My experience at this dentist office was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The receptionist was so friendly, kind, and welcoming. She definitely made a great first impression. The office was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I really appreciated that they didn’t overbook appointments. We didn’t have to sit around for hours waiting to be seen. My son’s appointment was scheduled for a certain time and he was called to the back within minutes. That alone made such a difference! The dentist did an exceptional job and I’m extremely happy with the results. Everyone was professional, pleasant, and made the entire experience easy and comfortable. Overall, I give this office a 10/10! I would absolutely recommend them to family, friends, and anyone looking for a great dental office. I will definitely be returning! 🦷✨

Before leaving Boca Dental-Braces My son was in so much pain and was really afraid of having his tooth pulled while he was awake. Before we left Sildy pulled him to the side and had a little talk with him. She was so honest with him about his teeth, the pain, and what needed to be done. I truly believe that conversation gave him the confidence he needed. He went back that very morning and had his teeth pulled, and now NO MORE PAIN! 🙌🏽 I am so appreciative that Sildy took the time to talk to him, listen to his concerns, and make him feel comfortable instead of just rushing him through the appointment. Sometimes that little extra bit of kindness and reassurance means everything.

Thank you Sildy for taking the time to make my son feel better and helping him get through something he was really scared of. We truly appreciate you! ❤️

240 n jones office is not good my baby has infection on his tooth gums and they took x ray and didn't look into his mouth, right took him to another office and they confirmed his intention. I called them back and they said we don't prescribe medications because they said they didn't look into his mouth. They all are confused don't go to this location

Absolutely no transparency on dental coverages. I was lied too about my specific coverage told liberty insurance does not cover crown work at all. No real accountability or even offered a discount for the inconvenience. Ended up financing out of pocket for something that was “ verified “ and guaranteed by front end staff.

My wife had a cracked tooth, so we brought her in for treatment. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and empathetic.

My wife gets very nervous and anxious about dental procedures, but Dr. Cole and his assistant, Collin, were exceptionally patient, reassuring, and caring throughout the entire process. Before the procedure, Collin noticed she hadn't eaten and encouraged us to take a few minutes to get her a protein shake before continuing. He never made us feel rushed and made sure she was as comfortable as possible before getting started.

During the procedure, Dr. Cole and Collin continually reassured my wife, checked in on how she was doing, and made sure she felt comfortable every step of the way. Their calm, compassionate approach helped ease her anxiety immensely.

Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier. We couldn't have asked for better care, and we're truly grateful to Dr. Cole, Collin, and the entire staff. Truly stellar service. Highly recommend!

I am never going back. The person who did my teeth cleaning told me they don't have a hygentist there that's why he did not do scaling to remove plaque. I have never before not had scaling done by other offices during teeth cleaning. Apparently there are different qualities of cleanings. The check out girl was rude to me I dont know why. Bathroom was dirty. The dentist was polite and knowledgeable.

It was a great experience at Boca Dental. The front office with Noelia and Marie, were very kind and helpful once I first arrived. Noelia and Marie helped explained what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be, which made it very easy for me to understand and evaluate the best choice for me; without feeling pressured to do anything, which is much appreciated. While the lead Collin was very patient and considerate as he worked on my teeth. Collin also made sure to always check up on me while he stepped out the room, which deeply shows to his amazing bedside character. Then Dr.Cole explained the whole procedure that was necessary without any judgment and explained on ways I could improve my oral health. Dr. Cole was very efficient and easygoing on the procedure, which made the process go very smoothly. Will definitely be back to this place, not only for the services they provide but for the excellent team.

My husband needed to get an extraction and they are all nice and professional. The front desk ladies greet you right when you walk in, they are kid friendly, and they treat the patients with the utmost respect. They were very gentle with my husband and very caring too. If we could give this institution 1,000 stars, we definitely would! Wish I could submit a rating out of 10 stars, because the staff here is 10/10! This was my first dental appointment in a decade, and I brought my toddler with me for his first ever dentist appointment. He is 2 years old and a ball of energy, but the staff was not phased! It was incredibly convenient to be able to have myself and my son seen at the same place. Jenny did an amazing job making my son feel comfortable, and getting him familiar with the dental tools. Carlos was meticulous with my x-rays, and Dr. James took his time looking over my teeth. I am excited to go back in for my cleaning!

