I wish i could put 0 stars! UPDATE: JUL 2026 : I had a crown replaced and was told that if i felt sensitivity with hot or cold it was normal. 7 months later i woke up with half my face swollen turns out no root canal was done and sensitivity is not normal. I had to drive 5 hours away to get an emergency tooth extraction. I left a message no answer. Its Ok God will be my vindicator. JAN 2026 Really disappointed. I was told they were going to replace my bridge for under$1000. They removed a bridge i had for over 25 years and promised an implant. On my this visit and my bridge gone all the sudden it's going to be $2200. I am filling a complaint with the board and debating on filling a law suit. Really sad. My husband was told he needed a tooth removed and he didn't do it cause then they were trying to remove a different one. Take your money and insurance some where else.. I have them in a recorded line stating we never had a contract. Shady. Also had a friend. They did the same thing to her. 5k later.

I absolutely love Boca on Eastern. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I’m always in and out quickly, and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment.

Dr. Gonzalez is incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel completely comfortable. She never judges or pressures you, and as someone who comes from a dental background and has dentists in the family, I can confidently say she’s an excellent dentist.

Nadia is also amazing. I’m a total gagger, and X-rays are usually the worst part of any dental visit for me, but she somehow gets them done before I even have a chance to gag.

The whole team is kind and genuinely great to be around. I’ve already referred several friends and colleagues because my experience has been so consistently positive. Going to the dentist there never feels like a chore.

They are very overpriced and have a very bad orthodontist department, It had to be this woman's first time putting on braces and she had no supervision from anyone that knew what they were doing she took 1 hour and 30 minutes just to mess up the top row. Then 4 brackets popped off within 2 days, worst experience ever please dont even bother coming here for braces.

Had a really great experience at Boca Dental. Kathy was my dentist during my teeth cleaning visit and she made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I was honestly a little embarrassed about how my teeth looked, but she never made me feel judged and instead helped me feel completely at ease.

I called in this morning with excruciating gum pain. Had not been to a dentist in years, asked these wonderful people if I can walk in and get my dental health checked out once I found that my insurance is coverable here. They treated my teeth, and gave me medicine to help treat my gum health. The experience was quick and wonderful, left feeling like a new person with. I gave Boca Dental 5 stars because this office is the best all around. The front desk ladies are very friendly & professional. Bianca knows her stuff as a dental assistant, she's funny and reassuring. And Doctor Gonzalez is very agreeable, sensitive to you as a patient and she's one dentist that will not give you any pain. When she gives you the shots, no feeling, I swear! She extracted 3 teeth, I only felt pressure but didn't feel the teeth coming out at all. I got my partial dentures and all went well. From the young ladies at the front desk, who were both super kind, welcoming, and also very prompt and professional -excellent communication, to each assistant in the back, this was the most pleasant and refreshing experience I’ve had at a dental office and would recommend this office to anybody hands down. Horrible experience! 15 mins early for 11:30 appointment, 3 others waiting ahead of me....noticed disgustingly dirty 'Boca' sign 'behind' the front desk, the debris all over the waiting room floor, the USED tissues piled up on the magazine table!! Now it's 12:15, still waiting, when the guy that came in AFTER me gets called back....10 mins later, the girl that came in after that guy gets called back!?!?...I went to the desk and said hey, 'I was here before her'....'she had an 11:30 appointment' I'm told....'So did I'!!...I pointed out the grime and dirt on display and walked out. Bianca is trash the absolute WORSE she is unprofessional, disrespect untrained at billing and makes costly mistakes that are entry level skill. She is too proud to even ask for corrections in spelling clients names when booking appointments and she missed spelled three of my children's names (gave them whole new names) when booking their appointments and wasn't trained on how to send group client confirmation emails, causing a host of texts messages to confirmation appointments that were already "confirmed" by email as directed by Bianca which was not true.

Bianca hangs up on clients to run from her mistakes and unprofessionalism. I witnessed her lack of decorum in office then I personally got hung up on by Bianca (which she apologize for in person). She needs a one on one with management and reeducation as her distasteful behavior reflects on the Doctors and staff as a whole. Now I know why she and staffed begged for reviews before our first visit was completed. Well here's the TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT TRUTH after multiple visits for three of my children in their office.

S/O Natalie and Tahani were helpful and made my kids feel safe and comfortable during their visits. Kudos to them..

