The therapist was great but I will never be back due to their lack in scheduling coordination, my appt had been canceled by the therapist herself due to having an event already scheduled and they message me the day before still talking about how it’s scheduled and I’ll have to pay a late fee. Well guess what there are plenty of therapists in the area to use and if you even remotely try to charge my card I will dispute the charge. Also Ava figure out what you’re doing because you sent me two different times my appointment was apparently scheduled for. Seems like you guys don’t know what you’re doing.

Linda did my assessment and we laughed through most of it. She was funny and caring and I just loved her. Daniel my therapist is so down to earth and intelligent and again I just him. I love Rachel saenz! I've been struggling to get a wheelchair, help with medications and just for a doctor to understand my health conditions and help me understand as well as not pushing pain meds on me... She came to me so I wouldn't struggle to get there, Ita rare to find a physician that still have emotions and understanding now days. So compassionate, I am so blessed!!!

I want to share my experience because I believe people seeking mental-health services deserve to know how they may be treated.

To be clear, I had no issue with my therapist. My session went well, and he had already scheduled my next appointment and handled my checkout. Unfortunately, my experience with the front-office staff afterward was very upsetting.

As I was already walking to my car, the receptionist called after me about my appointment and checkout. Instead of approaching me calmly, she raised her voice so I could hear her. Another woman then came outside and asked me to come back inside because they needed to figure something out.

The interaction became increasingly uncomfortable. The woman spoke negatively about my therapist in front of me, saying that he does not do his job correctly and forgets to check patients out and schedule their next appointments. I had never experienced that issue with him.

I was then asked for a code and told that my next appointment would be canceled. I had just finished a therapy session and was already emotionally overwhelmed, so being spoken to in this manner was extremely upsetting. I became so uncomfortable that I was crying.

I contacted the person who had originally referred me to this clinic, and she could hear the interaction. She tried to help clarify whether there had been a mistake with the paperwork. I was shown something on the clinic’s computer system that I did not understand because I am not an employee and am unfamiliar with their system.

When I politely asked the woman for her name, she responded, “I AM THE OWNER.” When I asked again, she said, “I AM THE OWNER AND THAT’S THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO KNOW,” and closed the door.

Afterward, she called the staff into the back and left me standing alone in the lobby.

I ultimately asked for everything to be canceled because I no longer felt comfortable continuing with this clinic.

The problem was not that there may have been a scheduling or paperwork issue. Mistakes happen. The problem was how I was treated while trying to resolve it.

A mental-health clinic should be a place where patients feel respected, safe, heard, and treated with compassion—especially immediately after a therapy session. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Well, I was gonna let this go until someone from your staff called me. Asked me, "how things were?" When I was honest with them, I was met with her just trying to talk over me and ultimately didn't listen to what I had to say.

Our first day, was met with a lie. Right off the bat. First huge red flag, especially working with children. You can't do that and expect a child to fully trust the counselor. My son and I know the difference between a "emotional support dog" &
A "service animal" the dog was whimpering and not portraying the characteristics of a service animal. My son even looked at me in the meeting and was very taken back. Her words "dont worry, the dog is my service animal." We asked her, " what service does is provided?"

You could see she wasn't ready for that question. Her response " oh well it's not a service animal, it's a emotional support animal." Huge difference. I love dogs, that's not issue or the dogs behavior. It was the fact that the first conversation we had with the therapist was a complete lie.

Secondly, if you look on the walls of the office they " offer" workshops for multiple different things such as. Anger management, marriage counseling and things of this nature. When I acquired about the anger management workshop and the sober group.... They aren't actually happening. I was told I could enroll then would be reached out to when they were actually running.

Ultimately my son ended up seeing her a couple of more times but didn't trust continue at your office. I wasn't gonna leave this review but when you call someone and ask them how things are going. You wait for them to finish, you don't talk over them. Basic communication skills. Good luck

TLDR:
1. To anyone who's seeing this clinic based on a program that gives free therapy sessions: Double check that the therapist you're seeing is indeed in the program, or you'll get screwed over like I did.
2. Good luck trying to get your LOA paperwork on time. I spent about 2 months waiting and was on the road to being fired from their miscommunication.
3. The therapists and front staff are great people. I can't say the same for their bosses (again I'm sorry I really am bad with names so this is only to the higher-ups that know who I'm referring to)
4. Director prioritize their profits over your mental wellbeing. I got kicked out of the middle of a session to take a phone call from the director so she can tell me the therapist I was seeing wasn't part of the free program and that I had to pay for the previous sessions when she knew I couldn't afford it.
5. My 2 stars go to Ofelia for going above and beyond for me and the front desk staff were nice and polite too.