Unprofessional, poor communication skills, and seems to rush the job at the expense of comfort of the patient. A cleaning here felt more painful then root canals elsewhere.

I advise the staff to slow down, pay attention, and work on their situational awareness & medical knowledge before something unfortunate occurs. While I may not be returning I do hope they learn to be better.

Muy mal servicio desde la gerencia todo en personal no te recomiendo este lugar, te dan tu cita y a un que llegues a la hora te atienden una hora despues, tenia contrato con este oficina y en dos años y medio para que al último querian cobrar 1,000 mas y 250 por extraccion de dientes, cancele todo pague 300 por cancelar 100 por la cita a un que no me atendieron y despues de que cancele seguian cobrando y que segun no avia cancelado nada, me cambie de dentista y en un mes me hicieron los que en mas de dos años no me hicieron los unico que hacian era cambiar las ligas, pongan mucha atencion en el contrato que vayan a firmar y hagan todas las preguntas necesarias en mas de dos años dos veces me miro el dentista siempre fue puros principiantes que me tocaban y preguntaba por el dentista y que no estaba

Waste of time !! Said that my husband HAD to pay for the work needed even tho he has insurance. I called the insurance company as no need to have insurance if they don't cover work needed . I was informed that a pre-authorization was needed to determine if it would be covered and no pre auth was even sent.
My guess is that they want to bill the patient, NOT insurance so prices can be jacked up. Just sayin

In response to Boca Response.. yes, I am aware of the type of insurance he has. I have the same insurance and have needed much more work, and insurance approved.. when the pre auth was submitted. Y'all didn't even SUBMIT one. Just because he's on state funded insurance, they do still pay for expensive yet needed work. Y'all just said, he's what's it's gonna cost you.
Y'all wouldn't touch me when I was assigned to you as I get new teeth every 5 years, just told me my insurance wasn't accepted.. no, you knew that I was covered, it's time consuming with lots of adjustments with no extra money to you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was allocated to use this dentist because of my Nevada health plan. By far they are the worst! The first dentures came out so bad, I didn't even look as myself. They did a 2nd one and was badly misaligned as well so they sent it back They did the 3rd one and it was also badly misaligned, not only by my bite is off, The front of the denture is off by one tooth so the center of the teeth is not even centered and it looks obviously fake. All they could tell me was to use glue. The glue is not going to make the dentures look centered or align my bite! There is nothing I can do about it and now I'm stuck with this denture for 10 years because of my insurance coverage! Idk if the denturist are students or what but I have to live with this crappy dentures! I'm very disappointed and angry! Terrible dentist!

My appointment was at 2:00 pm, I arrived at 1:40 pm, it was my first appointment, I finished the paperwork at 1:50 pm; and they didn't get me in until 3:30 pm.
They took several x-rays and repeated several. The doctor didn't show up until 4:15 pm. He came, examined me, and told me that I had to have 2 teeth extracted. I told him no; my teeth were fine, although according to him they had to be extracted.
I told her I had gone for a cleaning, after that she left and told me that the person in charge of accounts would come.
He told me that my insurance did not cover deep cleaning and that basic cleaning was pointless because I had a lot of scale, which is not true.
I understood that they care about nothing but money when it comes to evaluating what to do to a patient.
The cleanliness of the place is not very optimal, and the treatment is not the best.
I do not recommend this place.!!

I took my son there for an appointment and they said that the insurance would cover everything. Then they change it up and said that it’s going to be an additional $800. I told them i wasn’t told about this and the front desk lady’s started laughing and saying they didn’t need to tell me since my son is 19.(but he doesn't make his own medical decisions and I pay for everything else since he’s still in school) They also said that he needs some more work that I wasn’t told about before and they said that they were barely able to see it because somehow it didn’t pop up in the x-rays. They didn’t even let me go inside with him they just laughed at me. I would give 0 stars but I need to give one in order to comment. DO NOT RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I took my daughter into this place for a cleaning as they take her insurance. Once we got there, they were very nice and offered to give me a free exam an estimate on any work I might need. My teeth are in pretty bad shape even though I take very good care of them the dentist told me I called soft teeth.? Anyways, the front desk was pressuring me to finance almost 20 K worth of dental work. I had taken my anxiety medication as dentists always scare me so the appointment was made about two weeks out. During that time I start doing research and realized them way over quoted me. So I decided not to go through with my appointment. They called and left a voicemail trying to get me to confirm it, but I never called back.

