It is horrible and unlike any PT I have ever been to! I had a 20 minute diagnosis with a PT of zero personality or concern of my pain. My first visit I never even saw a PT and the assistant wasn’t sure what the directions were, so it was a “wing it” session. My second visit the PT came by the last minute I wasn’t there and told me to roll my foot at home. My last visit was yesterday where I counted TEN patients working at the same time with ONE PT. Which, never saw me at all. You’re NOT getting physical therapy at this clinic or any ATI in the valley. Physical therapy is supposed to be done one on one where the PT works with you, asks questions, and works with you towards your goals. There were too many filler exercises or stretches just fill the hour. These PTs aren’t able to do what they’ve dedicated years of schooling for. It’s sad for them and not useful for the patients.

I had reverse total shoulder replacement and because of the physical therapy I have received at ATI-Horizon Ridge (on 7 Hills) I’m doing extremely well, have full ROM, and feeling great! I thank Brent Gunn, Ph.D, PT, for my excellent sessions, accompanied by his PT Assistant Tony, and Bobby, Stiles and Jonathan.These guys all work so well together and they make it fun to go to my sessions. I am so appreciative for everything they have done for me.They are all on top of their game and very efficient and pleasant to be around. This is my second body part/ailment being treated at ATI. I am so grateful for the staff at this location. They truly, truly care about their patients. Friendly and organized office to help with my physical therapy needs! Convenient Seven Hills location with good parking and easy access, especially to Green Valley. All the staff is nice, mindful of where I’m at physically as a patient, and gives me exercises that push me to get better, yet are not overly aggressive. I’ve noticed improvement almost immediately after doing the in office exercises coupled with my homework. They provide a printout for the home exercises and also have an app as well.

Had an ankle injury that’s severely hampered my ability to walk efficiently. Started physical therapy at ATI at the Sevenhills location and I found them to be very efficient as well as being very accommodating to the wide variety of people that were coming in for physical therapy. Each of the therapists that I worked with were very encouraging and all of them were consistent with the therapy and I have to say that it really really helped. I would highly recommend the Sevenhills ATI physical therapy shop if you are in need of their services.

Went in for frozen shoulder. Could not lift my arm up. I can do everything that I once did before I hurt my shoulder. Jonathan worked with me. Be cautious of their billing department and trying to get any explanation for why you are being billed months later for services you pay for in office. Or an explanation of where your payment goes and how its processed. Be prepared to be lied too and keep record of all every payment with receipts.

I’ve been coming to ATI Physical Therapy at 866 Seven Hills since I tore my meniscus while waiting for surgery, and I recently had surgery on the 9th. Brent immediately accommodated me and began post-surgical treatment right away. He is knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly reassuring — he makes you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire recovery process.

Brent’s disposition is what truly sets this clinic apart. His leadership brings the team together and creates a warm, welcoming environment. He holds his staff to a high standard, and it shows — everyone is supportive, attentive, and helpful. Bobby continues to be amazing, and while AJ will be missed, the team remains strong. I’m also looking forward to working with the new staff members.

All of the therapists are very caring and have made my therapy very personal to them. Koodos to Lisa Brett Mike Miguel and Bobby. I have since this post been back after a broken femur and waited a couple of weeks
for first appointment just so I could go back to same ATI. Lisa has left since however Lee, the one that oversees the employees and Bobby are still there. I love the way they’re so attentive and really care about you, so much that on my last visit I inquired about position there and filled an application out. I’m not sure if I qualify but I have years of experience working with people and actually have a resume that I didn’t put years past experience of working in a mentally challenged facility. It was in the 80’s! I highly recommend this particular ATI facility to everyone!

The people at my ATI PHYSICAL THERAPY on 866 Seven Hills Drive Henderson are the absolute best of the best. They are totally dedicated to seeing that you are doing your exercises properly to strengthen and tone your muscles. They are very patient with each person they work with. Very friendly . I highly recommend them. I have comeback to them three times. Itis now November 2025 and and Brent Gunn and Bobby are still there and they have helped me tremendously. I had a terrible experience with ATI at their Seven Hills location. It was my first session and I was asked to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, which I did. After filling out paperwork, I waited 45 minutes before being called into the physical therapist's office. Once in there, it looked as if the PT had just woken up. His eyes were red and his hair was disheveled. When he spoke to me, he seemed slow and confused - honestly he seemed to be hungover, inebriated, or similarly impaired. He asked me the same question several times, and after I told him for the third time that my current pain level was zero (I felt fine that day), he paused and reached for some paperwork and said "so your pain is between a 6 and a 9". I told him that wasn't correct. He said that's what I had put on the paperwork, but it was someone else's paperwork he was showing me. He then indicated I would start warming up. There was no discussion of a treatment plan, or what we would be working on. He told me to head out of the office and towards some static bikes to warm up. They were occupied by someone else. He then came out of the office and asked if one of the other employees could take care of me, and shuffled back into his office. The other employee had me do 4 different stretches and that was it. Total "exercise" time was about ten minutes. I would never go back to a session with this company and would advise everyone else to stay away. If the PT was not in a condition to provide care and do his job, he shouldn't have gone to work that day. Unprofessional and upsetting.