Dr. Kathy is comfortable only with her specialty in forcing root canals as only options and has limited options for less invasive treatment because it's not covered in her office and she isn't willing to educate herself or provide clients options even when requested multiple times. High dollar treatments always are pushed as if it's the only options. I advise anyone to shop around and educate yourself before seeking their care and service. My husband and I both are Angry and disappointed by the bulk of service provided by these two. This office provided multiple services that they told us "were covered 100% after requesting they check MULTIPLE TIMES Before treatment" then say we have a bill because it wasn't covered and due to their lack of proper billing or communication has left my son in the dark over a month waiting for crowns with disregard for further damage because they weren't professional enough to calling about the billing for said crowns/service. Over a month has passed without contact to complete treatment because they dropped the ball and have no disregard for their clients.

Everyone knows how invasive and scarry dental care is especially for children to have prolong treatment completion and cause more pain is mind boggling. As a parent it is with great sadness that I have to post this review but I hope this will help others choose wisely, ask more questions and get everything in writing. Once they get you in that chair your dental care and pockets are at their will.

Found this place after another dentist office left me high and dry. They got me in right away, were professional and caring, and took their time listening to my concerns and well as as took their time on the procedures I needed. In the waiting area, they had this funny show on, Camp Lakebottom. Then, my appointment was amazing. The staff was super nice. They were way thorough. I have always had short roots, but nobody ever explained what that meant, or how to help keep them strong before. They even had me wear glasses to help protect me from having seizures. It was nice that they knew so much about seizures. They even asked me about my seizure triggers. Plus, they knew my dry mouth was from my anti seizure medication. Because of my short roots, I have to be seen every four months. Insurance won’t cover that, but Boca gave me a good deal, so that is possible. This has been the best dental experience. You can tell they really care. I seriously can’t shut up about it. Ask my family and friends. If you are looking for a new dentist, check out Boca. You won’t be disappointed. I also feel confident in my smile for the first time in my life. My mouth feels comfortable. I don’t remember when my mouth felt comfortable.

Hadn’t been to a dentist in a long time before coming here and they really helped me overcome any anxiety going to the dentists. I’m sorry to have to leave this review, but when you don’t get a service and you get billed for a service never provided is a little upsetting. Yes, we had an appointment scheduled but I made them aware that I lost my job and I couldn’t move forward (afford) their service. Now I’m having to fight and dispute this and they keep wanting to fight this? Why are you wanting to steal from me and I’m having to defend myself? I don’t have time or energy to keep going back and forth with care credit. I won’t give up and you won’t take from my lively hood. BEWARE of attempting to get any services done here.

I have a phobia of dentist and Boca is my favorite place to date. Dental Assistant Tahani put me at ease and did a wonderful job. I felt like I made a friend! My visit at the Boca Dental on Eastern and Serene was great! Dr. Gonzales is very friendly, polite, gentle and knowledgeable! First and foremost, Natalie sold me on this place. I had the hardest time trying to just find an In Network provider, let alone a place that could work around my schedule and get my daughter and I as soon as possible. Natalie's magic of being able to accommodate all of our needs in one shot is truly amazing. With her wonderful phone presence, she paved the way towards a wonderful experience. Now my nerves were shot at the meer thought of going to the dentist in general, but thankfully, Bianca eased my worries with wonderful conversation and being relatable. I truly appreciated her warm-hearted demeanor as she made the transition from patient to professionalism flawless. At no point during the entire visit did I feel pressured into unnecessary costly procedures; on the contrary, the ladies helped me with financing to pay for procedures as necessary. I may still have fear of the Dentist, but this team's staff has soothed those fears. I know I'm in good hands, and so is my daughter. High praise for the ladies in this office.

