I initially signed up with Viking Health anticipating a standout DPC (Direct Primary Care) experience. While my experience had its challenges, I also want to acknowledge the effort Amy has made to address my concerns.

There were some initial missteps that left me frustrated. Communication could have been clearer, and certain details, like appointment logistics and billing changes, caused unnecessary confusion. Additionally, response times for follow-ups were slower than I had hoped for, which added to my frustration.

That said, I do want to highlight the positives. Amy’s medical expertise is evident, and the diagnosis and treatment she provided were effective, addressing my immediate health concerns. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Amy responded with a genuine and thoughtful message, taking accountability and expressing a clear commitment to improvement. This effort to make things right is something I greatly respect and appreciate.

As a small business owner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to meet every client’s expectations and navigate feedback. Amy’s response shows that she genuinely cares about her patients and their experiences, and I believe her practice has the potential to grow and improve.

While my experience wasn’t perfect, I think it’s worth noting that Amy is making the effort to address her shortcomings, and that speaks volumes. I wish her all the best as she continues to refine her services.

Amy has helped me in so many more ways than medically. She's amazing, very personable, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend visiting her for any medical needs you may have. She is super convenient with texting or phone call appts at any hour.

If you want to be just a number and never see the same provider twice, keep going to the big clinics. If you want individualized attention and have the provider follow up and see the person again - this is the place. Amy takes the time to learn about what you need and does not push you out the door in 15 minutes to keep a quota. This is what the valley needs in healthcare and it is good not to feel like a number but a person.

I absolutely love Amy! Before getting to her I had a horrible year of unforeseen events with 4 ER visits and hospital stays that resulted in misdiagnosis and being made to feel like I’m crazy. After finding Amy she throughly examined me and attentively listened to all my symptoms and we were able to come up with a game plan and she got me to the right specialist that finally gave me the right diagnosis. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Amy! She absolutely wonderful and she truly cares about her patients. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Before finding Amy, I went to 6 doctors that had no clue what was wrong with me. As soon as I saw Amy, she knew exactly what I needed and put me on my path to treatment. Amy really listened to me and I’ve never met a better medical professional than her. She really shows you that she cares about YOU. It’s so hard to find good medical in Las Vegas, Amy is an absolute god send. She has so much valuable medical knowledge and a big heart! Amy has been amazing. Her knowledge and attentiveness for myself and my husband has been beyond helpful. We can actually say she is one of those docs that care. It's not just an office visit but she follows up with us to see how we're doing and makes sure we have everything we need. We are so glad we found her and we will continue seeing her for all future needs.