This place has helped me while at the same time had me mentally spiraling. Ofelia helped me a lot with what I was going through and I will forever be grateful to her. But having such bad communication with the clinic as a whole when it came to dealing with my Leave of Absence paperwork put me on the verge of almost getting fired because they took almost two months to do it properly. I had free therapy sessions I could go to at first but after that I had to stop because I couldn't afford to pay for it. I was able to get them again with the clinics help so I scheduled an appointment with Ofelia.

In the middle of our session, we get interrupted by the front desk attendant saying the director was on the line and wanted to talk to me. She didn't want to wait until after the session so I had to go talk on the phone at the lobby. She tells me that Ofelia wasn't part of the program offering free sessions so I would have to pay for the sessions that I had with her. I was already struggling financially and my head wasn't in the right place especially pulling me out in the middle of breaking down so I lost it and had a breakdown while she continued talking. There was no empathy, no sense of attentiveness or sensitivity to my situation. I know she wasn't aware of what my currently financial struggle was that I was just talking to Ofelia about. But regardless, she's aware that the only reason why I could even be there was because of the free therapy sessions and I needed help badly. I don't understand and can't wrap my mind around how someone in her position, as a director of the clinic and working in an industry where mental health is a top priority, will force a patient out of the middle of a session to just tell them I can't have that session and that I need to pay for past sessions that neither I or Ofelia didn't know wasn't part of the free program. At that moment all I could hear was the voice of a person out of touch with their humanity and only money focused. The same problems we're all struggling with now with how greedy corporations are getting and they will show no mercy even when they know you're struggling. And this was the worst case scenario that I experienced: Because not only did I have to experience it at one of my lowest points in my life, it had to be in what was supposed to be a place that was supposed to help with your mental health.

The cherry on top of the situation is that even though Ofelia had tried to give me the session for free, I recently looked into my health insurance claims and saw that I was billed directly from the Director Linda Curtis herself for that session. To me it just looks like it doesn't matter how much they see/hear I'm suffering, they're not going to forego any money they can gain. The previous claims on my insurance were billed under the Beyond Expectations' company name but this one specifically she billed under her name so it feels personal. If that doesn't tell me where her priorities are at, then I don't know what does.

I don't know if I want to go back there. I appreciate Ofelia a lot but shame on their director.

By reading previous reviews, I know I’m not the only patient that they are giving a hard time to provide me with my medical records which is my right to have them. I have requested them since 08/05/2025, received an email from Linda Curtis on 08/15/2025, where she was questioning why I needed them. I gave them my reasonings, however, I never heard back from her. Every time I called and ask to speak with her, they would say she is “not available.” After speaking with Cynthia who assured me it will be sent to my email within 24 hours which was a complete LIE. I decided to go in person and then Cynthia told me there is a 60 dollar fee and it will take 5-7 business days. I wanted a whole month to be said there is a fee and I had to wait again. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. This place has only given me more stress.

I just transferred to this office, but so far I am loving the service that I've been receiving with Beyond Expectations. I just had an appointment with Amara my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and I like the help I've been getting with this office, I'm happy with the choice that I made.

I have my therapy appointment next week, and I can't wait to start therapy next week. This is a great office, and I'm happy to be here. I'm happy to belong to Beyond Expectations. A very nice office, and I look forward to seeing how far I come by going here. I'm still new at this office, I just transferred here. But I love the support that I'm getting here, and I feel like I'm growing here. I like how they don't give up on you, they push you to be your best and to believe in yourself. I feel like I'm getting stronger inside and I like belonging to a place where I can learn, and Beyond Expectations is definitely giving me the space and an outlet to learn. I love to study and I like that my love for learning is being supported. I can't wait to see how far I come from being here. But I do enjoy being here.