Physical Therapy - Sept to Oct 2025. I had a very good experience with this clinic. The therapists were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the benefits of each exercise they taught me and watched me to make sure I was doing them correctly. They monitored my progress during each session and added new exercises depending on my ability and comfort. The improvement from my first to the seventh session was remarkable. My pain level was much lower and the range of motion of my injured arm improved dramatically. More importantly, I can now get a restful and painless sleep. Thoroughly disappointed with the front desk agent Kristen and her lack of professionalism. I have been going to this location for 3 to 4 weeks now. I had an appointment scheduled for August 12 at noon. I arrived for my schedule appointment eight minutes late after being stuck in traffic and witnessing A car accident. When I arrived, Kristen was assisting another client. She did not greet or address me in the moment that I arrived. So I did what i have been told to do for the past 3-4 weeks and signed in and began my exercises. Kristen then comes up to me condescendingly and tells me that i should have waited until she was done with the other client etc. i did not appreciate her tone. I believe Kristen should have greeted me, and told me that she would be with me in a moment if she wanted me to sit in the waiting area. There was a misunderstanding/miscommunication and i dont like the tone in which it was handled. I will not be returning.

ATI Physical Therapy is the answer for what I need to feel well. Every time i visit their office, it felt liked my physical concerns, aches and pains were addressed accordingly. The exercises were not easy but it felt great after. I've been to several Physical Therapist due to car accidents,..but i wasn't impressed and as a result, i wasn't looking forward to going back as the visits failed my expectations, to feeling well.

As a result with ATI, I'm looking forward to going to my appointments. The staff are very professional and all of them seems to know what they are doing.

Over decade I’ve tried various ways to relieve my lumbar spondylolisthesis and radiculopathy pains and ATI Physical Therapy is one of few places that helped me to be in control of my pain. On four different occasions, I’ve tried to call multiple different locations to confirm that they got my referral (since they told me they had not yet received it the last time I spoke to them) and every single time I call I’m sitting on hold for an extended amount of time, and then I am forced to use the system where I enter my number for a callback, and I never actually get the call back. I have tried calling each and every location that exists. Between the incompetence of my doctor, and the ridiculousness of ATI having multiple locations and having a phone system that is completely faulty. I am so extremely frustrated because I’ve been doing nothing but babysitting and I still don’t have pain relief and I still don’t even have a plan on the horizon. Answer the damn phone.

I just recently finished physical therapy for my total knee replacement and I wish all my experiences with physical therapy over the years were as good as this one at the Seven Hills facility. I was excited to be discharged from treatment by my doctor, thereby ending my physical therapy, but sad to not be seeing Brent, Lisa, Steven, John, and Bobby anymore. Each one of them helped me progress thru my exercises. It was a hard road but they all made it fun and cheered me on. It's a small facility but that made it easy to become friends with each of them and also some of the clients. I tore my ACL and meniscus in an accident and used ATI for both prehab and post-surgery rehab. Currently 9 days post surgery and about 2 months of 3x/week treatment with ATI. Just hit 93 degrees of ROM and excited to get back to full range. Love the crew here -- they're friendly, caring, but also consummate professionals. I look forward to many more months of knee strengthening, balance, and range-of-motion work with Brent and the rest of the Henderson ATI team! (Pro tip: After you're done at ATI, reward yourself for your hard work with a cappuccino and scone at Tru Bru across the street!)

When one is going to physical therapy to recover from an injury or after surgery it can be a little scary and intimidating. Many places one could go, the staff may be ambivalent. Not here. This team is highly professional, very personable and friendly. It aids in the speed of recovery when one gets to rehab in a friendly atmosphere. The entire team will know you and address you by name and care about your safety and progress. I'm happy to give them 5 stars.

Hi, I had a right total shoulder arthroplasty, reverse prosthesis on11/15/22 after my surgery my medical provider made an appointment with ATI for recovery treatment, upon my arrival I was treated with a very warm welcome, the personalized treatment plan worked perfect for me the staff was great every one worked very good together, the knowledge and skills were excellent in fact I would recommend ATI to every one in need for best personalized physical therapy treatment. This is the best team. I would give them 10 stars if I can. I was limping in great sciatica pain when I started therapy 3 months ago. With the help of Brent, Lisa, Stephen, John and Bobby, I am about 80% recovered and can resumed most of my regular activities. They are very professional and caring, they treat all patients with the utmost respect and kindness. I really appreciate their help. I highly recommend ATI at the Seven Hills location.
