Γn general happy with the physical therapy and I can feel the progress. At times frustrating because I like to get in , do my sets , ice down and leave. Several times I am done with my exercises and try to get someoneβs attention to give me the next exercise. I feel that I am wasting time between sets because I can get to the next exercise.

The most amazing staff and doctors that work with you to strengthen your body! I have known the staff for over 5 years and the entire team is so kind and highly skilled and motivated. I have received a wide different type of PT and they have exceed my expectation of potential of outcomes! I am aware that PT can take an emotional toll on an already painful body. I always focus on the beneficial outcome and how I can continue those exercises at home! Rueben and Tina always helped me with evaluations! Currently I am getting help with all the other motivated staffs. Alex always carry the most positive energy. John, Erica, Diego and Mari are helping me currently however I have worked with other staffs in pervious therapies throughout the past five years! The staff is always pleasant and seem to be happy to be there, which makes me happy to be there. They are attentive so I donβt have to wait to get to my next exercise. I had an amazing experience at ATI Physical Therapy. I was there for about six months, and the entire staff helped me tremendously with my ankle problems and improving my walking and overall functionality. Staff members like John, Ruben, Tony, Marie, were especially greatβvery knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. After getting evaluated by one of the staff and her putting a hot pack on me. She disappeared. While then with no communication another staff member places a triangle to help with stretching I assume. Not then 10 minutes later, without warning a young gentleman comes and ripped it right out from under me. Leaving me in pain. As I sit there, another member of staff comes over and asks me to stretch. I am wincing in pain while still trying to do as instructed. And mind you. This particular third member did NOT introduce themselves either. I had to raise my voice with tears in my eyes and say I have to stop. Everything being done hurt too much and I had NO idea what was going on.
This was my first touch of physical therapy. I WILL NOT be going back to ATI ever again. Shame on you ATI, you are dealing with real people and communication would be nice.

I was at the Peak Drive Center in Summerlin. And I have to say I was very impressed. At first I was resistant to even going because in the past it hasn't been very helpful at other therapy clinics. Thankfully ATI was completely different. They were professional, hands on, knowledgeable, approachable and very helpful. They challenged me and made sure I knew what I was doing with every exercise. Applying heat to my shoulder prior to my workout, then when I was done for the day, stretching my shoulder out and applying ice afterwards. I absolutely recommend ATI Physical Therapy, especially the center on Peak Drive.

I went to ATI on Peak Drive a week after total hip replacement surgery. 2 sessions later I shed my walker, and I was walking unassisted 10 days after my surgery!!!π³π³π Dr. Howard my orthopedic surgeon, his fine staff at Nevada Spine and Orthopedics, and the great people at ATI had me riding my bike again 12 days after total hip replacement surgery!!!ππ I am very grateful to all of these medical professionals and God for a pain free, miraculously speedy recovery!!!ππ€π β€οΈ

I have only been to the ATI on Peak Drive, off of Tenaya Way, 3 times. Each visit was what I expected from a physical therapy business. I received attention from a couple of therapists as they all seem to work together very well in have 3 months, 2 times a week visits to go. I have a feeling they will help me immensely.
Last year I received the above therapy at said location for approximately 1 month and graduated. This year I received therapy from March 13 - May 11. The therapists were all the same ones from last year primarily with a couple of new ones. Every single therapist is super friendly and knowledgeable. They are all angels in my book. I felt very cared for by all of them. If I should need physical therapy in the future, I will be sure to use them again.

Healing well , X-rays show closing , no more sling and I can start with small weights at PT , Dr very pleased .. me pleased with no sling as it was getting hot π₯΅ Thanks ATI staff and Tina for setting up plan of action !

ATI Physical Therapy have perfessional and caring staff. 7301 Peak Drive. I don't know about the other locations but if you have to choose one this is the place. Rueben "magic hands" is heaven sent he definitely knows the body and what it can handle he evened out my leg which had been uneven for years from a back injury. I pray for all the Staff they're hard working on our behalf. Thank you ATI Physical Therapy

The staff is very courteous and make you feel welcome. I understand they are dealing with people and try to keep things professional but a few times they share their personal lives with the patients and it doesnβt seem like the right place and setting while others are trying to βworkβ on their injuries. Seems like there are too many patients being treated all at once and makes the patients feel like their injury and recovery is not the focus. It also causes confusion amongst the therapists and makes the operation seem a bit unorganized especially when they ask the patient βwhat exercises they did last timeβ.

Rueben has been great in diagnosing my condition and rendering the necessary treatment to get me better. The thing I don't like is the phones being answered by 3rd party, 3rd country call centers who you can barely understand. If they don't understand your concern, they just hang up on you. It makes calling in to schedule a nightmare! I started out thinking 5 stars all the way and got hung up on as I was doing this review. Companies are so quick to outsource! It takes away from service. On another note, the local call center is great with assisting with my needs and getting my calls routed properly as well as getting my messages to Rueben. Throw the whole foreign 3rd party call center away! They are bad for business! You save a few bucks but lose patients! Is it really worth it? Also good luck on reaching anyone in the actual office!
