I love the OT therapist that I had. He was wonderful on Post Road. I just wish I had more time with him due to my other health issues. It stopped me from doing so I also so enjoyed my time with the Northwest Duran Durango. when I was at HEI on Washington And Buffalo, they had some wonderful people there too. I love ATI because you guys hire good people. my doctor wants me to go back there with a referral. He wants to make sure my back is strong enough and Iβm going to the gym and Iβm transferring everything and if it wasnβt for them, I wouldnβt If it wasnβt for them, I wouldnβt be able to lift the things I do and if it wasnβt for them, I wouldnβt be where I am today and Iβm so grateful

Prior to going to ATI(Southwest) for months I had

I had referrals for physical therapy to 2 different fact -one from my orthopedic surgeon & one from my spinal surgeon. So I consulted my internal surgeon for her advice on which facility to use. She explained that she much preferred ATI for me following my extensive spinal repair surgeries because they were more geared to post surgical physical therapy whereas the other facility was more aggressive and geared more for sports injuries. I chose ATI and I have never regretted my choice. Initially I felt the workout was a bit too gentle because I'd been in a residential physical therapy program for a few wks post discharge. I told my physical therapist I thought I could benefit from a more aggressive program. Instantly, my therapist (Louise) added very specific spine-strengthening exercises to my regimen. I almost regretted my request because the routine was [mildly] exhausting but the positive results were virtually immediate. And my therapist continues to tweak my exercises to accommodate my individual progress & needs. I've been in physical therapy before where there was a boring, generic, on-size-fits all approach to clients. ATI (& Louise) are absolutely there to address individual needs. I genuinely believe in my treatment at ATI.

Worst company ever I have an appointment and I got lost cause I never text me the message that where to go so I had to call in and connect me to the facility at the place that I was supposed to go to. She literally told me that she was off of sunset and 40 patchy When I looked it up sheβs not even and when I finally showed up, sheβs not even near she couldβve said that she was off of sunset and Durango off Rileyβs Street next to the apartments or cause she said that weβre off of Durango off of Rileyβs between Rileyβs and right before you get the 215 freeway youβre not even next Fort Apache one bit So get your address straight and then when I showed up, they told me have the nerve to tell me that I have to get a new appointment when she told me the wrong address so Iβm definitely not going to this this facility. Iβll go to another one but not this facility. in your employees that work there at this location all theyβre doing is Chad and Chad and donβt even wanna help nobody. Theyβre the worst person Iβve ever met rude and just rude. How can you tell me that Iβm late when you gave me the wrong address?

Iβve been going to the Post Road ATI for treatment after arthroscopic shoulder and bicep surgery. Although the first several weeks have been challenging, Iβm making great progress thanks to everyone who works there and the exercise program that they have been teaching me. Rhea has been my main physical therapist (along with Gabby) and she has been really helping me when she stretches my arm. It can be real painful at first, but it gets better each and every day. We are winding down now so Iβm almost finished but itβs a great place, nice atmosphere, and Iβve been very pleased with the progression. I would definitely recommend this location and go back there when I need to in the future!

I irritated my right elbow which woke up a bone spur causing unbearable pain. I visited my doc who recommended 3 different solutions. Injections, physical therapy and surgery. I got the injections which only lasted about 4 days. I've started physical therapy at ATI and they are great! The team there are warm and welcoming. They have set me up with an app on my phone containing exercises at assist and continue my PT at home. I have just started with them and I'm really pleased. The center is extremely clean, they have numerous areas to take care of people and are very caring. I definitely recommend this location.

I've been suffering with my sciatica for 4 weeks. Steroid shot, NSAIDs, narcotic pain killers are Dr. priveded but none of the worked. I couldn't walk more than 30 seconds due to severe leg pains.
Today was my 4th day of physical therapy at ATI. Now, I can walk for more than 3 minutes with less pains.
I hope my pains all go away when I finish my 4-week therapy.

While the first therapist I met was fine my overall dissatisfaction is with ATI as a whole. I had surgery and I needed a therapist to make me a custom splint quickly. Only therapist available was on the other side of town, she was fine and overall no issues. Weeks later after my doctor gave me the all clear for physical strength training with range of motion I called ATI and asked to start PT at a location closer to my house and in between work.
They refused to let me move to a closer
therapist. They stated it had to be with the original therapist that made my splint. I inquired why and got a ridiculous answer that mentioned recent changes during COVID. I explained that this location was way out of the way for me and wouldn't work. They stuck to their word and said they would not let me move to a more convenient location.
I asked if I could speak to a manager and was told that she emailed her boss and they may get back to me after the week was over. I waited until the end of week but never received a call back. I ended up cancelling all appointments going forward and found a different therapist closer to me that meets my needs.
What a sad way to lose a client for such a silly policy that their staff couldnβt articulate a good reason for. I never even started PT from ATI, I just was made a custom wrist splint and told to come back when the doctor gave me the full referral.
Anyways, another physical therapist has been meeting me 3 times a week who doesnβt work for ATI and they are happy to take my money when ATI wouldnβt. Their loss not mine.

*90% of my joints have problems. So I spent lots of time in rehabilitation facilities. Every place I went it seems to be over crowded not enough staff to make sure that you doing it correctly. Some other place staff are so young and busy pay attention to the younger patients. Or the younger ladies patients hangout around the staff's podium.
*ATI on Post Rd is different from other places I had been. Each PT assistant have their own laptop and they sitting faceing the treatment area, so can keep an eyes on every patients. The operation hours is 7 am to 7 pm, very convenient for Las Vegas casio employees who work all different hour. Everyone I came across at ATI are very nice,friendly and care for your well-being. ATI is a little farther than other PT facility around my house but it's so worth it to come to a place that takes their pride in doing what they do to make their patients better. Thank you everyone at ATI.
I highly recommend this facility if you're in need of physical therapy.

My honest opinion but only one appointment. I have had plenty of PT for different reasons. And on all of my initial exams I started PT. My therapist here seemed nice but it was very hard to understand her. She barely gave me the print outs of exercises before rushing to make follow up appointments. My doctor wanted specific things which I had to bring up. The vibe I got was just not welcoming and I felt like the value was not there. Seeking treatment elsewhere.
