This is the third time they canceled to get my dentures in..... It is now January 15 still waiting for my dentures. It is now March was supposed to go in and pick up my bottom dentures as they were finally ready and pick out any chards or bone in my mouth that was left by the dentist. An hour before my appointment they called and said my insurance will cover anymore like they just found out now. Since July this is been happening now I'm walking around with just top dentures

Five stars. This is the only dental office that agreed to see my 9 year old niece for a root canal after multiple clinics turned us away. When I went there, I saw Dr. K and the entire staff are very friendly and sweet. If you are afraid of a dentist, I highly recommend going to see Dr. K. They are very gentle and pretty much painless. The last thing they want you to be in is any pain and they are very good at their jobs. My mother had to go to the dentist so I took her to see Dr. K. She has dementia and tremors and Dr. K. and Kassy Along with the rest of the staff, Moana, Tony, Shay, Nayan all at the Mccarren branch Took very good care of my mother and was very gentle with her. She couldn’t believe she felt no pain after they did an extraction. I highly recommend Boca dental to everyone who may need a Dentist young and old and they are reasonably priced And have different payment plans to help people out if need be. Out of all the dentist I’ve ever been to Dr. K is the best I have ever had. I promise you they make you as comfortable as possible, and there is nothing to be afraid of. He is very Gentle in the staff are there to help you in anyway they can. They are all very kind and very good at their jobs.

I've been waiting for corporate or the regional to contact me regarding their Bonanza office for almost two and a half weeks this is beyond ridiculous, I will definitely not recommend any of their locations if this is how they conduct business you experience racism, The uncomfortability of going to the Bonanza location is mind-boggling getting grope by the doctor, paying for items that are not necessary and that's not being document! Than when you ask for proper documentation there is none! At this point I'm just going to go to the BBB and just try to do a small claims court case! Plus more! I have video advance of me addressing the doctor making my 16-year-old son feel uncomfortable and asking about the undocument payments.

I had such a wonderful experience during my recent dental cleaning. The hygienist, Brenda Sparks, who helped me was phenomenal — truly one of the most caring and attentive professionals I’ve ever met. She was so understanding and gentle, especially when I mentioned I have multiple sclerosis. She acknowledged how tough that can be, which made me feel incredibly seen and supported.

On top of that, she was fast, smooth, and efficient with the cleaning — especially the polishing, which she handled with such skill it felt effortless. She even reminded me that I could freely spit whenever I needed to, which may seem like a small thing, but it made a big difference in helping me feel comfortable and cared for.

I’m so grateful for her presence and professionalism. I hope she gets recognized (and compensated!) for the amazing work she does. She absolutely deserves it. Go Brenda!!! this was in Sparks Nevada to be really specific.
