Honestly, I can't praise this place enough. I was shopping for a new dentist, as I saw some posts on social media. I did my research and decided to call and book an appointment. Let me preface by saying I am someone who has anxiety from going to the dentist and in doing so have neglected to get regular cleanings and treatment. During my phone consultation the receptionist walk me through some questions and informed me that she would let the dentist know about my anxiety.

From the check-in process to the checkout process, everything was amazing. I was able to check in their front desk, receptionist, Ari, who then gave me an entire tour of the facility. She offered me some drinks while I waited to be seen by the dental assistant for my x-rays. The dental assistant, Alidia, was so kind and professional, and definitely ease my nerves. After my x-rays, she walked me to the suite and offered me a comfort menu where I selected a cozy blanket and to watch some crime documentaries on Netflix. This definitely made me feel a lot more comfortable.

Now let me get to Dr. Torres, she is by far the most educational and kindest doctor I've worked with. She explains things very thoroughly and throughout the entire process of my deep clean, she checked in on me regularly to ensure I was not feeling any discomfort. She answered any questions that I had, and she did not make me feel bad for the condition in which my teeth were in. Instead, she helped me understand how the importance of oral health impacts my entire health. I left feeling so calm and ready for my next appointment for the other half of my deep cleaning. She walked me through the entire aftercare and how to my prescribed regimen.

Lastly, upon checkout, her team gave me a thank you card with a little note from each member who interacted with me today. I have definitely found my new dentist and will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

This entire experience seems to come straight out comes of the book Unreasonable Hospitality! I am so lucky to have found this place and I can't wait to get my oral health to where it needs to be. Thank you so much, Dr. Torres and team!

I can’t recommend Bloom Dental Co. enough! This is honestly such a different dental experience…especially for moms. ❤️ They’ve somehow managed to make going to the dentist feel a little like going to a spa. 🧖‍♀️
They have an actual comfort menu where you can choose things like a cozy blanket, warm beverage, headphones, essential oils, eye masks, lip balm, and even your favorite show. I kept it simple with my comfy blanket 😂, while my daughter took FULL advantage of the experience and happily watched KPop Demon Hunters. She had the time of her life, which says a lot about how wonderful they are with kids!
Beyond all the little luxuries, though, the dental care itself was fantastic. The practice is beautiful, modern and very up-to-date with newer technology and equipment. My teeth feel AMAZING.
What impressed me most was how knowledgeable and personable Dr. Torres is. Dr. Torres takes the time to actually explain what she’s doing, what she sees, and even goes over the basics—right down to how to properly floss your teeth. You’d be surprised how many of us were never actually taught the correct way! 😉
There’s no rushing you in and out or making you feel like just another appointment. She talks to you, answers your questions and creates a genuinely personalized experience.

Just moved to the area. I was at the playground with my grandsons and a little girl, around 7, walked up to me and asked if I was looking for a dentist, and that her Mommy just opened a practice nearby. How could I not check it out! Very welcoming office and staff. Very clean and comfortable. They offered me a menu of amenities in the exam room - TV, music, eye mask, etc. The exam was very thorough, included high-tech 3d digital imaging of my teeth. The exam and cleaning were painless. The dentist gave me time to relax my jaw, asked how I was doing, and let me know what she was doing. For a visit to the dentist, this was a very pleasant experience. As I was the guinea pig for the family, I can say we will all be going back to Bloom Dental Co for our dental care.

I first met Dr. Torres at an HCC event last fall, and we ended up talking about my dental anxiety and the difficult experiences I’ve had in the past. She told me that whenever I felt ready, I could come in for a consultation and we could simply talk through everything - no pressure and no obligation. Today, I finally did (it took me 10 months but, better late than never...), and the entire experience was absolutely amazing.

From the moment I arrived, Ari was incredibly warm and welcoming at check-in. Joseph was so patient and kind while taking my X-rays and made the process feel comfortable and easy. Then Dr. Torres took her time and talked me through literally everything. She listened, explained what she was seeing, answered every question I had, and made recommendations without a single hard sell, money pitch, or ounce of pressure. She even identified something I've gone my whole life not understanding (and no one had ever told me/explained).

One thing she said really stayed with me: the most important thing is sustainability, because no treatment matters if I can’t realistically follow through with it at home. That immediately showed me that she genuinely cares about creating a plan that works for me, NOT simply selling procedures or products.

For someone with massive dental anxiety and a lot of past dental trauma, feeling heard, respected, and completely at ease is a VERY big deal. I walked in nervous and left feeling informed, empowered, and genuinely cared for.

