Dr. Tan retired a few years ago and sold the practice to a corporation that has had THREE different dentists in a very short time period. You are never notified of having a new dentist, you just walk in and someone else is there, so this is like 4 different dentists in less than 4 years. I have only been to the new hygienist about 4 times, and she has cancelled at the last minute twice and wanted me to reschedule immediately. The last time I didn't reschedule because I was working and she had the office staff call and text 4x in a 24-hour period and honestly tried to twist it like I was the problem because I did not immediately reschedule her cancellation. Besides the 2 last minute cancels, I sat in the waiting room once for about 30 minutes past my appointment time and I could hear her and her coworkers trying to get Bruno Mars tix on Ticketmaster. Total disrespect from her, acts like the patients are disposable. Joke is on her; there are multiple dentist offices within walking distance. I'll just walk to one of them lol.

I had a severe toothache. I was so desperate to find a dentist. My friend recommended Axis Dental where she goes for her dental needs. I am so glad that I went there and so happy that they were able to accommodate me and took care of my toothache. Everyone in that clinic were so nice, respectful, and very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Dr. Duboff pulled out my aching teeth and I did not feel any pain or discomfort. Before I knew it my tooth was gone. The hygienist spent so much time cleaning my teeth. This place is highly recommended.

My son and I had an awesome experience at Axis Dental! We hadn't been to a dentist in about 10 years. We got an exam, had cleanings, and had some other minor stuff done. The entire staff is great. I'm terrified of the teeth cleaning process because of the pain I have experienced in the past. But with Jill, there was no pain. My husband and I both agreed as to how great an experience we had. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lange and his team. I have extreme dental anxiety and came to them, as a first time patient, with an infected tooth. I needed a root canal and my fear immediately kicked in. They treated me with kindness, understanding, and a gentle approach even though I had a slight mental breakdown. The procedure went off without a hitch and I feel way better! They prioritized my comfort and did an exemplary job. They have certainly gained a returning patient with me!

I’ve been coming here since around January and each visit has been great! I’ve had to get a fair amount of work done, but I’ve never felt any pain during them, and the staff is fantastic! From the friendly woman at the front desk, to my dentist, to my dental assistant; everyone is so kind. I just lost my insurance after my birthday, but I’ll be making sure to get on a plan that allows me to come back to them :)

My first visit today was great. This practice was bought out at the beginning of the year. I was welcomed in--the office was clean and efficient. I sat right down, and they used a much better X-ray system than other providers. I have a small mouth and didn't get cut once!

The dentist came in and was very friendly. He asked about my goals, what I needed, and the importance of different things. He then sent in the hygienist, and she was so kind and gentle. She was also very knowledgeable about the insurance process and explained everything clearly.

I'm actually excited that they're so close to my house. Highly recommend--15/10!

Jill, who did the cleaning, was very efficient and very compassionate since I had a situation where I had to go to the bathroom several times. The same thing is true of Dr Lange, who did a filling AND the first extraction in my 73 years of life. To say I was anxious is a huge understatement but they were outstanding and I highly recommend Axis.

More than a month after treatment, I am still in pain from the injection of novocaine. I've never had a dentist hurt me before. This one will never do it again.

Dr. Tan has been taking care of my family for about 8-9 years now. Two of my kids are adults now, Dr. Tan always remembers them & asks about them. He knows your teeth! LOL.

I have VCD (breathing issue). He is very patient with me.

This is the best experience I've had with a dentist in like 20 years. Dr. Tan genuinely cares about your teeth and is honest( which is very rare with dentists). he takes his time to explain everything to you and educate you further on teeth cleaning and the importance of it.