I went in to pick up my FMLA paperwork, which I had already paid $60 for. When I asked for the original signed document (knowing a fax only takes a few minutes), the director refused, told me I could not have it, and then ripped up my paperwork in front of me. She escalated the situation by calling 911 and making false accusations that I would not leave. This was incredibly unprofessional and stressful, especially since I needed the paperwork for my job. Destroying documents I paid for and interfering with my FMLA rights is unacceptable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who needs reliable or respectful service.

Let this serve as a cautionary. I came to Beyond Expectation via my Employee Assistance Program, seeking help. I was seen by staff therapists, who were very helpful. But everything went wrong from there.

I required paperwork for a return to work, and for short term disability while I was out. Linda Curtis would NOT submit the requested paperwork, nor send it to me despite repeated requests in writing and by phone. The front end staff passed on messages to her, saying they weren't allowed to give me records unless she signed off on it. She did not return messages, emails, or phone calls, or give me the required paperwork. Deadlines passed because she would not release my records. A lot of staff quit. You'll see their reviews here on Google, too. I literally had to fly back to Las Vegas to get my records in person at the office. I had already been through so much and Linda Curtis just made it worse.

Additionally, she overcharged me-- she wasn't supposed to charge outside of the allowed amount as contracted (double billing) with my insurance, and I'd met my annual deductible so there shouldn't have been a bill, period. Additionally, she didn't provide an itemized bill as requested, but took payment from a credit card on file. The Department of Public Welfare might be interested in auditing Beyond Expectations.

Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews left by paid employees. Look at the ones from actual patients. Find another provider. You shouldn't have to deal with *this* when you're already in crisis. You deserve someone who won't treat you like Linda Curtis when you're already down.

When I scheduled my appointment everyone that answered the phone seemed very helpful! They had an appointment for the next day but I had to book it for the following week! Jaime was super helpful and understood my situation and was super polite! She explained that there was 2 parts and that they were both long! The fist one was 2 hours and the following one was 4 hours! I showed up and everything seemed fine! I was there for an Autism assessment that’s all! I talked to Ryan Stanley the therapist there, who was supper polite and understanding of why I was there! He would not force me or ask me questions that didn’t follow the reason I was there for in the first place! After talking to him I took a questionnaire that was almost 500 questions! They made me feel comfortable by explaining everything and telling me that there were snacks and drinks if I needed them! I left thinking I was done so I called the following week to ask for my results! This was the first time I asked if I could personally get my results! That’s when they told me I had to request them through email or write a letter to request my results! I emailed them and was told there was a fee for my results! I understand that it takes a bit to get them all together! I called to mention that I had sent an email! Jaime answered and told me I still needed to complete the second part so I scheduled that appointment! I met Linda Curtis who was there to complete the second evaluation for my Autism Assessment to get a diagnosis! She was polite and made me feel comfortable and was very helpful which was an act I later found out! I finished the assignment/evaluation! I asked when I get the results and she said she would start working on it right away! That’s when the problem started! I would call and be told that they would relay the message to Curtis! I waited a couple days and then call again and would get a different person who would say they would send her a message! I would call or text and get the same response! Eventually my calls and texts were being ignored! I would call and she would answer and as soon as I would say who I was she would say “oh let me direct the call to her” and then it would ring and say the person you are trying to teach at extension whatever is unavailable! I would text them saying my therapist wanted the results and l would give her information to Beyond Expectations and nothing! Eventually they blocked my phone number! Someone who claimed to be higher up said he would email my therapist the results! Finally my therapist was sent the results but beyond expectations refused to send the results to me personally! I seen my therapist and found out they did a psychological evaluation and not an autism evaluation! They still had refuse to give me my results, they even verified my email with and told me that they would talk to Curtis and nothing! I would call and they would ignore me! I blocked my number and I called again Jamie answered and told me that should would talk to Curtis and find out what happened! I called a week later for Curtis to answer! After asking if I would like to leave a message for Jaime I said yes! Once Curtis heard my name I was told “ this is Dr. Curtis how can I help you” after a couple of times explaining to her that I would like to keep it between the 2 she said “Oh you won’t be talking to Jaime” I was only trying to talk to Jaime and keep my business in a small circle! As I explained over and over that I had no intention to talk to Curtis she told me she was the big boss and owner of Beyond Expectations that everything went through her! I still decided to decline to talk the issue over with Curtis! After several times of declining I thanked her for answering my phone call and I hung up! All this in the span of 1 month! Do not trust Beyond Expectations for your Evaluations and Assessments unless you deal with everyone else besides Linda T. Curtis! Best wishes in your healing journey and your expectations with this company!

