Extremely impressed with a first time appointment. Clean office, the staff was super friendly. The location was semi-close to my home. Making my appointment was no problem, a medication got called in with no issues. Dr. Aspacio was very polite. Looking forward to seeing him again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND…Dr Aspacio is an amazing doctor. He is kind, explains everything well and always makes sure my prescriptions are taken care of (which sometimes is difficult when dealing with specialty medications that require special pharmacies.) but I’ve never had any problems like I had with other dermatologists. The staff is great too.

I had a consult to remove something that’s been bothering me. After moving forward, the process was easy and painless. No scarring, and I feel Dr. Aspacio was very understanding of my fear and walked me through the entire process.

Hello! Local google reviewer here.
Pros: Clean, friendly, and professional. Had an awesome experience.
Cons: honestly I had no complaints. Pleasant experience.
I called, and an appointment was made for the next day due to a cancellation. She took my information quickly and I had a doctors appointment in less than 3 minutes.
Upon arriving the next day I signed in and the next thing I know I’m in the doctors office. I was in and out of this place in 30 minutes. It’s also the most beautiful doctors office Ive ever seen. From the floors to the decor this place is gorgeous

I’d recommend Dr. Aspacio to others. Genuinely cares and takes the time to answer any questions that I may have. I’ve been seeing him for years and won’t go anywhere else.

Got total screen for skin cancer and Dr Aspacio is fast, efficient, and thorough. Finding a questionable bump to remove, he did it quick and painlessly, all while helping a new attending home their skills without compromising my care. Highly recommend

Dr. Aspacio knows really knows his stuff; he is a kind and considerate man who does not rush on to the next patient - he gives you all the time you need; additionally, the office staff is always nice and respectful...What's not to like?

He’s a dermatologist I often look forward to seeing. No one likes going to a doctor, but he always takes his time to explain treatment when its necessary. He’s been helpful to both myself and my teenage daughter throughout the years.

Believe the one-star reviews. I visited this doctor thinking I would receive care during a very vulnerable time in my life, going through and having to investigate an unknown rash that was quickly spreading. Instead of examining me, he looked at me, backed away to the door, then proceeded to bombard me with questions. He also kept repeating himself several times, because I suppose he assumed my intellect would not be able to remember his very simple instructions. Well, I suppose he's partially right because months later, I still hear him chanting those instructions as if I was an idiot.
Anyway, didn't listen to me, didn't ask questions, didn't care. I was treated as nothing more than an inconvenience and the options presented to me were incredibly invasive (this was my first visit!!) and was told that I "would scar".
His staff seemed dejected and checked out, too. Like most had somewhere better to be, which I suppose I can understand at a fundamental level. Who wants to be at work, right? The only kindness I received was from his PA. She was nice. And Trish - his coordinator was also sweet.
The cherry on top? Two days after that awful appointment, staff called me to solicit me for laser treatments. Are you kidding?
So thanks, I guess, for redirecting me to a more caring practice who actually WANTED to work with me to find answers. I don't mind driving out of my way for a compassionate provider.
0 stars.

Amazing dermatologist. Since moving to the Las Vegas area, I’ve been seeing Dr. Aspacio on and off for a bit now and have always been happy with the experience had with him. Everyone at the practice is lovely to be around as well. I will be coming back for future appointments.

This is the rudest doctor I have ever met. He talks like you're stupid and he's better than you. Stay away from this doctor. His ego is so inflated.
Response from the owner an hour ago
Our sincerest apologies for your experience within our office. We understand that some methods may be incompatible with their own. We wish good health.
My response to your response:
I don't need your insincere apology. I wrote the review to make people aware how badly you treat your patients so they don't waste their time, money and insurance money in seeing you. People appreciate honest reviews. I want them to avoid the horrible experience I had with you as well as all the people who took their time to post their honest reviews here.

I visited 2 years ago and Dr. Aspacio was very rude and unprofessional to me.
I was in his office and he grabbed my scalp and started digging in the area very rough that I wanted him to check and he yelled at me.
This happened the first two minutes that I have ever seen him in my life in his patient room.
He is the most unprofessional doctor that I have ever experienced.
He has a terrible temper and demeanor.
It was a traumatizing 5 minutes with this doctor that I will never forget.
I still remember him two years later and finally wrote this review.
He deserves no stars.

