I have been going Bella Smiles since 2009. Doc is one of the best denist in the city. He is quite knowledgeable on the area of dentistry, and when it's something you need that he wants you to get the best treatment thar he may not specialize in he will refer you and follow up with the referral. He is highly professional but personable, he cares about your dental needs. He is not money focused he develops dental plans that is most economical without sacrificing the excellent care that is needed. I think the most important thing I can say is you can trust his skill, his knowledge and experience but most of all you can trust the person. In getting healthcare in dental work that is crucial. Now he has a wonderful team as well, dental assistant, Hygienist and office personnel. If you are looking for some of things I referenced in this review, for your dental experience then Bella Smiles should be a place you should consider and try. If you’re an out of towner in Las Vegas like me, you really can’t afford to roll the dice on your teeth!
I needed an emergency dentist in Las Vegas while visiting from out of town and found Dr Aseem Chawla at Bella Smiles. He was able to see me at short notice, which was a huge help.
Dr Aseem was straight up and reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. There were no surprises, including with the cost. A big relief when you’re a long way from a winning streak! 😂
The team were great too. Really down to earth, friendly and with plenty of good banter. It made what could have been a pretty stressful situation a whole lot easier.
You can gamble at the casino, roll the dice and take your chances at the tables.
But don’t gamble on your teeth. Trust me! If you’re visiting Las Vegas and need an emergency dentist, I’d have no hesitation recommending Dr Aseem Chawla and the team at Bella Smiles.

About 20 years ago, I chipped my front tooth. A different dentist repaired it, but the tooth always felt a little too thick and wasn’t quite even. It was still durable, so I learned to live with it.

About four years ago, another dentist redid the repair, but unfortunately it looked even worse and eventually fell out.

I recently went to Dr. Chawla, and it was by far the best experience I’ve had. The repair looks incredibly natural—it doesn’t feel bulky, it’s perfectly even, and you can’t even tell my tooth was ever chipped. The attention to detail made a huge difference.

On top of that, the entire office staff is warm, friendly, and makes the practice feel genuinely welcoming. I’m extremely happy with my experience and can confidently say I’ve finally found my dentist.

More importantly, though, is the level of care and transparency Dr. Chawla provides. He genuinely takes care of his patients and always communicates treatment plans honestly and clearly. **Veneers done by Dr. Chawla 10 years ago and they still look great! I wanted a very natural, but very perfect smile at the same time and I believe he delivered excellently! I had no interest in getting veneers until I had saw a girl with the most beautiful teeth and she explained that she had had her teeth done by Doctor Chowla at Bella Smiles. Outstanding services. Dr.Chawla and staff at Bella Smiles has always treated me with the utmost care. When I moved to Las Vegas I had previously had some dental work done in Chicago from a fall that needed attention as the two front teeth were giving me problems. After an exam and x-rays it was decided by Dr. Chawla that a root canal was needed as the nerves were dying and needed to be removed. I had never had a root canal and was nervous about the procedure but his top dental assistant Raji, assured me that it would be a pain free procedure and I had nothing to worry about. She was compassionate and understanding and didn’t dismiss concerns. Once the procedure was completed, the pain was gone and I’ve never had problems with that tooth again. I have referred several family members from California and Texas to Bella Smiles, and they will always be my go-to dental practice when I travel to Las Vegas. I've been having some coordination issues with this practice and was at my wits end with them. However, Dr. Chawla and his great staff were there to sort it all out. I heard the full story and they are simply having management company issues that are being resolved, not to their fault. The ex mgmt co has made the transition process extremely painful for Dr. Chawla and his team. Dr. Chawla has been very accommodating to his patients and to his team. You can tell he puts patients and his team first and is doing what's right to get back on track. Not only is he a good business owner, but a good person as well. Recently had multiple work done on my teeth including Dr Aseem saving a tooth that I was told by other dentist couldn’t be saved and would need a very costly implant. Aswell as saving me a huge amount of money in costs, i was made to feel very welcome and understanding of my fears and needs. The whole staff are very friendly and I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr.Aseem Chawla was highly recommended to me by several Friends of mine for cosmetic veneers, and dentistry, I had my veneers done overseas by a different dentist , After returning back to the US my bite was off , The contact was lobsided , the grooves needed adjustment , eating was frustrating , for weeks I had plans to go back to the original dentist to have them fixed / molars removed ...
I decided as the last resort before going back to see Dr. Chawla..
Within five minutes of him having a look, and his team doing some quick X-rays , he knew exactly what the issue was...
20 mins in his chair , he was able to re-shape , re-groove , and correct my bite to perfection!
He was patient. He was precise., His confidence in what he was doing, made me feel comfortable, and we were able to fix the issue seamlessly.

The only negative was me finding out how laughable my dental insurance coverage is, which has nothing to do with them other than the fact they pointed it out. I have been going here for many many years. The past couple of years it's been out of habit and the hygienist more so then the dentist. It appears the staffing changes constantly and there is confusion in the office. Also they try to up sale too much and last visit billed my insurance for work I did not get done. Time for me to move on. Also, it's the 1st time I have ever seen a doctor or dentist have a post size photo of themself on the waiting room walls. 😳 Time for me to move on.