Then, about three months later, I start getting calls from Bill collectors. Turns out they charged me the $7500 and no, I have creditors calling me as I am not going to pay for a service and never got done. These people are scammers. Please stay far away. When I called and tried to resolve the issue, they literally tried to tell me that I confirmed my appointment which I have proof that I did not and on top of that then they tried to say that I need to pay the 30% cancellation fee, but I never canceled because I never confirmed! Stay away from these theifs you will not regret it.! I highly recommend budget dental on spring mountain in Chinatown they do a great job and I’ve never had any problems with them in the last 10 years I go to Boca dental one time and now my life is a nightmare trying to get this “bill” cleared up. This is a highly unethical business practice.

Stay clear of their “ financing” program!! Be ware….

Been having toothache for 2 months and my wisdom tooth broke one day , so
Looked up the nearest dentist who accepted both of my insurances and boy lemme tell you about the experience ! Right off the bat the front staff were great , ladies handling all the tasks before the docter came in were amazing and found out I needed an extraction and a root canal . I’m not a fan of dental work but it had to be done ! Docter Justin was phenomenal and I’ve never in my 29 years of life have had a dentist as caring and fun as he was . All procedures went smoothly and left feeling right as rain .im writing this review as I leave with gauze in my mouth because I Highly recommend this place and hope these staff get the attention they deserve ! This place is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone especially as there are a million other places to go to. They were so rude to my child and at the end of the appointment the ignorant receptionist told me to find a new dentist and that they will no longer see my child because my child was being "difficult". They will take your money and treat your kids like garbage. Have some compassion if your company is going to CHOOSE to treat children.

Upset with how everything has gone with this office, went in December due to having pain in my teeth and was told with my insurance I needed precertification for the dental work the dentist needed to do which was a first for me, I was told by the staff wait 2 weeks for the office to get in touch with me, they never did I waited a full month called my insurance company was told I do not need precertification for the dental work they told me I needed and that there was no precertification sent from Boca Dental to my insurance company. I called and left a voice message to the office my call was never returned, I called again the next day and let the front staff know what my insurance told me then was then told that in the notes it still states I need precertification, I told her its been a month and you guys still didn't send it, she then told me she would have her office manager get in contact with me its been a week and never heard anything back.

We just walked out because we got tired of waiting for the Doctor and the dental assistants were not professional the way they talk and they were arguing about something which made me and my daughter uncomfortable. Aparte que no dejan entrar con mis hijas menores de 10 años, la ultima vez que lleve a mi niña, le sacaron 3 muelas sin mi consentimiento, segun el procedimiento que le harian era solo coronas y los papeles que me dieron a firmar se lo pregjnte 2 veces PARA QUE ES ESTO? Ella me respondio que una para el oxogeno, otra para la anestecia y otra para las coronas, siendo que ya 4 dias antes le habian quitado 2, mi niña a esta altura no puede ni comer bien porque le sacaron casi todas sus muelitas bajas de ambos lados, no los recomiendo, solo espero y logre cancelar todo lo que faltaba del tratamiento porque no es justo lo que hacen.

Had a really bad experience with Dr. Wyatt Dannels. Waited over 1 hour for him to come to the exam room and he acted as if i was invisible. The first red flag was when they wouldn’t let me in the room with my minor 9 year old child. They came out and wouldn’t tell me anything just had me sign a waiver. They ended up pulling 5 of her teeth out without consent!!! While she was alone! Then the front desk woman told me “and if you’re thinking of suing us you can’t because you signed a waiver.” NEVER COME HERE PLEASE! I’m besides myself.
