I called today, at 12:20 pm Oct 6th. I asked how much is their deep cleaning? She said she was unable to get me a price. I said that's ok totally understandable its cause I called another dentist and they say its 1k for their deep cleaning so I am looking for something more affordable. She said, " oh yeah that's our price too" Huh? After you said you could not give a price over the phone you proceed to copy what i told you about a different dentist. Totally unprofessional! Our conversation was in Spanish.

If I could leave less than a one star review I would! They are horrible. I went in and got X-rays for a tooth I needed extracted. They tried making me sign up for a 5000$ payment plan because they know I’m young and I don’t know any better. I called today to schedule for the one extraction and they are telling me they won’t go through my insurance because they want me to get another procedure before the extraction that I would have to pay almost 1000$ out of pocket for. Mind you I’ve been a patient for years I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled by someone they referred me to and I never needed any extra procedures . The office is always empty they have no business anymore because they only care about money. The lady who works in front on the side needs to be fired she’s rude.

I did not have a great experience with getting a crown. The tooth was not properly prepped and carries removed and now the tooth is decayed under the crown after just a year and 3 months. So now I have to go and have someone else fix it when it should not be already in this poor of shape after barely a year. They also filled another tooth and that too was done poorly and will need to be redone. Cannot recommend this place.

This is a for profit unprofessional establishment. Discriminatory and does not help medicaid patients. I went in for an exam for cleaning and was told I need to pay for a deep clean instead of what my insurance covers. I had a simple cleaning approximately one year ago. I was also told I have an infection but was not provided a prescription for antibiotics. I am a college student recently located back to Las Vegas and yes I am receiving Medicaid temporarily. I transferred away from this Dentistry. Goodbye Boca Abusive.

The worst dentist I have ever seen in my life and I'm 54. The receptionist is rude and disrespects people who call for help hangs up after talking with them rude in front of customers that's sitting and waiting. Took my children to get have their teeth checked out the X-ray started my son needed a cavity field the doctor turn around and ask for another x-ray then said your son needs four root canals And a tooth needs a filling. I'm like no way. The first x-ray said one bad tooth how you'll come up with he now has five? They lied and it seems root canals is the way they make their money so whether a person need it they will try and say yes you need one. Anyone going here I would recommend you get a second and third opinion because after they kicked us out for writing a review that was bad. We went to another dentist and they said your son don't need root canals God is good my son is only 16 they was about to mess up his teeth just so they can make money. These people are taking advantage of others just for Capital not worrying about the longevity I recommend you find another dentist and fast if this is your dentist. If I can give them no stars I would give them a minus five.

Completely unprofessional. They gave me a doctor’s note with someone else’s name on it, and the prescription paper had the wrong name too. That’s a serious mistake and makes me question how they handle patient information. On top of that, I had to drive back and forth to the office because they don’t even answer the phone. Edit: I showed up at 5:20 PM, even though their hours clearly say they’re open until 6. Lights off, doors unlocked, and not a single person inside. Completely unprofessional and just plain dumb. I went to the dentist for my tooth hurting was told I had a tooth infection they did a cleaning and they said they would put in a referral to an endodontist. The dr. Prescribed me an antibiotic mouthwash I called a week later about the referral was told it takes two weeks. Call back like 2 months later because my mom has been sick so it slipped my mind and I asked about the referral and Celia now says I don’t need a referral so you mean to tell me I’ve been waiting all this time 2 months with this infection and I didn’t need a referral this whole damn time and she says it wasn’t her I spoke with but I know it was her I was just trying to see if she would own up to it she didn’t and said I can send you the email. Smh doesn’t matter whether it was 2 months or 2 weeks I would have still been waiting because of what she said

At the beginning I wasnt having any problems, the staff was very friendly but then saw that a lot of the times they would talk badly about their patients. My family and I payed everything, all services were paid off and after 4 years we are receiving a message that we owe them money?! We had so many issues with this location and I truly don’t recommend it, save your money and go somewhere else, I had my braces with them for 3 years and then moved and just to find out that it wasn’t helping me at all, there was no change! It was a waste of money and time, the dentist wasn’t actually interested in fixing my teeth but getting money out of my pockets. This is by far the worst dentist in Vegas.

