They made an appointment the same day and started. Thorough deep cleaning, one filling, and 3 extractions & two crowns to be completed after new years. I did my best but stopped them during 3 extractions for needs. My lower left molar had long hooked roots it felt like 40 minutes of torture I’ll never forget it’s not their fault I feel the dentist did everything she could to accommodate me the other two teeth out in a minute or so. I had only one month with my insurance so they got it done immediately I really appreciate it. I recommend Arroyo to anyone I’m very happy with my teeth still a little sore and couldn’t fill my antibiotics for 4 days because of pharmacy closure and weekend but recovering slowly. Best wishes for anyone with long hooked roots hang in there you’ll get through it and feel better once it’s over, out & heeled.

The complete staff recently changed. Went from clean to dirty , no longer a friendly professional staff. There is no quality of work . They claimed to fill 2 teeth. Only one is properly done I have to go get the tooth done again somewhere else. I am kicking myself for not following my gut and leaving when I heard the receptionist trying to convince someone for more work. When it came time for payment the receptionist called someone on the phone and read my debit card info out loud to them and for all to hear in the office. I’ve never had that happened. I left and canceled my card.

I walked in off the street at the rainbow location by the 215 and when I tell you I was greeted immediately by the girl at the front desk her name is Iris who helped me get back to get x-rays as I had broken a tooth Karen was the next person to assist me and she took my X-RAYS and was AMAZING!!! Like Dr.L came in and was so knowledgeable and up front. He didn't try to BS me with all these prices or jobs that would be possible for me as a single mom to pay out of pocket for I felt like I Hit the jackpot for REAL CARE!!! I am so happy I found this place it was literally Destiny. They literally took care of me I won't be going anywhere else I am now so glad to have a real place that will take care of me and I don't have to question the care. THANK YOU guys so much!!!

Can you believe visiting a dental office where after the doctor revises your teeth he says you need nothing?

He said there were no issues to attend. He prescribed a new toothpaste, told me to buy an electrical toothbrush and a water pick.

I had x rays taken and paid nothing. As they have a first time special.

I've been to arroyo dental multiple times now and they have never failed to exceed my expectations. The doctors as well as the entire staff are always so welcoming and caring, Rosy is always ready to help us get ready before the doc sees us. Whenever you walk into the room the receptionists Iris, Karen and Jojo greet you with amazing energy that radiates throughout the entire facility. Doctor L and Kelvin always call to check on me a few hours after to make sure I'm doing okay after the procedure, overall this is the best dentist I've been to I recommend 11/10

Please do not go here. I truly believe something is very wrong with this practice. I received a flyer in the mail for a $60 cleaning. I called and made an appointment for the cleaning, and I mentioned the flyer. When I went to the office for my appointment, they had me fill out a bunch of forms (which is totally expected) but one of the forms had a line in it that said I was giving them permission to use any images they take for marketing and other purposes. I thought that was strange, but I just said I did not give them permission to use my images and moved on. They brought me into the back and proceeded to take x-rays and photographs of my mouth and my face. I was in the chair for an hour and a half getting images taken before the doctor came in to look at my teeth. She told me I would need $2000 worth of work to my teeth. Among other things, she told me I had a cracked tooth that contained a large filling, the filling was no longer good and I would need a crown. I asked her if she could just replace the filling. She seemed annoyed at my question and told me no. She then tried to sell me on tooth whitening and straightening procedures (I've had braces and already have very straight teeth). After all that, they told me they did not have time to do the cleaning! I was shocked! I literally made an appointment for a cleaning, I spent almost 2hours there and never got the cleaning!?! To top it off, as I was checking out, they told me they just had a cancellation and could do the cleaning now. I said no thanks and got the heck out of there. A few weeks later a went to another dentist (with a 5star rating). That dentist confirmed my suspicions. The tooth is not cracked and the filling just needs to be replaced!!!

Arroyo dental is a scam. Please save yourself time, money, and aggravation and go somewhere else!

Everyone in this office has been so amazing. Tori has been especially helpful with all my questions! all of the staff has honestly been so nice, always smiling and caring about how I’m doing at every one of my visits. Dr Nguyen and her dental assistants,
my most recent was with Alejandra, are great at making sure they ask and assure I’m comfortable during and after the work they are doing. My jaw is having issues lately so they were also very fast at helping me get to a specialist right away which was very helpful.

Dr. Nguyen has gone out of her way on at least 2 occasions to provide excellent customer service. She and the hygienist Diana were great recently when I had 2 root canals. They both worked very hard to make sure I was comfortable and Dr. Nguyen expertly navigated a very tricky situation with my root in order to have a successful outcome. They are very detail oriented and take extra X-rays to make sure everything has been done properly. Very professional and friendly dental office!!

Amazing service! I came in for a cleaning and to get some fillings done. They were able to do everything for me the same day. Alejandra help me out and made me feel comfortable. I made a review after my first visit. I gave 5 stars.new to the area and After having a deep cleaning between 2 more appointments... I WOULD GIVE THEM MORE STARS IF I COULD! Each staff member is outstandingly knowledgeable both behind the desk and in the office. They are so friendly, and accommodating. The techs in the back are very good at what they do. They pay attention to detail, to my concerns, my questions and most Important, my health issues.. not just dental. I am posting this on behalf of my wife. Let me say, both my wife and I have been going here for the past six years and we love Dr. Chuy. Today was the last visit for my household as the unprofessional debacle that occurred today will never be remedied.
My wife had a 1 p.m. appointment and she arrived on time. Upon arriving my wife signed in as the receptionist was speaking on the phone. There were no one else in the waiting area. After 15 minutes the receptionist called out her name to see if she was there (strike 1) to inform her to sign in. My wife replied that she already did. The receptionist in all her wisdom already pulled her name from the sign in sheet and placed it on her chart (strike 2) while speaking on the phone ...multitasking "Fail!" Upon entering the back area my wife was numbed up to receive fillings by Dr. NU and her assistant. Let's say Dr. Nu's inexperience caused my wife severe pain to the point that she was crying (My wife gave us two children and she has a higher tolerance for pain than I do. This isn't her first rodeo getting numbed up either.) After receiving the shots Dr. Nu and the assistant disappeared for 30 minutes (strike 3). After that point they were going to re-inject her because it was wearing off. My wife who was already crying from the pain got up from the chair and said she could not go thru the injections from Dr. Nu. My wife immediately went to the checkout area and tried to schedule with Dr. Chuy and was told they don't know when he was working. She canceled all future appointments for both her and I. We drive 10 miles one way just to go here but no more. We are now seeking closer alternatives...good luck if you go and I hope you have a high threshold for pain!

Dr. Chuy doing amazing work- he is very professional , knowledgeable, and another very important quality , his hands have a GENTLE TOUCH! He always making sure I feel comfortable with anesthesia, and only that he starts to work on me. I do not have a dental insurance, but I really needed lot of dental work, he gave me a great deal , his prices are best in the town!
