I had a terrible experience with Intermountain Healthcare Endocrinology on Oct 27, 2025, with Wardon Ojedapo, PA-C. My appointment was originally in July, then rescheduled twice before finally happening in October. A staff member gave me the wrong suite number over the phone, so I spent time looking for the right office and arrived 7 minutes late for my 8:00 a.m. appointment.
Even though the waiting room was nearly empty, Wardon PA-C refused to see me, saying I had missed the 5-minute grace period which I was never told about. The receptionist was cold and dismissive, and I had driven 60 miles from Pahrump for this appointment. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I’ve never been treated this way by any healthcare provider. Patients deserve compassion and understanding not punishment for a staff error.

Dr. Kita is GREAT ENDOCRINOLOGIST. Sadly, she's leaving. Took me since early December 2024 to mid - July 2025 to get some help! Nurse practitioner not up to speed + delayed my treatment by months. Still LONG WAIT to see doctor in endocrinology + HAVEN'T started any Osteoporosis treatment yet! Not very happy with ENTIRE situation.

My experience is always fantastic with the Endocrinology Department run by the GOAT Dr. Nana kittah and her team/ Vanessa.
Dr. Kittah will be sorely missed. She is professional, empathetic, diligent problem solver. And she covers, my type 1 diabetes, Graves & Hashimotos and my Osteoporosis. She thoroughly reviews my lab results and makes the necessary changes. There is and never will be another Dr. Kittah.
If I could clone her, I would.

As always, the staff at the Endocrinology Clinic was friendly, professional and took the time to put me at ease while collecting my current medical data needed for Dr. Nana Kittah. Dr. Kittah has been my endocrinologist for several years and I was sad to hear she is taking some time off from her practice. I can only hope that my new doctor is as thorough as she was. Her last appointment with me was just as great as always whereas she ordered the much needed tests for my new doctor which saved time for me and him.

I am disappointed that Dr. Kittah is leaving the practice. I see this as a reflection on senior management, administrative and clinical, to not address her issues which seems to me to be an easy fix. This is coming from a person with fifteen years of management experience in healthcare.

My sister is 8 months pregnant and has been trying to get an appointment here for several months now per the request of her OBGYN. Before she is even able to make an appointment here they want certain bloodwork done. Okay, that's fine, so she gets the requested work done and calls back. They request different bloodwork. Slightly frustrated, my sister obliges after confirming that is the only thing they need. She goes through the additional effort to acquire the requested results and calls back to finally schedule her appointment. Now they're saying they don't even need the work they just requested, they want different results that she already got, but this time with a few additional details. At this point she is just weeks away from delivering her first born and is still in the dark about possible risks or complications she could be facing because of this office's lack of care, concern, and competence. They have not shown up appropriately and their inconsideration and flippant attitude towards the matter and her well-being are more than unprofessional and off-putting. They didn't just fail at providing information her OBGYN deemed important for a safe delivery, but they've successfully added stress and confusion to the matter as well. Really need to get organized guys. This is not a good look and you're hurting instead of helping.
She would have gone somewhere else by now, but the one star can count towards their ability to answer a phone when few others have been able to, apparently.

Janica Trice is one of the best Doctors I have EVER had, and I’m 73 years old, why??? Because she listened to me, we actually had a conversation about me, and she was not staring at the computer or note pad , there was eye contact, and she had answers to my Questions. The medical society needs more like her. She treats the WHOLE person.

Dr Nana Kittah MD was horrible to me.
I've been battling thyroid for over 10yrs.
Dr Kittah tells me that I'm fine & will be alright.
When I ask about lab work & why are my results are showing issues..
Dr Kittah again said, nothing to worry about.
I ask for more in depth testing. My neck is swollen & sore. I have several issues & recent lab work all shows proof that I have thyroid issues.
Dr Kittah refused & said I don't need them. She advised I continue on a very low dose of levothyroxine. That I will be alright ; no need for me to worry.
Nope not gonna work - I demand better care & more testing. I advised dr Kittah that she needs to stop gaslighting people.
Finally dr Kittah upped my meds - to the next small mg.
These drs need to do better.

Today July 11 2023 I go to another endo dr - That dr said ; that I needed more in depth testing & upped my medication. He listened to me. He understands. He will be taking over my care.

First I made appt in Sept 2022 for Feb.8 2023. They changed my appt to 9th I had to cancell. Now they cancelled my appt July 26 saying the dr won't be in office with no notice!!.