Had to come in due to an issue on my way to vegas and ended up finding my dentist that I plan to keep coming to. I live 6 and a half hours away and I have never had the care and for what I had done the least painful experience here of my life with a dentist. Went in for a cleaning, first time I left an office for a cleaning without actually being cleaned. Tech didn't seem to know what he was doing, almost forgot to put a mask on and didn't use the overhead light. Said I didn't need scaling because my teeth were already "clean." Boca dental has been my dentist for 4 years now, never had an issue with them as far as my braces whenever I need a repair or a fix or anything they’re always on top of it and get it figured out right away. They tell you false narratives to get you OUT OF POCKET coverage when you have insurance. They use blunt words like “your insurance are liars”. There’s attitudes and a lack of respect. I experienced very poor service today. I entered the facility as a walk-in around 1:40 PM, with only one person ahead of me. The receptionist informed me that I needed to wait for the doctor, who would return at 2:00 PM. I waited patiently, but no doctor arrived. After waiting for 45 minutes, I was finally called up. The procedure I required, which was merely to have a wire cut, took less than 20 seconds to be cut I ended up waiting almost an hour smh full of lies here I know people are busy but it shouldn’t take almost one hour for something that takes less den 20 seconds

A year ago they made me a budget for three implants for 7800. 00 they asked me 4800.00 to start the treatment, Dr. Velasco started the treatment, then he passed it on to Dr. Espejo who gave me a complete implant, and I paid him 1500.00 and he started the other implant that he didn't finish he missed to putting the crown and now they don't want to take care of me anymore because they say Dr. Mirror and Dr. Velasco no longer work there

Dr. Matthew was wonderful and Natalie the hygienist (from Sacramento) was lovely, kind, and gentle with my cleaning .The other office staff were polite too, especially the Latin gentleman who checked me in. If you want to be treated with kindness and respect choose this dental office.

I just want to say shout out this Boca dental , specifically the Cheyenne location! BIGGEST shout out to Stephanie for getting me back on track with braces payment plan and it’s so affordable, I want to thank Dr. Harris he is an amazing orthodontics doctor and he is so funny and give such good advice for aftercare , and Abby!! She want the dental assistant who assisted and she so nice and friendly and really takes her time with her work! If you haven’t scheduled with them, schedule now!

The absolute dentist office you can go to! I had my first visit back in 2021 they took 2 hours to finally call me in after my appointment for them just to take X-rays and exam with dr that was less than a minute!!! Then front desk Liz came told me my insurance didn't cover anything and I needed to get a loan for my treatment she signed me up and immediately when I got home I called back to cancel the loan, it's now 2023 I am still waiting for them to return the loan amount to the lending loan company and the company continues to take out money from my account even without getting any treatment just because Boca Dental won't return them the loan. I have called, emailed, went personally to the office and nothing. They all act dumb and innocent saying they will get it through the manager. Do not waste you time or money going here!!!

I had apply for a credit of 2,200 and they put me a credit of 5,000 it's been 4 months and can't have them refund my credit back , they no longer answer my calls or give me any information tired of losing my time on going to the office to talk to the manager and no response. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist, literally the lowest point you could get, just slightly above going into a barn and having a guy with tools work on you.

My appointment was for 12:15 for a very simple chipped tooth fix I got out nearly at 2:45. Technicians had no training, and had to continuously redo my x rays because they kept being wrong, only for them to put me in another X ray machine (Again incorrectly) so that when it started moving it struck me in the head.

Finally, the doctor just shows up, tilts the seat back and starts working, Water and Tooth Fragments dripping down my face and into my eyes and nose.

Finally he shows me the filling he put over my tooth and not only is it not straight, it looks nothing like the other tooth, when I asked him to shape it to look like the other tooth, he stalled and uhhhed like he truly had no idea what he was doing.

I weep for the people employed at this place as clearly no one has the decency to make sure they're prepared.

In brighter news this just goes to show that really anyone can be a dentist, the bar is set so low.

I'm going to stick with my 1 star. By FAR the worst experience. I'm sitting in the room and literally ready to walk out. The assistant is extremely rude she hurt my gums when taking xrays and all she did is approach me and said "OPEN" . The same with the dentist, zero introduction and just said "HI, OPEN". I don't care if you dislike your job but don't take it out on the people that pay you! Meaning people with insurance. This is horrible. And I waited in the waiting room for an hour! Everyone after me went in before me as If they only worry with people with pain. ( I get it) but they asked me "are you in pain? Why are you here?" Um a check up! This is very unprofessional.