My daughter first started in Oct. Each & every time we arrived, if the front desk had someone there to check in with, they’d ask to run the card on file, I’d say Yes! In December, we arrived for a 9am session the office was locked and lights off. The therapist was also locked out as no one arrived to open. Over the next few months I witnessed the owner/head woman speak to staff and clients unprofessionally. The only reason we continued was because we liked the therapist. Come mid-March I received an email and text showing our appointment was changed from our needed time without first consulting me, the parent of a child with anxiety. After texting, calling and leaving messages, a young lady called me back. She said she wasn’t sure what was happening but we had a huge past due balance. This was the first time I heard ANYTHING about it as I had alway assumed they were running the card as they said. I cleared it up there and then. On the last day of the month of March we arrived at my daughter’s final appointment. There was clearly ongoing confusion how much the insurance was covering so I asked could we wait as I believed we owed less than $30. The young lady at the desk said sure. In the meantime, we became aware that the therapist was leaving, therefore we would not be back. I made that clear to the owner who joined the front desk lady. The following week we were scheduled for an appointment. I called and left a message that we weren’t scheduled nor would we be back. The day after that appointment I noticed my credit was run, WITHOUT my consent for the final appointment we did attend and the appointment the day before the charges hit, totaling $240. I called the office for the next few days leaving numerous messages and finally called my credit card company to report. Neither were authorized, one wasn’t an attended appointment as we didn’t make it and the other charge was not sent to my insurance but bill fully to me. This is a terrible practice and fully understand why the turnover was high in the 6 months we were there.

I would never recommend Beyond Expectations. When I first started, I had an amazing therapist who truly helped me, but she abruptly left with no explanation. I was bounced around between the director and other staff trying to figure out what happened, and then got assigned a new therapist who spent more time talking about her own personal life than helping me with mine. It felt like I was giving therapy, not receiving it. On top of that, they constantly added unexpected charges and seemed more focused on getting money than actually supporting mental health. Worst of all, I gave them my ADA paperwork two months in advance so I could keep my job, but they never submitted it by my job’s June 6 deadline. Because of their negligence, I lost my job while struggling with my mental health and missing work days. This place made my situation worse instead of better, and I would strongly advise anyone to go somewhere else for therapy.

My experience started off good, then turned sour quickly. My therapist was ok. Her name was Regina. Sometimes she talked more about her life and things going on than mine. But as I stated she was ok. The office is where the problem lied. They do not accept my insurance, kept canceling my appt, wouldn’t call me to let me know, wouldn’t call about anything. When they tried to say I missed an appt and owe $60 they made sure to call . Which I did not owe and got cleared up. Beyond Expectations is exactly as its name states. The staff are always welcoming and kind. They have a spacious waiting area for families of patients with toys, snacks, couches, etc. They offer group classes for a variety of topics too. My son sees Ryan and he is absolutely phenomenal. He has been with him for 3 years now and we recently decided our other son should see him too just in case we are missing anything and/or if there are things he doesn’t feel comfortable talking to us about. Beyond Expectations truly feels like the safest place to bring your kids for mental well being! For us it is well worth the 30 minute drive!

Over the past year I have been trying to get reimbursed because yall made me pay fully before the services was rendered, which would be fine, but yall went and ran my insurance and they paid you too. I want my refund. If yall just had took my initial payment and not run my insurance(or vice versa) this wouldnt be an issue. YALL DOUBLE DIPPING! Therapist Ryan was great however I had to stop my sessions due to their office doing billing errors. Ive tried to have this resolved and keep getting told I will have a call back and never happens.

Now when I call, no one ever picks up. Wish your office team had higher level of service.

Update 2/7: Clinical director finally called (at 8pm this evening) to state their staff made an error scheduling us without ever confirming insurance benefits. After I attempted to explain further and solve the issue the director became frustrated and told me how well their staff performed despite stating their staff made a major error. Be weary of billing with this company.

