Been bringing my daughter here since she was an infant and we love our experiences at Bernstein Pediatrics. The nurses are very helpful and kind with kids and parents. Best in town hands down.

NOT IMPRESSED BY THE NEW OFFICE STAFF THERE… Front desk doesn’t seem to be very welcoming anymore.. front desk rushes your phone calls when you are calling to ask questions. And puts you on hold for forever, cuts you off in the middle of talking. Paper work is just here hurry fill this out. No manners not welcoming like when the originals were there.. not sure they truly know what they are doing.. especially considering this is pediatric care.. back office was okay but it starts with the front.. I’m going to look for another doctor which is very saddening since our family has been going there for almost 20 years. MD sends you off for more testing before anything is done and prescriptions take forever to now get sent over. Also they are asking me questions as if they don’t have a file on him that’s about 5000 pages long. Considering my child has severe asthma you think they would know common sense questions. Communication here is horrible between team members. I am beyond upset! So yes they are getting a 1 star for lack of more than one thing. Make sure you call before you go to the pharmacy as they said we had 5 but yet only 1 was sent. Also make sure you are at the correct location as they have 2 now.

Made an appointment to get vaccines and when the day came they were all out of vaccines total waste of time!! Very disappointed a lot has changed with the office been coming here since I was a kid very unorganized and unprofessional now 🥲

I felt the need to comment due to someone mentioning his hearing aid, although I no longer go here because I moved Dr Bernstein was the first and only doctor to hear that my sons heart sounded abnormal he was already about 5 ! And had a pediatrician before him but we went to the heart specialist and all was well his heart just whistled very grateful but don’t let the hearing aid fool you he’s a very good doctor and my children never needed to be naked I don’t know why any other child would have needed that.