My first time experience was today, July the 7 and it was the most comforting experience at a dental office. I've ever experienced they get 2 thumbs up from me. Let me start with saying I’ve never had a good experience at a dentist. I’ve never felt calm or wanted to return after seeing any of the other dentists I’ve seen. Totally different experience here. From the first person you see when you walk in to the assistants and hygenist and of course Dr Torres. The moment I walked into the front reception, I had this sensation similar to when buying a new car with having that fresh, new scent. The office smelled amazing without being overpowering. I was greeted by my name with grand, white smiles from the staff members. Feeling welcomed as if I was a guest invited into someone’s home.

The cleanliness, the spacious open floor plan and the intricate implementation of function with fashion with certain machinery/devices did not go unnoticed. For example, a television was mounted to the ceiling, facing down towards the patient’s chair. Amenities were offered during my teeth cleaning (under eye mask, noise-cancelling headphones, and favorite tv shows). I chose tv show and watched Spiderman: Into the Spiderverse. These amenities were to improve the cleaning experience. I felt I was in a high-end spa lol. Exceptional hospitality is what the team strives for from I what I observed.

My dentist, Toni, was fantastic. She has the latest technology of any dental office I have seen. She 3D-scanned my entire mouth interior, projecting onto a screen where I could engage with my fingers. I was able to zoom and rotate with the screen of this isometric view of my teeth. Toni would make her observations and be transparent with what she tracks via 3D scan. She was educational. She cared genuinely in making sure your teeth are prime and functional. Preventative maintenance is her goal to mitigate any future pains and inconvenience's.

Be mindful that I was a first time patient. Bloom Dental was able to make brand new x-rays of my teeth and a complete a full cleaning service within the booked time. Engagement, entertainment and efficiency is how they operate.

I couldn’t speak higher of my experience at Bloom Dental. They are young, ambitious and hospitable. If you are in the need of dental services, then I insist you book with Bloom Dental.

They have the latest technology, one which takes 3d pics of your jaw and teeth so you get to see how your teeth actually look. This was very cool! You are offered a comfort menu (which include items such as headphones, blanket, a warm beverage, essential oils, face mask, and a couple more) while you wait for whatever service you’ll be getting. I’ve never seen anything like this offered at any other dentist office. Dr Torres took her time to explain everything about my needed procedures which has not been my previous experience. I am so happy to have changed dentists!

Where do I begin… I followed Dr Torres from her previous office and will follow her to any location. I have a panic disorder and severe fear of any type of dental work. Dr Torres changed my life as since I met her, I was able to get rid of my fear.

One of the many things I love was that I didn't need to go twice to get a crown placed. It took a few hours to get the crown in place, thanks to the new technology they have.

I recently saw Dr. Torres at Bloom Dental for a broken tooth. Going to the dentist is my least favorite appointment to go to and the doctor and her staff made me feel comfortable and welcome. They have a very welcoming and calming environment and go above and beyond to make sure you have a good dental experience. One of the best things is that they have an in-house lab so you don't have to go back for a second appointment to get the permanent crown, which in itself, if a plus.

I would highly recommend Bloom Dental and Dr. Torres, especially of you have anxiety going to the dentist.

I’ve never liked the dentist because of traumatic experiences as a child. Even as an adult, my anxiety would heighten just thinking about making an appointment. This is the best dental experience I have had in my entire life! Dr Torres and her staff are super kind and caring. One of the best dental clinics I’ve visited in the U.S.!

Today was my first visit, and I was truly impressed. The receptionist was very friendly, and since I completed all the paperwork online beforehand, the check-in process took only about five minutes.

The doctor’s assistant was also incredibly kind — he asked about my concerns, took X-rays, and later brought me to the room where he offered a few pleasant extras to make the visit more comfortable.

The doctor is a wonderful and very attentive young woman. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease.

This is honestly one of the best dental clinics I’ve been to in America.

Really impressed with my experience today at Bloom Dental. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I originally found Dr. Torres on Instagram and started going to her at her old office. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10+ years due to past dental trauma and general anxiety about going to the dentist. So no surprise I had to have a ton of work done. She listened to all of my concerns, and fears and developed a plan of attack not only for getting my mouth back to healthy, but also, to show me that going to the dentist is not bad at all! When I found out she was opening Bloom in Inspirada, I knew I had to follow her!

Dr. Torres has been a literal SAINT for not only the health of my mouth, but has also helped me overcome my dental fear completely! We've gotten 99% of the hard work out of the way, and each step of the process- she has broken it down in a way where I feel confident that she's going to go above and beyond to take care of me.