1/31 update after response: ask yourself why does a company need someone to call 13 times to get an issue resolved? Your team never contacted us back and continued to state they would.. not to mention your director easily got frustrated and ended the call.

I hope your customers see how a "professional" business responds to these open forum comments. Again be weary and stay away. Not worth it.

I spent $800 for an assessment just to never receive the results. After waiting for Linda to “get them ready” for several months. Please, I urge you not to make the same mistake that I did by trusting Linda Curtis and BeyondExpectation with your health and well-being. Losing this type of support by being ignored via phone and email while at risk of self harm and substance abuse (ALL WHILE NEVER GETTING A SERVICE I PAID TIME AND MONEY FOR) was terrible. Find someone else please.

Rocio is my daughter’s therapist and she is absolutely amazing. Really sweet. Very nice and my daughter instantly became comfortable with her. She was very helpful from day 1. Front desk is very nice and helpful. They really helped me set up everything to our convenience. They worked really fast making sure they were able to get me in as they knew the importance of our situation. I am so grateful for the rapid response. They have a great area for kids to feel comfortable with games and things to draw. They also have a couch and a tv, snacks and my daughter loves to draw while she waits. Everything is so clean and tidy.

I would like to bring up an important issue regarding our recent conversations. During our latest discussion on 9/5/2024], I felt that the tone was once again very sarcastic and unprofessional, similar to previous interactions we've had. The passive-aggressive remarks create a difficult environment and make it challenging to address matters constructively.

I’m more than willing to discuss this further if needed and find a solution that helps improve your live of communication. Also, when speaking with the Owner, her tone and sarcasm can really piss someone off

When we first arrived to the appointment, they had us waiting for an hour. One of the patients opened the door. We first waited 20 minutes then we waited another 20 minutes until I had to blow their phone up for them to come out and get us come to find out, the appointment was never made and documented on their end but gave is an appt time and date to come in.

If this was the owner that I was speaking with the type of Tone that she carries in the type of way that she speaks is definitely unprofessional and very passive aggressive on the phone with her. I told her do not call my phone again as they are asking for documentation that they already had the first time so this is becoming very unprofessional. Recommend no one to go here.

As far as the therapist that my granddaughter has when I tell you, she’s exceptionally great with her I will recommend her, but I wouldn’t recommend this facility if she goes somewhere else, but if not, absolutely not

I spoke too soon. One therapist I had was actually helping then something happened and he wasn’t there anymore. then I was given another counselor who I really liked and then my next appointment was canceled or they were trying to give me another therapist. It’s not right that they tried to set me up with multiple counselors. I was happy as I was to find them. I am just as disappointed to stop going.

I would like to say thank you personally to my therapist. I honestly love talking with her, she definitely is a person I would consider like an auntie ( it’s a black people thing, IYKYK) but yes I would honestly say this is a great company, I have no complaints, they have in house and tele health as well. When I first started I was in office, which is was real nice m, tv snacks it was very soothing and relaxing. Right now I do it over the phone but it still the same interactions. I look forward to my meetings because some times I just need a listening ear. Especially for a person like myself who always will be a listening ear for others, I need one for myself. They do take insurance so if you are ever in a situation where you need to seek help and feel as if you can’t afford it I would give them a call. It is well worth it

Shame on you!!! I received a call that the therapist was waiting for my son to do a phone / virtual therapy session. I explained that it was a very sad day in my household because my sister had passed away within the hour of them calling me. All I was told was that if Gavyn doesn’t get on the call then the therapist doesn’t get paid. I said I’m sorry he is in the bathroom grieving and I can’t get him to come on the call, I was told that if he’s grieving, now would be a good time to get on the call. I couldn’t force my son to stop crying to take a call, his Aunt had literally just passed away unexpectedly!!! I said maybe we can give him a little bit of time or reschedule to tomorrow, the office manager said very boldly, well if he doesn’t get on the call now we are gonna charge you $60 for a no-show. I was shocked. I said OK well then maybe we shouldn’t schedule anything in the future and she said OK and hung up . This is a therapist office who should understand this sort of situation. I didn’t directly cancel my sons appt, I tried to reschedule so my son could gather himself!!! Again, shame on you!!! Meanwhile In a matter of two months, this was my son’s third therapist to get used to without any warning, so why on earth would he rush to the phone to confide into somebody that he’s only talked to twice? And yes, as of yesterday they did charge my credit card $60

Would not recommend. I have Grace because it is black owned, but unfortunately it’s very unprofessional, starting with desk staff. They like to avoid peoples calls if they don’t want to talk to you - had to call from a different number to realize they were avoiding me. Also therapist need more training . Had very high hopes.