DONT GO HERE!!! THEYRE TERRIBLE, I HAD A ROOT CANAL AND EXTRACTION DONE AND THE ROOT CANAL WENT OK, WHEN DR YANG GOT TO MY EXTRACTION FOR ONE HE LEFT THE NEEDLE IN MY MOUTH TRYING TO MULTITASK FOR ABOUT A MINUTE SO I WAS TRYING TO STAY STILL BECAUSE THE NEEDLE WAS JUST SITTIN IN MY MOUTH FOR NO REASON, THEN WHEN HE FINALLY REMOVED IT HE YANKED IT OU. HE NEVER PUT THE NUMB/MEDICINE ON MY GUMS!!!! SO HE STARTED THE EXREACTION AND I WAS ABLE TO LITERALLY FEEL EVERYTHING AND I STARTED CRYING AND TELLING HIM TO STOP BECAUSE AS YOU ALL CAN IMAGE THATS LITERALLY TORTURE!! HE REFUSED TO STUP PULLING ON MY TOOTH UNTIL HE FINALLY GOT IT OUT LIKE 15 MINUTES LATER! ALSO HE DIDNT EVEN REMOVE MY ENTIRE TOOTH I STILL HAVE A PIECE LEFT IN IN MY MOUTH THAT WAS NEVER REMOVED . IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

I had an amazing experience at Boca Dental. Dentist explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The staff is very friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel right at home. Irene is very professional and very personable. She helped me since I walked into the office. I was told at the start I would have the braces about 18 month
Almost 3 years later and it's still not time to take them off
I can only get appointments once every 2 months and God forbid my work schedule changes.
I needed to reschedule an appointment and was told I have to wait another 2 months....REALLY

By far the worst experience! Front desk staff horrible!!! When you first go in they ask for you to give a5 star review and once you do the experience definitely changes. My daughter has had braces for almost four years I can’t count how many time they rescheduled her appointments without notice, haven’t changed her wires or seen a difference in her teeth.

The "tent" signs in the parking lot offering $59 dollar specials for new patients are the old "Bait and Switcharoo" routine. They really do make up their rates as they go.
I submitted a formal complaint to the Clark County Dental Society and the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, they both told me that they' had "a number" of complaints about this outfit.

My daughter Marisa was having extreme tooth pain and we needed to get an appt. today, she called Boca Dental and they got her in right away. There was a little wait but once she was in they took x-rays, advised on what needs to be done and options, pricing and scheduled her an appt for next week. Fast and efficient service. THANKS BOCA!

ADDITION:
Sorry had to drop down rating. They got us us in with their concern and empathy but then try and demand up sales. After a root canal they told us they would not clear my daughter so she could have knee surgery until she had her teeth cleaned (regular cleaning) and had some cavities filled. I'm sorry but to say her infection isn't gone because we don't want to do that right now is wrong. Very disappointed.

The doctor is very nice & explains what he is doing ! As far as the service it’s horrible I have been waiting for more than 6 months on a refund! Nobody returns emails or calls and I have to be chasing the manager only to be told different things each time ! You also have a scheduled appointment and show up to be told you don’t have one !

The pricing is random, making it up as they go; and, there is no explanation. Their head of billing does not return emails nor does she take calls. Unless you are bilingual you may or may not understand what is being said by the techs. It's not unusual to have a scheduled appointment and show up to be told you can't be seen. BAD business!!~

I do not recommend this dental place. They never work with my schedule. The front desk ladies are rude. They always change my doctor every month. At one point one of them dropped a drill in my mouth and I was choking on it. There lucky I didn't sue. I want to be done with my braces so I never come back. Please see other options before coming here.

I got deferred from having a tooth pulled saying i was moving too much.... all I did was grab the armrest when his injections began.... he was rude. I have been a patient of boca since 2019, at the E. Charleston location and never have I been turned away for grabbing hold of the arm rest stating that I am moving, when I know to not move.....don't recommend this location, doctor is a pick and choosing type of doc.
