Don't go here, even if you have a case and your attorney gives you a referral for here, ask your attorney for another clinic. The mental care that work here are not professional or ethical. I can't go into details or they'll get my review removed. Just know the only decent people here are the receptionists, it's sad, disappointing, and a shame. I recommend the Relevium Pain Specialists on Fort Apache for attorney referrals, that group is phenomenally professional and skilled. But not this Baumann clinic.

I'll forever be grateful for Dr Baumann and her great team. I truly believe that this amazing woman saved my life, for 3 years she has been a big support and help during my darkest time 🙏🏼 she will listen to you like no one else, she understands your pain and will help you overcome your fears. I'm not 100% who I was before my incident, but I'm definitely ony way there thanks to her. Dr Baumann is not only my doctor, she's my savior. During this time I've seen multiple doctors, and she's the only one who makes me feel safe and that she truly cares. Thank you Dr Baumann

The staff is nice enough but this isn’t the place for me. They make you take a ridiculous amount of tests that frustrated me because I was already in a sensitive state. Then they let you talk to the therapist for 20-30min. And this is all after you’ve likely waited 30-40 minutes in the waiting room. They scheduled me for a time when my therapist was at lunch once so I had to wait until he decided to come back (late). The second time I went for my appointment they had me listen to ocean sounds in a dark cubicle while the employee chatted to the patient next to me. At least if I am paying hundred of dollars for a session of ocean waves and noises it would have been nice to at least hear them. Then back to the waiting room to wait on my therapist. To my shock it was a completely different person this time. Needless to say I had to like tell my whole story and relive my accident trauma all over again. I am not comfortable nor happy with paying $500 a session to listen to music and barely even talk to a therapist plus be shuffled around from whoever can see you to whoever it will be. This place to me isn’t a real therapy center, it’s really just another company looking to line their pockets off someone else’s tragedy. I don’t recommend

Very unprofessional psychologist you end up feeling worse than you started i don’t recommend Janet bauman to anyone the rest of the office staff very helpful and make you feel welcomed but Janet has a very bad attitude and doesn’t care for your treatment. You end up leaving with dog hair on your clothes and she doesn’t even offer to lend a lint brush and tells client at the end of treatment have a nice life when asking for a copy of records .
