I went to Aspen Dental while I was on vacation to have a cap replaced that came off my tooth. They got me in fast but said they had to do some things because I was a new customer. They took at 12 x-rays of my teeth that I did not need and also measured the space between by teeth and gums which I did not need. I have all that at my home dentist. All I wanted was to have them put my cap back on my tooth. Instead they charged me over $200 for all the x-rays and measuring that was not needed.
And the Dentist couldn't put my cap back on. When I got home my dentist put the cap on. This was a total rip off and will never go back there again.

This place is amazing. The office staff and Dentist are so nice! The Dental assistant Michelle was so kind and patient. She was gentle. Dr Shah was so nice. I originally scheduled an appointment at Aspen Dental because I was curious about Motto Clear Aligners. While researching my options online, I found an Aspen Dental office just minutes from my home, and I was pleasantly surprised that I could schedule an appointment for the very next day.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The office was spotless, modern, welcoming, and equipped with the latest technology. Everything felt organized, and it immediately gave me confidence that I was in good hands.

I honestly went in expecting to simply learn about the cost of Motto Clear Aligners, but I left impressed by so much more. The team took X-rays, performed a thorough examination, and made sure my teeth were healthy and that I was a good candidate before discussing treatment. I truly appreciated that they focused on making sure I was the right candidate instead of simply trying to sell me aligners.

I had the opportunity to meet with two dentists during my visit, and both were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel that I was receiving excellent care. However, the female dentist who discussed the Motto Clear Aligners with me was truly outstanding. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained every step of the process, and made me feel comfortable and confident about moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I left knowing exactly what to expect. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. If someone from Aspen Dental reads this review, I would truly appreciate knowing who she was because she deserves to be recognized for the exceptional care she provided.

What surprised me the most is that I already have a dentist I've been seeing for many years. I walked into Aspen Dental with no intention of changing dental offices—I simply wanted information about Motto Clear Aligners. However, after experiencing the professionalism, technology, knowledge, and genuine care of everyone I met, I'm now seriously considering making Aspen Dental my new dental home.

I also had an Invisalign consultation scheduled elsewhere, but after this experience, it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and Aspen Dental exceeded every expectation I had.

Each question I had, she did NOT make me feel uncomfortable or silly because I was extremely nervous. I began treatment in November 2025 and finished the first phase in March 2026. During that time, I saw four different dentists, which immediately raised concerns about consistency in care. The work included one root canal and around 14 fillings, totaling about $2,300. While that price might seem reasonable on the surface, it only covered half of the recommended work—and the experience itself was far from acceptable.

Since the procedures, I’ve had multiple new issues that did not exist before treatment. One tooth that was originally just a cavity now requires a root canal. If the tooth was done for then what force the work by working in it. Could have saved me pain and money. The tooth only started hurting after the work was done. Another tooth now has exposed roots and extreme sensitivity, likely requiring additional treatment. I also have ongoing pain when chewing on one side of my mouth due to a filling that was never properly adjusted.

I’ve had to return multiple times for adjustments, not only on treated teeth but also on others that were affected indirectly. Despite these visits, the problems persist. The lack of clear communication, combined with inconsistent opinions and approaches from four different dentists, made the entire experience frustrating and concerning.

Overall, the treatment felt disorganized, poorly coordinated, and ultimately led to more dental issues than I started with. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Great Dental Office visit! When I first walked in I met Elizabeth, the Office Manager. She was very nice and helped me get set up with all my medical information. I also called her after I left to insure I was reading my receipt correctly. Michelle did all of my x rays and she was a very nice lady and we had a great conversation throughout my time with her. Candy was the Hygienist and she also was fabulous and very informative. She told me things I will remember and change in my own dental routines. Dr. Nguyen is the Dentist and she was fantastic. She had a very soft touch when working in my mouth and that's a real treat. We talked for a long time and she was patient and informative. I had many questions and she answered everything to the fullest. She started our conversation with, "what do you want to do with your mouth"? I knew I was in the right place. Brian was an Office Manager who sat down with me and worked out my proposed treatments and pricing. I am getting a lot of work done for a fair price. You guys don't understand how you just changed my life!! I've been looking for help regarding my teeth for over 5 years now. Every place I walked into I left in disappointed no help, and all it took was me walking into your doors Once!! And came out with my life changed in a awesome way. From the second you walk through the doors at aspen dental you’re greeted with friendly staff and smiles. As someone who went to two dentist before coming here for a third opinion it was nice to find a dental office where I felt heard and valued. The dental assistants listen and don’t make you feel judged. It’s more like walking into a family. But once I get Dr Hathaway I knew I found the right place for me. She was understanding and made me feel comfortable. My teeth were not the best some my fault from fear of dentists some my own genetics failing me. They explain everything to you that way you have nothing to fear about anything that there going to do. I would recommend them to anybody that fears a dentist. Hi, I couldn’t end the night, without sharing my experience with Aspen Dental. Everyone here was Awesome!!! I came in feeling very overwhelmed. But when I left I was in tears, but they were Happy tears. This was my first visit, and I was greeted by Pamela, she was very pleasant and welcoming. My next experience was with Penny with her happy and funny personality. She made me feel so much better and had me laughing, I forgot all about that I came in feeling overwhelmed. Then I met Caroline then Dr. Lindsay, Liz and Marlene. All were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I have never had an experience like this before with the whole staff participating in my appointment. They all made me feel so special. I appreciate each and everyone that helped me in my dental appointment today, by taking time and explaining everything to me, in a friendly positive manner. Booked an appointment 2 - 3 weeks ago on their website and am now being told the day before my scheduled appointment that their hours have changed and cannot accommodate the intended appointment time.
Their hours are no longer convenient and has turned me off from ever considering being a customer here.