Lemme tell you how much this place went BEYOND my expectation. I went here for treatment and I was blessed with a great therapist. The management tho is another story. That's where the BEYOND comes in!!! I had came here in need of paperwork to be completed in order to return to work. They said it takes 7 days to review and fill the paperwork. It took them over a month. By then my leave of abense was denied and they charged me $90 for the paperwork (was originally $60) and they sent it in incompleted. They took it serious when I informed them I was terminated because of the length of time it took and the lack of paperwork. I didn't even mention Linda made a scene even scolded and stopped my therapist from completing the paperwork herself bc I was in dire need of it. I went there for help in my life and this place made it worse. A lot of unnecessary money spent and loss in the result of coming here. I do not recommend this place. But God is good and will turn all this bad into good. I pray for you Linda to be free of the evil that is rooted in your heart. In Jesus name. Amen.

The office is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful staff. The waiting area is even stocked with water and snacks. Their friendly staff that works the reception desk makes it easy to make or change appointments. The therapist that I see there is very knowledgeable and has helped me a lot. I have multiple friends that go to this office for counseling as well. Best therapy office I have ever come across.

I am very happy with my personal counselor, Nicole. She is the best counselor I've had and is truly amazing. However, the scheduling in the front office needs improvement and lacks organization. They threatened to charge us for sessions we canceled two weeks prior, which seems borderline illegal. They have unknown record of the cancelation although they have sent us texts of the cancelation. Additionally, the clinical director gave us an ultimatum of canceled future counseling sessions unless we paid our copay which means they intend to charge our insurance for an appointment that was canceled 2 weeks ago, which is not what we expect from a clinical psychological center. This clinic states that they will charge you a $65 cancelation fee if the appointment is not canceled 24 hrs prior to the appointment.
I guess that does not pertain when the clinic does not take the appointment off the books. This policy is shady and we were told the clinical director is the one making the decision. This is an unprofessional business that charges your insurance without service or imposes a late cancellation fee when there is proof of cancellation. Be wary and report them to your insurance company if charges are made. Imposing a fee on the patient when the fault lies within the business may be a cause for legal grounds of filing a motion. This is not the first time the organization of this clinic has been unclear of their own scheduling and we have been patient with this office, but the greed of charging when services are not rendered and services are canceled in a timely manner is enough for us to leave.

As a patient seeking counseling and the time that is put into trusting your counselors, It is unfortunate that we have wasted time when we could have been much further somewhere else. This scheduling fault lies truely with this business. If you are building from scratch, you may want to go somewhere else, Rather than be nickeled and dimed by a clinician and not receiving the help you deserve and pay for.

I came here looking for help just like everyone else is and did not receive the respect or help I was looking forward to receiving. ALLISON REMEMBER HER NAME ALLISON. Did not listen to or remember a single thing I said. During our time she could not keep up with what I was telling her and was forgetting stuff constantly. There were instances where I told her something personal and had to say it again multiple times as she did not listen the first time or understand. I had to explain simple stuff in detail to her. Now I say this only to warn others she does not listen well and is not qualified for her job. I had told her about past experiences that have already been dealt with by the proper authorities Multiple times I told her this was 5+ years ago and she doesn’t seem to care to listen. ALLISON FILED A FALSE CPS REPORT against my parents for something that has already been dealt with 5+ years ago and by the PROPER AUTHORITIES and causing unnecessary stress in my life. I just had a seizure this past Wednesday and I’m sure this is not healthy for me to be stressing over. ALLISON is a very negligent person in my opinion.I believe it was because she got her feelings hurt due to me not wanting to continue sessions with her as she was NOT listening to me. I hope Allison can mature into a proper counselor and learn to not gossip about her patients in the future to her fellow coworkers.