UPDATE: After I left a message pretty much begging for a call back, Dr. Aspacio's office called my husband back to confirm the cancer diagnosis, and said they could do the surgery at their office. Lol. Hell no! My husband and I are leaving and so are our two friends who we referred to him. Dr. Aspacio is a good doctor, we just don't like how we are treated at his office, not calling back in a timely manner about a cancer diagnosis, and not being able to speak to a live person, are the main reasons. We found another dermatology practice on Google, on the east side of Flamingo, with a 4.9 feedback from almost 1900 people. This is the kind of medical practice I'm looking for at this point.
This is absolutely ridiculous. No call back about results of biopsy. My husband had skin cancer 2 years ago and had surgery to remove it. Dr. Aspacio found another little mass and sent it for biopsy. The office called and left a message that the results are in. Since then, we have called back several times to get the results and are unable to speak to a live person. My husband left 3 messages, and I left another one today. I will be stopping by their office today, in person, to request them to give him a call or provide us with the name of the lab so we can somehow get the results. No one wants to wait longer than necessary to find out if they have cancer or not. My husband has tried calling at different times of the day, and no one ever picks up when he calls. As stated above, this is absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Aspacio is knowledgeable, but this is no way to run a medical office, especially when dealing with cancer diagnosis. I have referred two close friends to Dr. Aspacio's office, and everyone is looking around for another dermatologist.

Dr. Aspacio has been my primary dermatologist since moving to the Las Vegas area. I’ve always appreciated how thorough he’s been during my visits. I always feel relaxed and always leave with a smile. It’s always a 5-star service!

Went in for varicose vein treatment as referred as his site says he treats it and all he did was come in and look at them as said he only helps with spider veins ( the tiny veins on the surface for “ cosmetic looks”)and told me to go to a vascular surgeon and walked out. Waste of time and my day off! Apparently can’t do what his site states. Very annoyed!

My story is long and deeply heartbreaking, choosing to spare the very dishonest Dr. Aspacio and his aggressively rude disgraceful wife the utter shame of what happened to me in this office by knowing my God always fights and wins my battles.
If anyone is seeking facial rejuvenation, injections, botox, fillers, etc., please note that this doctor does NOT open the boxed product, mix or prepare anything in front of you.
Good luck, you'll need it!
PS - Be very careful how you choose to respond to me on here as I will contact Channel 13 News next

Rude to me and my daughter. Treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about even though I have an extensive medical background as my daughter has multiple medical conditions and has had precancerous lesions removed in the past. My daughter has a primary immune disorder and a sensory disorder and he walked in the room and told her to get off her phone, then said it a second time right before removing a spot for biopsy. She's 12. Would not recommend and we will not go back.

Took my money and refused to prescribe any medications for a receding hairline. Suggested an over-the-counter that specifically says it does NOT treat receding hairlines. Don't waste your time with this fraudulent clinic - there's many dermatologists elsewhere.
UPDATE: In response to the comment left on my review, I explicitly chose a prescription. I never got this prescription and was told to try over-the-counter instead. I wouldn't have made this review if they had simply given me the prescription I asked for.

My childs pediatrician referenced me to this place a month ago and ive been calling to schedule an appointment ever since. Everytime i call they’re either busy, on break, or the person im on the phone with tells me they’ll “call me right back” however its been a month and I have not once received a call back even after I leave a detailed message. If your refferenced here & your situation is urgent, I would suggest finding another dermatologist

As a patient going twice to this office , I can say from experience , Aspacio is very arrogant and inconsiderate . He always rush the consultation and if I ask more questions he does not shy from showing his frustration of me taking my time ...I got bad rash from skin allergy to a cream he prescribed and he never bother to follow up .

Will not go back. Pompous and arrogant. I have seen other dermatologists and they examined me from top to bottom. If I didn't ask about a specific body area, he didn't look. Very rude.
