Excellent experience at this dentist office. Hygienist, Hope Mary was thorough, patient, friendly and efficient. She explained everything she was doing from start to finish and graciously answered all of my questions along the way. Dr. Bruno came in for my exam very shortly after my cleaning was done so I barely had to wait, which was greatly appreciated. He was also professional and thorough.

Update 9/22/2026 - I continue to go to this practice, now that it has changed to be Berry Family Dental and it remains a great choice for my dental needs. Tongue almost cut off❗️

I’ll try to keep this short. I tried to research a great place to go and ended up choosing the worse.

Main window receptionist always has and attitude. She’s rude in person and over the phone.

My experience here had me worried about my safety during procedures and cleanliness is very questionable. One example of many is someone needing help finding a tool and the other person using their bare hands to shuffle through the tools that’s being screwed on to go in my mouth.

As a new patient my first visit was awful. The dentist didn’t greet or communicate with me. After the procedure I figured I’d try to talk to him about my concerns looked up and he was gone. Didn’t say a word just left. And that was my experience with him for the rest of my visit. I might as well have been a test dummy in the chair.

Another thing that stands out was a DH using a big smelly wand to scan my tooth but clunking it around in my mouth hitting the rest of my teeth as if I was a test dummy. It was painful. I thought she was going to knock my teeth out.

I dreaded going to this place. I unfortunately decided to finish a tooth that was already partially done .

My last time going gave me anxiety and I had a bad feeling. After my crown was done I had to go back because it was so bad. Horrible horrible work. Also, I was told my crown was $600. It was actually $400.

I went back to get my crown fixed and my tongue was almost cut off. During atempted buffing a piece of tool fell off or broke off in my mouth and was put back on. The attempted buffing of my crown continued and immediately there was an explosion in my mouth. All I felt was pain and blood. It was so traumatizing.

The dentist said well I can’t sew your tongue up.
They told me to come back in 2 weeks (never)
The dentist of course didn’t care and showed me that from start.

I tried getting one of the complementary waters to help with the blood but it was none there and they didn’t offer.

I was litterally on my own.

Also, the day I got my crown after talking amongst each other they left me without saying a word. 10 minutes go by. I’m thinking something was wrong. I finally stop someone and learned that they were preparing the crown and I’d be in the chair for about 20 minutes. Why walk away without telling me that. But like I said the dentist didn’t communicate, show concern or care about why I came there in the first place.

Such a horrifying and awful experience. This dentist should retire. He does not care about his patients or maybe it was just me.

I was left with a cut tongue and bad crown that I still can’t chew on. It’s so uncomfortable

I called Dr. Berry’s office because I had pain in my jaw and up the side of my head. They didn’t hesitate to get me an appointment. Excellent dental experience, Dr. Bruno is friendly, straight forward and thorough. The Receptionist and assistants were peasant and did a good job. Note: It would be helpful if the assistants and hygienists would introduce themselves when they enter the room. I had no idea if they were the dentist or someone else until the Doctor came in and introduced himself

Dr Bruno assured me he could do a Maryland bridge. His staff contacted a lab and was top they could do it as well, I went through the process at the VA, their Dentest said that I was a good candidate for the Maryland bridge and approved my request to have it done. I contacted Dr Bruno’s office several times over a two week period and was told each time they were waiting for the word from the VA. I finally went to the office and was told Dr Bruno told the VA a Maryland bridge was inappropriate in my case and was seeking approval to do a more traditional bridge. All of this was going on without my knowledge. I didn’t ask or want a traditional bridge but Dr Bruno proceeded to seek approval from the VA without consulting me.

Note: I needed a new Maryland bridge due to an over zealous hygienist at this office digging cleaning tools into the edges of the bridge.

Dr Bruno has been our family dentist for close to 20 years. When we retired and moved to Las Vegas, we needed to find a new dentist. After several less than happy appointments elsewhere, we were referred to Dr Bruno by friends. The main reason we selected him was he created crowns in his office as you waited. This beat other places that installed a temporary crown and then you waited a month or more to get your permanent crown. Over the years, he has guided us through braces, teeth implants, TMJ, and crowns. His office is alway spotless and his staff is friendly, professional, and competent. Very irresponsible.. The front desk receptionist not doing her job , she doesn’t care.. When I came , she was like the hygienist is gone your appointment is 3pm… Like the way he talk put a blame on you.. Where I showed my appointment reminder at 3:30 and 3:45 … and when she figured out what happened, she never apologized for what happened whether it’s her fault or not…She told me she called but she never did.. I hold my I phone every second that day and never received any calls .. May be she called a different number or customer because she is not taking seriously with her job and she never did call me I’m willing to pull out the record from my provider..they had to investigate the calls she made and the time spent..She’s not fit to her work , disorganized, rude, blaming you for not doing her job… Above all, I showed my appointment confirmation that the appointment is at 3:30/3:45 not 3pm.. Waste of time.. Very very upset…!

I moved to the area about 8 months ago. I ended up with a dental issue that I wanted looked at right away. I called the office as a new patient and they got me in on the next business day. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. I have had clear choice dentures installed. It took a year for the process to complete. The new teeth do not fit, do not come together and cannot chew soft foods. I have found out you can get used to swallowing food whole. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bruno for years. He is always very thorough and willing to explain everything that is going on with my teeth. The technology he uses in his office really helps with this process. There is a decent sized computer screen attached to the wall in front of each dental chair which allows the patient to view all of their own pictures and X-rays of their teeth. Dr. Bruno also makes the crowns in-house so that he can modify them to fit perfectly in your mouth. Another added bonus is that you don’t have to come back for an additional visit, like in your other dental offices where they send crowns out to be made. For my most recent visit I had broke a tooth earlier in the day. When I called the office about it, they were able to squeeze me in on the same day to get it checked out and create a plan to fix the problem. Many offices are not this flexible and I completely appreciate Dr. Bruno and his team for their continued professional service and care for their patients.

The entire staff of this office are amazing. Front desk staff are friendly and make you feel like family. I’ve experienced a few different hygienists throughout the years and they all are professional and accommodating especially to specific needs such as sensitivity and fear of procedures etc. Dr. Bruno

I love these people! My family and have been coming here for a while! I trust them so much, I knew they were the right choice for my 4 year old, who is terrified of the dentist. I was so nervous before the appointment, but as soon as Jennifer came out I knew I had nothing to worry about. She calmly explained each tool she had in front of him and let him feel/use them gently. That was the key to calming him down and it was a breeze. When he left he actually said "I want to come here every day!!" The entire staff here is amazing especially Mary Anne, Jen and of course Dr. Bruno. They are really always looking out for what's best. They truly care about you here!!

Have been going to Dr Bruno’s office for about 15 years. Staff are friendly. Dental work has always been great and Dr Bruno is very personable. When my son fell off my insurance the office offered a plan for $300 dollars per year that covered 3 teeth cleanings and xrays. Would recommend to all.