Very knowledgeable. My son’s PCP referred us for the incorrect test and they quickly corrected the issue without us having to get a new referral. The provider my son saw was knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and agreed to further testing to confirm my suspicions regarding what is going on with my child. Most places turned my son away for being diagnosed autistic when I know there is more going on than just that. Beyond expectations was the ONLY place willing to test beyond just Autism and be knowledgeable enough to know that just because you have autism doesn’t mean you can’t have anything else. As an autistic with multiple disorders myself I appreciate beyond expectations for doing their research and staying up to date on current issues that affect autistic individuals. Highly recommend if you’re tired of every single thing being blamed on autism when you know there is more to the picture.

I took my little girl to beyond expectation. She loved her therapist. Everyone was nice and respectful. We were in our 4 week and we show up and were told they didn’t have her scheduled. Weird. Things happen, okay let’s get her scheduled…….. was told the next available appointment for her therapist was almost a month away. Unfortunately that is not acceptable. We have to now find another therapist which is sad because she really felt comfortable with the one she had. Disappointing.

It’s hard to find a good therapist in town. Especially one that’s in decent driving distance. They were referred to us by my employer. We went for marriage counseling, and we had a good therapist. Unfortunately, she left the office. I then returned for individual therapy for myself. I am still going and have nothing but positive comments about my particular therapist, and I feel that I mesh with really well with her. I would recommend them for not only individual but marriage counseling as well.

I was very skeptical at first didn’t have a good experience with therapy in the past and when I started I kept getting a new therapist. I scheduled my appointment a couple weeks out, the day before I got a confirmation text for my appointment the following day. My appointment day comes around and I walk up to the business door and ring the doorbell, no answer, so I ring it again, no answer again. I wait a couple more minutes before ringing it again, no answer again. I then call, no answer to my call. I try knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell multiple more times. I also called 4 separate times. No answer for anything. I waited outside for 30 minutes before I decided to leave. I did get a call later that night, only because I was going through my work to get the therapy and that worker emailed the therapist, in the call the therapist apologized and said her employees were inside and doesn’t know how they didn’t hear the doorbell. I told her I tried multiple times and she couldn’t give me a good reason as to what happened. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere

The main therapist here, Linda Curtis, is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This person had the audacity to ghost me due to her own incompetence. She can't be an adult and let me know that she doesn't want to see me anymore. She is emotionally abusive to her staff - I've seen it myself. I don't take that lightly. She got upset because i went into the office for paperwork that she, herself, had said would be ready on a specific date. I called a day after the paperwork was supposed to be ready, and i never received a call back. The next day, i went into the office and waited an hour, just for staff to have me come to the back room to get told by Linda herself, that my Autism diagnosis that was done, was "a courtesy" given to me. Well, it wasn't. We had the appointment done already for a specific date. When i was in the back office speaking to her on the phone, she was yelling at both myself and the staff member from the front. I told her that i had heard her for the 20th time, "It was a courtesy," just to make her stop yelling at both the staff member and myself. She took her anger and frustration out on everyone but herself, which is unnerving because this is her job. If you have too many patients or can't do your job, then don't do it. Better yet, don't run away from your problems and face them head-on. I called your office many, many times, Linda, and you still haven't gotten back to me. It's ridiculous that you're this unprofessional that i had to come and post this publicly just for you to listen. The office may have some fun things to say to me, but I'm no longer interested in being a patient here. We sometimes forget that it's us, the patients, who are giving them business and money to take home. Not from me anymore ✌️

They violate HIPPA, tell you nothing gets discussed with anyone, only to have your individual therapist call and cancel your individual appointment. Absolutely & completely terrible. You cannot get ahold of anyone. No one calls you back even after multiple calls at different times of the day. I have been waiting for over a 3 weeks to have someone review my insurance cards/paperwork that we received weeks ago.

I did call to see if I was missing anything due to the fact I haven't heard from them. Finally after getting ahold of someone I was told that I was missing information & my file couldn't be reviewed until that information was filled out. But was never called to get the information. So unprofessional.

I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service. If 0 stars were an option that is what they would received.