I genuinely feel taken care of and they always aim for perfection! Bianca, her amazing assistant, never fails to ask how I am doing or if there is anything they can do to relieve pain or discomfort. Mayra, Dr. Gonzalez, Tahini, Bianca and Jose were the greatest people to ever be around when you’re going through hard times due to dental work. The depression I had going in left me leaving with pure happiness and tears you guys no joke. I have never went to any dental place that made me feel like “It’s going to be ok” but them. They are the kindest, sweetest and funniest people to actually be around. I felt safe and couldn’t stop laughing. They’re beyond professional and know exactly what they’re doing and their first priority is YOU. I hadn't gone to the dentist in a long time, so I tried this one. I went in for a routine dental and came out with a crown, thank goodness to Dr.Gonzales she's amazing. I went in today to get my permanent crown put in and met Tania. She made my experience not only comfortable, but I've never laughed more during a doctor's appointment. This place is a scam. They paid people for all their good reviews ( There's a QR code for review, you'll get a gift card for giving them good reviews). My wife came to their office to get her teeth checked out and to get a referral to an oral surgeon. They talked her into braces and signed her up for a credit card. They charged her 6K on the spot with a contract signed if canceling initial treatment will be charged a 30% fee to cover for scheduling/ doctor blocked out time. My wife couldn't get her wisdom teeth done by the oral surgeon, he never sent out authorization and also a racist Dr. Fast forward, a month later, my wife never got any contact from the dental office regards about treatment for her braces. I lost my job, so we thought since there was no scheduling or any plans coming out from their office. It would be ok for us to reach out and cancel her treament. They never picked up the phone when my wife reached out. They only communicate with her through emails. She also tried to come to the office in person but that day they were closed early because they had no patients. When she reached out to cancel, the office manager told her that the dentist was on vacation. We never got notified of that but have to understand for his vacay time. But they never understand for us that we could no longer afford the treatment. The dentist reached out through email about the treatment after a month. My wife then told him she couldn't proceed and wanted to cancel. He and the office then ghosted her several times when she tried to reach out. At this point, she already had to make her first payment to the credit card company when there was nothing done. She wanted to cancel the treatment ASAP so she doesn't have to be responsible for the payments anymore. They told her takes 3-4 months for the refund to be put back. My wife had to call the CC company to initiate a dispute due to no treatment was done but got charged the full amount. The office was notified about the dispute and they wanted to dismiss my wife from their office. They said they would send her files to her email but they never did. At the end, we still have to pay the 30% fee for canceling it. Lesson learned the hard way. They claimed that 30% nonrefundable is to cover the 3D scan files they took to be sent to the braces company to look at. It cost 1800 to send the file? Based on the contract the 30% fee is to cover for their supplies/ schedule time and dr time if any was made. However, since there was no contact or reach out from them because the dentist was on vacation. We were never aware of that and that's not our problem. Then they turned around and said the 30% is to cover the fee to send out the 3d scan to the braces company. This place is a joke. They don't have a lot of patients. Don't be fooled by their reviews. It's not even worth it to bring them to court at this point. It's our bad luck and we have to pay the price. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. THEY WILL RUIN YOU. The front desk people were so nice before they took your money. After that everyone is so rude and not friendly like they were the first time. They just care about money. Spend your money somewhere else better. The dentist only wants to do "Fast and easy treatment" he doesn't care about how your teeth gonna turn out later.,

I had an appointment with Dr. Fong yesterday and I would like to say he is Awesome!!!
First, I would like to point out & give praise to his bedside manners. He listened without making me feel rushed and explained everything more elaborately when I asked questions or seemed confused. I appreciate that, a lot. He not only addressed my dental issues, he also gave me other recommendations, while leaving the choice ultimately up to me. He seems very knowledgeable and was happy to give me additional enlightenment when I was contemplating my options.

Trisha is sweet and was a lot of help during our interactions. When I called to schedule, she was able to get me in fairly quickly, which I appreciate. She was very pleasant when I arrived at my appointment, and when scheduling my follow-up appointment.

Grettell is wonderful. She made me feel at ease while working with me in the back and seems very experienced at what she does. She often asked if I was comfortable/doing ok while I was in the chair. She gave me an 'at ease' feeling by her nurturing Aura.

I would rate this Office Location a 10/10! I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Dr. Fong and is team.

Amazing stuff! ESpecially Gretell. She’s very attentive and kind. Always open to manage my hard and very weird schedule and always finding me an appointment at the last minute and explaining every step of the procedures so I understand and can stay calm. Dr. Manas has been my dentist and did an amazing job. He’s very patient and perfeccionist which I love! I put veneers with him and I’m extremely happy with my new smile! It changed my whole face! Prices are also very compatible. In other dentist offices for fixing my teeth and putting veneers were charging me +$15k more than they charged me here, also Dr. Manas was very honest with me. Some of the procedures other dentists told me I have to do, he told me I didn’t actually need it. I recommend this office with my eyes closed!
