprofessionalism was appalling, and he clearly had no regard for my time.

Worst place ever. They’ll hv you retake drug test multiple times n hv u wait over two hours based on their personal feelings. If they feel like your urine has no odor or too warm, not dark enough, they will have u drink water and re-do it based on their personal feelings. Never again

I called Arcpoint and the lady that answered the phone was so nice. I believe her name was Kelsey but I’m not sure. She didn’t have the answer to my question but said she’d call me back when she knew. She did call back. I forgot to ask her a question and called her again. She talked to me with the same enthusiasm. Everyone was friendly and showed great customer service. The place was clean and the wait time was not long. They could probably use a few more chairs in the reception area.

Was quick and easy. The only thing that I have to complain about was the lady at the desk told me "we stop taking samples at 2:00. It's 2:01." I said are you serious? You aren't going to let me pee because I'm one minute past 2:00? She looked at me for a moment and said I guess go sit down.

This place is very bad with communication in person as well as the website links to drug testing. So you clink the link to select the location and day, no where does it say that they do not perform drug test on Saturday, not on the website nor paper nor office , i find this out when i get there on Saturday, then Monday i go in at 9am and im told oh we dont do thia till 10am why was this not instructed to me on Saturdayfrim the girl there. Seriously why is none of this info anywhere COMMUNICATION IS KEY extremely an inconvenience. The actual process was fast yes but the lead up no do better.

And now an update that apparently even the owner doesnt know, THERE IS NO INFO AS FAR AS HOURS OF DRUG TESTING ON DAYS OF OPERATION OR ANYTHING ABOUT IT NOT BEING DONE ON SATURDAYS. DONT BLAME THE EMPLOYER FOR YOUR LACK OF INFO. HOURS OF TESTING FOR DRUG TEST ARE NOT DISPLAYED ANYWHERE. IT SHOWS YOUR HOURS BEING OPEN NOTHING ELSE. Some of us actually do read everything. Its not my 1st time doing any type of drug test.

All the employees were wonderful. The facility didn’t look up to date and clean. The restroom had no counter space to place the urine sample cup after distributing the sample. Cup had to be placed on the floor. The office needs a cosmetic renovation.

Despite not being greeted when I came in the girls were nice. The young lady that took my sample told me to wash my hands. When I was done I turned around. She had already poured my sample into the individual cups, but wanted me to sign a piece of paper stating nothing was tampered with and I jokingly said I didn’t see her pour. Service was fast.

I went there yesterday for a drug test and immediately upon entering there was no greeting from anyone in the window. When I was finally called to the back I did what they asked and owed in a cup. I didn’t even set the cup down for a second before the girl immediately said “nope we have to retest” basically rushed me out and told me to drink water. It wasn’t until I overheard them talking to someone else when I found out I’d have to stay an additional 3hrs for a retest. Where’s the communication. I had no problem retesting but the ladies that work in there are horrible. No one says hi or anything. I’m pretty sure I was profiled too. I was the only one treated like a POS.