Dr Lee was carrying and was very helpful. I can’t remember the tech’s name, but she made sure my fit was perfect. Penny on the other hand, well she was above and beyond! On November 6, 2025 I went to Aspen Dental on North 5th. I initially was apprehensive, but then Ms. PENNY showed up and showed out! I had the BEST experience, I wasn’t afraid, I felt calm and relaxed. She made the visit fun! I will definitely return for all of my care moving forward.

EVERYONE in the office was amazing. If you are apprehensive and or afraid of the dentist then this is the place for you.

The office was clean state of the art equipment the sraff was pleasant, I’ll give a BIG SHOUT OUT to the lady (apologies for not remembering your name) provided Excellent customer service, while taking my X-rays made me feel at ease.
Now mind you while I do need some serious work done I was OVERWHELMED with the Dentist recommendation and offered NO alternatives for treatment., then the 2nd blow was the out of pocket cost (I knew I would have to pay something). Needless to say I left hopeless because I need dental clearance for SURGERY. When I returned home I cried After 2 days I requested my X-rays told the finance lady I was going to get a second opinion. I did and the outcome /recommendation was like night and day I was offered a treatment plan that would allow me have my surgery and post surgery to complete the needed work. I have 2 dental plans, The 2nd dental office chose to use my higher deductible first while Aspen chose to use the lower deductible as my primary FYI: I have 2 Dentist in my family and both shared there were unnecessary fees. I guess I can say this is why I stayed away from dentist I’m hoping my experience with the 2nd dentist I’m going with continues to be positive

I had a great first visit at this dental office! The entire staff was wonderful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor was sweet and knowledgeable, and the hygienist made a great first impression. I haven’t had my cleaning, but I’ll be returning soon. The dental assistant who helped me was also very kind and made sure to explain everything she was doing step by step. Marlene, the front desk, stood out for her kindness, patience, and attentiveness. She was also helpful with my son while I was getting x-rays. Her warmth and attentiveness made the experience feel more personal. I can't thank Aspen Dental enough for the incredible care they provided for my daughter during her dental surgery especially (Penny). From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and reassuring. They explained every step of the process clearly, which helped ease both my daughters and my own nerves.

The Doctor and surgical team showed true compassion and professionalism, making sure my daughter was comfortable the entire time, After the surgery (Penny ) followed up with us and gave clear instructions for recovery, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
Thanks to their expertise and kindness, my daughter is healing well and had a much smoother experience than we could have imagined.

Had my first appt today at Aspen Dental and it was amazing! I wanted something closer to home and was highly please. Penny took me back and she was a delight, felt like I came to a girls hang out instead of my appt. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful. I especially enjoyed being able to see my teeth scans on the screen in front of me and follow along while the dentist explained everything to me. Upon check out and going over my dental plan, a very nice young lady with glasses (didn't get her name) assisted me with going over my insurance and payments. After numerous years of caring for my bedridden husband, after his recent passing, I started to give much neglected care to me. First and foremost were my teeth, after searching the website and asking questions, I was referred to Aspen Dental. Terrified, I made numerous appointments before finally keeping one. The staff at this location, including the Doctor is amazing. They were cheerful, kind and extremely welcoming. The Dentist and one of her Assistants sat down and truly listened to me as I explained my ALZ caregiver’s life caring for my husband in our home for the past 14 plus years.

They were compassionate and understanding. Assistant Penny basically held my hand during the entire experience. Upon meeting her, she greeted me with such kindness, like family. She promised she would be with me through the journey and has been truthful to her word. They never exhibited anything but compassion as they patiently answered my repeated questions.

Most surprising is how the staff, specifically the office manager and Dr Chaitali Minama, eased my concerns regarding medical costs. They worked with me to locate financing, giving me every possible discount available. Without their assistance and concern I wouldn’t have been able to afford treatment, even with my insurance, the costs were extreme. However, they made it work, I have teeth now. I can smile. Also, I’ve been back numerous times for adjustments and I was welcomed. Additionally, I went back simply because I was afraid that putting the bridge in would hurt🤷🏽‍♀️ their patience was the same.

They’re amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and caring, including the receptionist, office manager, lab technicians and other technicians. I highly recommend this office.

Thanks again Penny for keeping me sane and calm, thanks Dr. Minama for not giving up on me. I know my mouth was a mess and a difficult case but, you never gave up and made it work. Much love and respect for this office.
